Claims (29)
- Einwegcontainer (1, 1a) zum Befüllen mit flüssigen, pastösen oder rieselförmigen Medien, welcher einen im Querschnitt mehreckigen Mantel (2) sowie eine innerhalb des Mantels angeordnete Auflage (3, 3a) aufweist, wobei die Auflage innerhalb des Mantels abfallend angeordnet ist und ein Sammelbereich (10) der Auflage mit einer Auslauföffnung (5) am Mantel zur Durchleitung der Medien verbunden ist.
- Einwegcontainer (1) nach Anspruch 1 zum Befüllen mit flüssigen, pastösen oder rieselfähigen Medien, welcher einen im Querschnitt mehreckigen Mantel (2) sowie eine innerhalb des Mantels angeordnete Auflage (3) aufweist, wobei die Auflage innerhalb des Mantels zu einer Auslauföffnung (5) am Mantel hin abfallend angeordnet ist.
- Einwegcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflage (3) einen ein- oder mehrstückigen Faltquerschnitt aufweist.
- Einwegcontainer nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Knickkanten des ein- oder mehrstückigen Faltquerschnittes der Auflage (3) zu Ecken des Mantels (2) hin auslaufen.
- Einwegcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflage (3) durch ein Gefache (4) konisch abgestützt ist.
- Einwegcontainer nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gefache (4) als ein- oder mehrstückiger Faltquerschnitt gestaltet ist.
- Einwegcontainer nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gefache (4) mit dem Mantel (2) verschraubt und/oder verklebt und/oder geheftet ist.
- Einwegcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mantel (2) aus einem Innen- (2b) und einem Außenmantel (2a) aufgebaut ist.
- Einwegcontainer nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflage (3) zumindest bereichsweise über den Innenmantel (2b) geknickt ist zur Fixierung der Auflage (3) am Mantel (2).
- Einwegcontainer (1a) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sammelbereich (10) der Auflage (3a) von der Auslauföffnung (5) beabstandet ist und der Container einen Durchgangsschacht (11) aufweist, der zwischen Sammelbereich und Auslauföffnung angeordnet ist.
- Einwegcontainer nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sammelbereich (10) im Wesentlichen zentrisch im Container angeordnet ist.
- Einwegcontainer nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflage (3a) einen ein- oder mehrstückigen Faltquerschnitt aufweist.
- Einwegcontainer nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Knickkanten (3a'') des einoder mehrstückigen Faltquerschnittes der Auflage (3a) zu Ecken des Mantels hin auslaufen.
- Einwegcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflage sich auf einer Neigestruktur (12) abstützt.
- Einwegcontainer nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Neigestruktur (12) als Stecksystem von Platten (12a, 12b), als Gefache oder dergleichen ausgelegt ist.
- Einwegcontainer nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Neigestruktur (12) an ihrer Unterseite eine Öffnung (12c) zum Durchleiten von Medien aufweist.
- Einwegcontainer nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Neigestruktur (12) auf einer Bodenstruktur (13) aufgelegt ist.
- Einwegcontainer nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Neige- (12) und Bodenstruktur (13) eine vorzugsweise plattenförmige Trennstruktur (14) angeordnet ist, welche eine Öffnung (14a) zum Durchleiten der Medien aufweist.
- Einwegcontainer nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenstruktur (13) einen Aufbau zum horizontalen Tragen der Neigestruktur (12) aufweist, wobei Ausnehmungen (15a, 15b) vorgesehen sind, welche Abschnitte des Durchgangsschachtes (11) bilden.
- Bodenstruktur nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese als Stecksystem als plattenförmige Querschnitte (13a - 13c) ausgebildet ist.
- Einwegcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflage (3, 3a), der Mantel (2) sowie weitere Falt- bzw. Plattenquerschnitte (4) aus beschichteter oder unbeschichteter Pappe oder aus einem Kunststoff-Verbundwerkstoff sind.
- Einwegcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mantel (2) einen achteckigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Einwegcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass innerhalb des Mantels (2) ein Inliner (16a) aus flüssigkeitsdichtem Material angeordnet ist, welcher auf die Auflage (3, 3a) auflegbar ist, wobei eine Inlineröffnung (16b) mit der Auslauföffnung (5) verbindbar ist.
- Einwegcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslauföffnung und/oder die Inlineröffnung (16b) beispielsweise einen 3 Zoll-Anschluss aufweist.
- Einwegcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fassungsvermögen des Einwegcontainers über 100 kg, vorzugsweise über 500 kg, besonders vorzugsweise über 950 kg liegt.
- Einwegcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe des Einwegcontainers über 1m, vorzugsweise über 1,30 m liegt.
- Einwegcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser an seiner Unterseite einen Boden aufweist, welcher mit einer Palette (6) verbunden ist.
- Einwegcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zentrum der Auslauföffnung (5) etwa 10 - 40 cm, vorzugsweise 10 - 30 cm, besonders vorzugsweise 10 - 20 cm oberhalb der Unterkante des Einwegcontainers (1) liegt.
- Einwegcontainer nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einwegcontainer (1) im entleerten Zustand mit einer darunter befindlichen Palette (6) insgesamt 30 - 50 kg, vorzugsweise 35 - 45 kg Masse aufweist.
