Abstract
Description
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Anputzleiste, wie in der vorliegenden Anmeldung beschrieben und beansprucht, an eine Seitenfläche des Bauwerksbestandteils, die der Begrenzungsfläche der Öffnung in der Bauwerkswand zugewandt ist, angeklebt ist.

Claims (15)
- Anputzleiste, die zur Befestigung an einem eingebauten Bauwerksbestandteil (14), insbesondere einer Rolladenschiene, vorgesehen ist, aufweisend einen Leistenkörper (32, 34, 36) und einen an dem Leistenkörper befestigten Armierungsgewebeabschnitt (40),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,(a) dass die Anputzleiste (30) zur Befestigung an einer Seitenfläche (20) des Bauwerksbestandteils (14), die der Begrenzungsfläche (7) einer Öffnung in einer Bauwerkswand (2) zugewandt ist, ausgebildet ist;(b) dass der Leistenkörper eine im wesentlichen flache Basis (32) aufweist, an der ein Klebeband (38) zur Befestigung der Anputzleiste (30) an der Seitenfläche (20) des Bauwerksbestandteils (14) angebracht ist;(c) dass der Leistenkörper einen von der Basis (32) fortragenden Fortsatz (34) zum Überdecken eines vorderseitigen Randbereichs des Bauwerksbestandteils (14) aufweist;(d) dass der Leistenkörper an der dem Klebeband (38) entgegengesetzten Seite der Basis (32) ein Abstandselement (36) aufweist;(e) dass der Armierungsgewebeabschnitt im Bereich des Übergangs zwischen der Basis (32) und dem Abstandselement (36) an dem Leistenkörper befestigt ist und mit Abstand von dem der Basis (32 ) abgewandten Ende des Abstandselements (36) von dem Leistenkörper wegführt. - Anputzleiste nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fortsatz (34) im Endbereich auf den Bauwerksbestandteil (14) zu abgewinkelt ist. - Anputzleiste nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klebeband (38) ein doppelseitig klebendes Schaumstoffband ist. - Anputzleiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Armierungsgewebeabschnitt (40) durch Klemmung an dem Leistenkörper (32, 34, 36) befestigt ist. - Anputzleiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Armierungsgewebeabschnitt (40) durch Klebung an dem Leistenkörper (32, 34, 36) befestigt ist. - Anputzleiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Armierungsgewebeabschnitt (40) durch Schweißung, vorzugsweise Ultraschallschweißung, an dem Leistenkörper befestigt ist. - Anputzleiste nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Armierungsgewebeabschnitt (40) zwischen einem Schweißungsbereich der Basis (32) und einem Schweißungsbereich des Abstandselements (36) festgeschweißt ist. - Anputzleiste nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei nebeneinander verlaufende Schweißnähte vorgesehen sind. - Anputzleiste nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweißung erzeugt worden ist aus einem Ausgangszustand, bei dem der Schweißungsbereich der Basis (32) und/oder der Schweißungsbereich des Abstandselements (36) einen sich zum freien Ende verjüngenden Schweißungsvorsprung (54) aufweist. - Anputzleiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Leistenkörper (32, 34, 36) aus Kunststoff besteht. - Anputzleiste nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Leistenkörper (32, 34, 36) einstückig extrudiert ist;
und dass am Übergang zwischen der Basis und dem Abstandselement oder an einer Stelle des Abstandselements (36) ein Bereich (52) verringerter Wandstärke vorgesehen ist zum Umlegen des Abstandselements oder eines Teils des Abstandselements (36). - Anputzleiste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Armierungsgewebeabschnitt (40) aus Glasseidengewebe besteht. - Übergang zwischen einer Öffnung in einer Bauwerkswand (2) und einem eingebauten Bauwerksbestandteil (14), insbesondere einer Rolladenschiene,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Anputzleiste (30) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 an eine Seitenfläche (20) des Bauwerksbestandteils (14), die der Begrenzungsfläche (7) der Öffnung in der Bauwerkswand (2) zugewandt ist, angeklebt ist. - Übergang nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anputzleiste (30) zwischen der Seitenfläche (20) des Bauwerksbestandteils (14) und einer Wärmedämmung (6) der Bauwerkswand (2) sitzt. - Übergang nach Anspruch 13 oder 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine linke und eine rechte Rolladenschiene als Bauwerksbestandteile (14) vorgesehen sind;
und dass die Distanz zwischen der linken und der rechten Rolladenschiene und jeweils die Breite des Fortsatzes (34) des Leistenkörpers bei den zwei Anputzleisten (30) so bemessen sind, dass ein außen vorgesetzter Rolladenkasten (60) zwischen die Fortsätze (34) der zwei Anputzleisten (30) paßt.
