  1. Système d'ascenseur comprenant :
    (A) une cabine (2) qui se déplace verticalement le long d'une voie prédéterminée à l'intérieur d'un arbre (1) ;
    (B) une masse d'équilibrage(5) qui se déplace verticalement le long d'une autre voie prédéterminée à l'intérieur de l'arbre ;
    (C) un palan (3) comprenant un réa (4) dont l'axe rotor est orienté dans la direction verticale ou incliné, le palan étant configuré de sorte que la hauteur du palan soit inférieure au diamètre du réa ;
    (D) des première et seconde poulies tournantes (12/13) prévues avec le palan au niveau de la cabine, les première et seconde poulies tournantes étant prévues à différents côtés de la cabine ;
    (E) une poulie supérieure (7) prévue au sommet de l'arbre ; et
    (F) un câble principal (14) dont les deux extrémités sont connectées à l'extrémité supérieure de l'arbre et enroulées autour de la première poulie tournante, du réa et de la seconde poulie tournante.
  2. Système d'ascenseur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel :
    une extrémité du câble principal (14) est connectée à un premier ancrage (15) à l'extrémité supérieure de l'arbre, le câble principal descendant et étant enroulé autour d'une poulie (6) de la masse d'équilibrage, montant et étant enroulé autour de la poulie supérieure, descendant de nouveau et étant enroulé autour de la première poulie tournante, du réa, et de la seconde poulie tournante, montant à nouveau, et une autre extrémité de celui-ci étant connectée à un second ancrage (16) à l'extrémité supérieure de l'arbre.
  3. Système d'ascenseur selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, dans lequel l'axe rotor du réa s'étend dans la direction verticale.
  4. Système d'ascenseur selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, dans lequel l'axe rotor du réa s'étend dans une direction inclinée par rapport à la direction verticale.
