Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Verpacken einer Materialbahnrolle, bei dem eine Verpackungsbahn schraubenlinienförmig um die Materialbahnrolle herumgeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bedarf an Verpackungsbahn für die zu verpackende Materialbahnrolle ermittelt wird, eine dem Bedarf entsprechende Länge der Verpackungsbahn von einer Verpackungsbahnrolle auf einen Zwischenspeicher überführt wird und die Verpakkungsbahn vom Zwischenspeicher aus um die Materialbahnrolle herumgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Verpackungsbahn im Zwischenspeicher aufwickelt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man den Zwischenspeicher auf einen Verpackungsbahnspender setzt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man den Zwischenspeicher mit einer vorbestimmten Orientierung eines Endes der Verpackungsbahn auf den Verpackungsbahnspender setzt.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken einer Materialbahnrolle mit einem auf die Materialbahnrolle wirkenden Drehantrieb, einer Verpackungsbahnrolle, auf der eine Verpackungsbahn aufwickelt ist, und einem Verpackungsbahnspender, der parallel zur Materialbahnrolle verfahrbar ist und einen Ausgabepfad für die Verpackungsbahn aufweist, der in einem spitzen Winkel zur Umfangsrichtung der Materialbahnrolle gerichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verpackungsbahnrolle (20) getrennt vom Verpackungsbahnspender (12) angeordnet ist und der Verpakkungsbahnspender (12) einen Zwischenspeicher (17) aufweist, der von der Verpackungsbahnrolle (20) aus mit einer vorbestimmbaren Länge der Verpackungsbahn beladbar (3) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Steuervorrichtung (11) vorgesehen ist, die aus Daten (9, 10) der Materialbahnrolle (2) die benötigte Länge der Verpackungsbahn (3) ermittelt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenspeicher (17) eine Adapterspule aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Verpackungsbahnrolle (20) eine Zwischenspeicher-Beladestation (19) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenspeicher (17) lösbar am Verpackungsbahnspender (12) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Handhabungsautomat (25) vorgesehen ist, der sowohl den Verpackungsbahnspender (12) als auch die Zwischenspeicher-Beladestation (19) erreicht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verpackungsbahnspender (12) ein Vorzugwalzenpaar (30) und eine Einfädel-Hilfseinrichtung (28, 31, 32) zwischen dem Zwischenspeicher und dem Vorzugwalzenpaar aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einfädel-Hilfseinrichtung einen Trichter (28) und/oder Luftführungsmittel (31, 32) für die Verpackungsbahn (3) aufweist.
