Claims (15)
- Sägezahndraht zur Herstellung einer Sägezahn-Ganzstahlgarnitur für den Abnehmer und/oder die Abnahmewalze einer Krempelmaschine oder Karde mit einer Mehrzahl von in Längsrichtung des Drahtes (10) hintereinander angeordneten Zähnen, von denen jeder eine sich ausgehend von einem Zahngrund in Richtung auf eine Zahnspitze (36) erstreckende Zahnbrust sowie einen über zwei sich parallel zur Längsrichtung des Drahtes (10) erstreckende Zahnflanken (32, 34) mit der Zahnbrust verbundenen und sich ausgehend von der Zahnspitze in Richtung auf den folgenden Zahngrund erstreckenden Zahnrücken aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Zahnflanke (32, 34) mindestens ein zwischen der Zahnspitze (36) und dem Zahngrund angeordnetes und mit einer Profilierung versehenes Profilsegment (40, 50) aufweist.
- Sägezahndraht nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profilsegment (40, 50) mindestens einen vorzugsweise etwa parallel zur Längsrichtung des Drahtes (10) verlaufenden Profilsteg (42) und/oder mindestens eine vorzugsweise etwa parallel zur Längsrichtung des Drahtes (10) verlaufende Profilrille (52) aufweist.
- Sägezahndraht nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Profilsteg (42) und/oder mindestens eine Profilrille (52) in einer senkrecht zur Längsrichtung des Profilstegs (42) und/oder der Profilrille (52) verlaufenden Schnittebene zumindest abschnittweise bogenförmig berandet ist.
- Sägezahndraht nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bogenförmig berandete Abschnitt in einer senkrecht zur Längsrichtung des Profilstegs (42) bzw. der Profilrille (52) verlaufenden Schnittebene einen Krümmungsradius (R1, R3) im Bereich von 0,05 - 0,5 mm, vorzugsweise 0,1 - 0,3 mm, besonders bevorzugst etwa 0,15 mm aufweist.
- Sägezahndraht nach einem der Ansprüche 2 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der Profilsegmente (50) eine Mehrzahl von etwa parallel zur Längsrichtung des Drahtes verlaufenden Profilrillen (52) aufweist, wobei mindestens eine der Profilrillen eine geringere Profiltiefe (h2) aufweist als die auf der dem Zahngrund zugewandten Seite dieser Profilrille angeordnete Profilrille.
- Sägezahndraht nach einem der Ansprüche 2 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen mindestens zwei benachbarten Profilrillen (52) bzw. -stegen (42) eines Profilsegmentes (40, 50) ein im wesentlichen ebenes Übergangssegment (44, 54) angeordnet ist.
- Sägezahndraht nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übergang zwischen dem Übergangssegment (44, 54) und mindestens einem daran angrenzenden Profilsteg (42) bzw. einer daran angrenzenden Profilrille (52) mit einem Krümmungsradius (R2, R4) im Bereich von 0,01 - 0,05 mm, vorzugsweise etwa 0,02 mm abgerundet ist.
- Sägezahndraht nach einem der Ansprüche 2 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Profilsteg (42) und/oder die mindestens eine Profilrille (52) eine Profilhöhe (h1) bzw. eine Profiltiefe (h2) von mindestens 0,02 mm , vorzugsweise mindestens 0,04 mm, besonders bevorzugt mindestens 0,05 mm aufweist.
- Sägezahndraht nach einem der Ansprüche 2 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelnen Profilrillen (52) bzw. Profilstege (42) eines Profilsegmentes (40, 50) einen Abstand (d1, d2) im Bereich von 0,1 - 0,6 mm, vorzugsweise 0,2 - 0,4 mm, besonders bevorzugst etwa 0,3 mm voneinander aufweisen.
- Sägezahndraht nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei mindestens einem Zahn beide Zahnflanken (32, 34) mindestens ein Profilsegment (40, 50) aufweisen, wobei das auf der einen Zahnflanke angeordnete Profilsegment (40) in der vom Zahngrund auf die Zahnspitze weisenden Höhenrichtung des Zahns bzgl. dem auf der anderen Zahnflanke (34) angeordneten Profilsegment (50) versetzt angeordnet ist.
- Sägezahndraht nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das näher am Zahngrund angeordnete Profilsegment (50) mindestens eine Profilrille (52) und/oder das näher an der Zahnspitze (36) angeordnete Profilsegment (40) mindestens einen Profilsteg (42) aufweist.
- Sägezahndraht nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich mindestens ein, vorzugsweise jeder Zahn in einer senkrecht zur Längsrichtung des Drahtes verlaufenden Schnittebene vom Zahngrund in Richtung auf die Zahnspitze (36) verjüngt.
- Sägezahndraht nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zahnrücken mindestens eines Zahnes mindestens einen in Richtung auf den Zahngrund in einen konkaven Abschnitt übergehenden konvexen Abschnitt aufweist.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Sägezahndrahtes nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem ein Ausgangsmaterial zu einem einen Blattabschnitt aufweisenden Draht geformt wird und anschließend Sägezähne in den Blattabschnitt gestanzt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Blattabschnitt während des Formungsvorgangs profiliert wird.
- Abnehmer und/oder Abnahmewalze für eine Krempelmaschine oder Karde mit einer unter Verwendung eines Sägezahndrahtes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 13 hergestellten Sägezahn-Ganzstahlgarnitur.
