As is shown in Figure 1, the flexible pipe 11 freely extends in downward directions within the lengthening piece 2. In addition to the flexible pipe 11 as shown, a second flexible pipe (not shown) will be provided in a similar manner. Said flexible pipes are passed through holes formed in the hammering plate 7.
