Claims (7)
- Multipliziererschaltung, aufweisendeinen ersten Eingang (1, 2) zum Zuführen eines ersten Eingangssignals,einen zweiten Eingang (15, 16) ausgebildet zum Zuführen eines zweiten Eingangssignals in Form eines Stromsignals,einen Ausgang (9, 10) zum Bereitstellen eines von erstem und zweitem Eingangssignal abgeleiteten Ausgangssignals,ein erstes und ein zweites Transistorpaar (3, 4; 5, 6) mit Steuereingängen, die mit dem ersten Eingang (1, 2) gekoppelt sind und mit gesteuerten Strecken, die einerseits mit dem Ausgang (9, 10) der Multipliziererschaltung gekoppelt sind und die andererseits je einen Stromeingang (7, 8) bilden, wobei die Multipliziererschaltung zur Verarbeitung differentieller Signale ausgelegt ist, gekennzeichnet durchzumindest einen Stromspiegel (11, 12), der ausgangsseitig mit je einem Stromeingang (7, 8) eines Transistorpaares (3, 4; 5, 6) und eingangsseitig mit dem zweiten Eingang der Multipliziererschaltung (15, 16) gekoppelt ist.
- Multipliziererschaltung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine Filterschaltung (18) zum Filtern des dem zweiten Eingang (15, 16) der Multipliziererschaltung zuführbaren zweiten Eingangssignals vorgesehen ist, mit einem Stromausgang, der mit dem Eingang des zumindest einen Stromspiegels (11, 12) verbunden ist. - Multipliziererschaltung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Filterschaltung (18) ein Tiefpaßfilter mit ausgangsseitiger Stromquelle umfaßt. - Multipliziererschaltung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine spannungsgesteuerte Stromquelle (20, 22) vorgesehen ist, mit einem Stromausgang, der mit dem Eingang des zumindest einen Stromspiegels (11, 12) gekoppelt ist. - Multipliziererschaltung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der zumindest eine Stromspiegel (11, 12) einen als Diode geschalteten Eingangstransistor (11) aufweist, dessen Steueranschluß mit einem Steueranschluß eines Ausgangstransistors (12) des Stromspiegels (11, 12) gekoppelt ist. - Multipliziererschaltung nach Anspruch 5
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein Tiefpaßfilter (29, 30) vorgesehen ist, mit einem Eingang, der mit dem Eingangstransistor (11) und mit einem Ausgang, der mit dem Ausgangstransistor (12) des zumindest einen Stromspiegels (11, 12) gekoppelt ist. - Multipliziererschaltung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Eingangstransistor (11) und der Ausgangstransistor (12) mit je einem Anschluss ihrer gesteuerten Strecken unmittelbar an ein Bezugspotential (17) geschaltet sind.
