Claims (14)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Ripp-Gestrick-Sektionen (10, 10', 20, 30) an Schlauch-Rund-Gestricken (1), bei denen mit jeder Nadel im Nichtripp-Gestrickbereich Maschen gebildet werden, auf einer Flachstrickmaschine mit mindestens zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Nadelbetten (V, H), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Bildung von Ripp-Gestrick-Sektionen (10, 10', 20, 30) mit 1:1- oder 2:2-Ripp-Gestrick-Charakteristik zur Herstellung der Rechtsmaschen auf der Sichtseite der Ripp-Gestrick-Sektion (10, 10', 20, 30) der ersten Gestrickebene auf dem ersten Nadelbett (V) jeweils mit einer Nadel oder mit zwei benachbarten Nadeln Maschen gebildet und mit den darauf folgenden zwei oder drei Nadeln keine Maschen gebildet und zur Herstellung der Linksmaschen auf der Sichtseite der Ripp-Gestrick-Sektion der ersten Gestrickebene mindestens in jeder zweiten Strickreihe auf dem zweiten Nadelbett (H) auf den Nadeln zwischen den Rechtsmaschen für die zweite Gestrickebene bildenden Nadeln jeweils mit einer Nadel eine Linksmasche und mit einer oder zwei Nadeln keine Masche gebildet wird und die Herstellung der Rechts- und Linksmaschen für die zweite Gestrickebene in analoger Weise mit Nadeln des zweiten und ersten Nadelbetts (H, V) durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der einen oder den zwei Rechtsmaschen für die Sichtseite der jeweiligen Gestrickebene bildenden Nadeln zwei leere Nadeln angeordnet werden und die Linksmaschen bei aufeinander folgenden Strickreihen im Wechsel zunächst auf der ersten der auf eine Rechtsmasche der zweiten Gestrickebene folgenden freien Nadeln des zweiten Nadelbetts (H) und dann auf der zweiten der auf eine Rechtsmasche der zweiten Gestrickebene folgenden freien Nadeln des zweiten Nadelbetts (H) gebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in jeder zweiten Strickreihe anstelle von Linksmaschen Fanghenkel gebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fanghenkel in diejenigen Nadeln, die in der vorhergehenden Strickreihe Linksmaschen gebildet haben, eingelegt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen jeder zweiten Gruppe von zwei Rechtsmaschen linke Maschen gebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in aufeinander folgenden Strickreihen die Linksmaschen versetzt zueinander gebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Bildung einer Ripp-Gestrick-Sektion auf jedem Nadelbett nach jeweils vier Nadeln eine leere Nadel geschaffen wird und jeweils mit den beiden inneren Nadeln der Blöcke aus vier Nadeln jedes Nadelbetts Rechtsmaschen für die Sichtseite der jeweiligen Gestrickebene und im reihenweisen Wechsel mit einer der äußeren Nadeln der Blöcke aus vier Nadeln auf dem jeweils gegenüberliegenden Nadelbett Linksmaschen für die jeweilige Gestrickebene gebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die leeren Nadeln des vorderen und hinteren Nadelbetts jeweils um eine Nadeleinteilung versetzt zueinander angeordnet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Ende einer Ripp-Gestrick-Sektion (10, 10', 20) zur Schaffung eines Übergangs zu einem Glattgestrickbereich (40) mit denjenigen Nadeln, die keine Maschen tragen, Fanghenkel gebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit denjenigen Nadeln, die Fanghenkel gebildet haben, erst in der übernächsten Strickreihe Maschen gebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Bildung einer Ripp-Gestrick-Sektion (20, 30) nach einem Glattgestrickbereich (40) durch Umhängeoperationen jeweils mindestens eine der Nadeln zwischen den die Rechts- und Linksmaschen der Sichtseite der Ripp-Gestrick-Sektion bildenden Nadeln des ersten und zweiten Nadelbetts (V, H) von Maschen befreit wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umhängeoperationen mittels den Nadeln zugeordneten Maschentransferelementen durchgeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ripp-Gestrick-Sektionen (10, 10', 20, 30) mit der gleichen Garnstärke wie die Glattgestrick-Sektionen (40) hergestellt werden.
- Schlauch-Rund-Gestrick mit mindestens einer nach einem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 gebildeten Ripp-Gestrick-Sektion (10, 10', 20, 30).
