Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum Durchtrennen eines Klebebandes (06), das auf zumindest einer Seite (11) mit einer durch ein Abdeckband (12) abgedeckten Klebeschicht versehen ist, mit einer das Klebeband (06) in einer Schnittzone (19) durchtrennenden Schneideinrichtung (08), wobei die Schneideinrichtung (08) beim Durchtrennen des Klebebandes (06) mit einer definierten Kraft am Klebeband (06) in Eingriff bringbar ist, wobei sich während des Schneidens eine Schneide (27) der Schneideinrichtung (08) auf dem Abdeckband (12) abstützt, wobei die Schneideinrichtung (08) mit einer Verfahreinrichtung quer zur Längsachse des Klebebandes (06) verfahrbar ist und wobei der Schneideinrichtung (08) gegenüberliegend ein Auflageelement (22) angeordnet ist, so dass das Klebeband (06) zwischen Schneideinrichtung (08) und Auflageelement (22) durchführbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneideinrichtung (08) schräg zur Transportrichtung des Klebebandes (06) während des Weitertransportes des Klebebandes (06) und des Durchtrennens verfährt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneideinrichtung (08) derart ausgebildet ist, dass die Schneideinrichtung (08) ein Durchtrennen des Klebebands (06) unter Erhalt einer Verbindung des am Klebeband (06) anliegenden Abdeckbandes (12) über die Schnittzone (19) hinweg erlaubt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneideinrichtung (08) derart angeordnet ist, dass sie auf der vom Abdeckband (12) abgewandten Seite (13) des Klebebands (06) mit dem Klebeband (06) zum Eingriff bringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneideinrichtung (08) ein Rundmesser (21) mit einer am Außenumfang vorgesehenen Schneide (27) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rundmesser (21) mit einer Antriebseinrichtung rotatorisch antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneideinrichtung (08) federnd gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Vorrichtung (01) eine Aufwickeleinrichtung (18) vorgesehen ist, mit der das vom Klebeband (06) abgezogene Abdeckband (12) aufwickelbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Vorrichtung (01) ein Rollenhalter (04) zur Speicherung eines zu einer Rolle aufgespulten Klebebands (06) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (01) auf einem Schlitten montiert ist, der parallel zur Rotationsachse einer Materialrolle, insbesondere einer Papierrolle, verfahrbar ist.
- Verfahren zur Vorbereitung einer Klebestelle (03) mit folgenden Schritten:Abrollen eines mehrlagigen, mindestens eine Klebeschicht und mindestens ein Abdeckband (12) aufweisenden Klebebandes (06);das Klebeband (06) wird während des Durchtrennens der Klebeschicht weiter transportiert;eine Schneideinrichtung (08) wird schräg zur Transportrichtung des Klebebandes (06) zum Durchtrennen der Klebeschicht verfahren;Durchtrennen der genannten Klebeschicht des Klebebandes (06), wobei die Klebeschicht mit dem Abdeckband (12) verbunden ist und das Abdeckband (12) nicht getrennt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Klebeschicht an der Klebestelle (03) befestigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Klebeschicht an der Klebestelle (03) verbleibt und das ungeschnittene Abdeckband weiter transportiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei eine Neigung der Bewegungsrichtung der Schneideinrichtung (08) auf eine Vorschubgeschwindigkeit des Klebebandes (06) angepaßt wird, so dass ein gerader Schnittverlauf quer zur Transportrichtung des Klebebandes (06) erfolgt.
