Description
(EP 0 654 550) mit langen Streckwalzen ist einer der Motoren als drehzahlgenau laufender, führender Motor ausgelegt. Damit wird bezweckt, daß die Drehzahl der Streckwalze durch den führenden Motor bestimmt wird, während der andere, geführte Motor durch sein Drehmoment vor allem dazu bestimmt ist, die Dreh-Torsion der Streckwalze zu vermindern. Mit dieser Anordnung wird der Vorteil erreicht, daß das Verzugsverhaltnis zwischen Streckwalzen, die durch gesonderte Motoren angetrieben werden, durch Verändern der Speisefrequenz der Motoren sehr einfach ohne Auswechseln von Wechselrädern geändert werden kann. Schaden durch fehlerhaftes Wechseln von Wechselrädern sind hier ausgeschlossen.
Claims (6)
- Doppelseitige Ringspinnmaschine mit Streckwerken (1,2) auf beiden Seiten, die je mindestens zwei Unterwalzen (3,3',4,4',5,5') aufweisen, von denen mindestens eine durch je einen gesonderten Elektromotor (10,10') angetrieben wird und wobei einer dieser Motoren (10') ein führender Master-Motor und der andere ein geführter Slave-Motor (10) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der fuhrende Motor (10') einer Streckwalze (4) der einen Seite der Ringspinnmaschine auch führender Motor für mindestens einen Motor (10) einer entsprechenden Streckwalze (4') der anderen Seite der Ringspinnmaschine ist und daß zwischen den beiden genannten Streckwalzen mindestens eine mechanische, formschlüssige Getriebeverbindung (9, 9', 11) vorhanden ist.
- Doppelseitige Ringspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der führende Motor (10') mit einem Drehzahlgeber (16) verbunden ist, dessen Ausgang dem Frequenzumformer (12') im Sinne einer Regelung der Drehzahl des Motors aufgebbar ist.
- Doppelseitige Ringspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch die geführten Motoren (10) mit dem über den variablen Frequenzumformer (12') frequenzregelbaren Speisestrom des führenden Motors (10') gespeist werden.
- Doppelseitige Ringspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Getriebeverbindung (9, 9', 11) eine Möglichkeit zum Verändern des Übersetzungsverhältnisses eingeschaltet ist.
- Doppelseitige Ringspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Streckwalzen (4, 4') an beiden Enden durch Motoren (10', 10) angetrieben sind.
- Doppelseitige Ringspinnmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Getriebeverbindungen (9, 9', 11) zwischen Streckwalzen (4, 4'; 3, 3') an beiden Enden der Streckwalzen vorgesehen sind.
