Claims (5)
- Leichtbaukern aus Holz für Gleitkörper z.B. Skier, insbesondere Langlaufskier, mit in Längsreihen angeordneten Nuten bzw. Schlitze (3) vorzugsweise im Bindungsbereich nur gegen die Lauffläche hin offen und - im Längsschnitt gesehen - kreisbogenförmig oder länglich mit abgerundeten Ecken ausgebildet sind.
- Leichtbaukern nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nuten bzw. Schlitze (3) der benachbarten Nutenreihen um die halbe Nutenlänge zueinander versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Leichtbaukernes nach mindestens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Verwendung von Holz als Kernmaterial die Nuten bzw. Schlitze durch absatzweises Einfahren von Kreissägen in das Kernmaterial hergestellt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern in mindestens doppelter Breite der herzustellenden Skier verpresst und danach in einzelne Skibreiten zerschnitten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern aus miteinander verleimten, sich in Längsrichtung des Skis erstreckenden Lamellen verpresst und zumindest im Bindungsbereich mit Wandteilen zum Einführen von Schrauben ausgeführt wird.
