Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Zusammenstellen von Gruppen (6) von Filtersegmenten (1 - 5) zur Herstellung von Multisegmentfiltern der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie in einem Strangverfahren, wobei je Multisegmentfilter wenigstens zwei unterschiedliche Arten von Filtersegmenten (1 - 5) vorgesehen sind und wobei je Gruppe (6) sämtliche Filtersegmente (1 - 5) zur Herstellung wenigstens eines Multisegmentfilters vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gruppe (6) von Filtersegmenten (1 - 5) in wenigstens zwei Teilgruppen (7, 8) von längsaxial benachbarten Filtersegmenten (1 - 5) aufgeteilt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zunächst eine Gruppe (6) von längsaxial benachbarten Filtersegmenten (1 - 5) zusammengestellt wird und anschließend wenigstens zwei Teilgruppen (7, 8) durch Beabstanden eines ersten Teils von längsaxial benachbarten Filtersegmenten (1 - 5) von einem zweiten Teil längsaxial benachbarter Filtersegmente (1 - 5) gebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Beabstanden durch queraxiales Auseinanderziehen geschieht.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine erste Teilgruppe (7) andere Filtersegmente (1 - 5) umfaßt, als eine zweite Teilgruppe (8).
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Ende der jeweiligen Teilgruppen (7, 8) queraxial in Förderrichtung (36) miteinander fluchten.
- Verfahren zum Zusammenstellen von Gruppen (6) von Filtersegmenten (1 - 5) zur Herstellung von Multisegmentfiltern der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie in einem Strangverfahren, wobei je Multisegmentfilter wenigstens zwei unterschiedliche Arten von Filtersegmenten (1 - 5) vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gruppe (6) in wenigstens zwei Teilgruppen (7, 8) aufgeteilt wird, wobei die Teilgruppen (7, 8) in queraxialer Förderrichtung (36) hintereinander angeordnet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in Förderrichtung (36) hintereinander angeordneten Teilgruppen (7, 8) längsaxial ausgerichtet werden, so daß wenigstens ein Ende der Teilgruppen (7, 8) miteinander in Förderrichtung (36) fluchtet.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Multisegmentfiltern der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie in einem Strangverfahren, wobei nach einem Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 zusammengestellte Gruppen (6) oder Teilgruppen (7, 8) von Filtersegmenten (1 - 5) längsaxial hintereinander angeordnet werden, so daß diese einen Strang (38) bilden, der längsaxial gefördert wird und wobei der Strang (38) mit einem Umhüllungsmaterial umhüllt wird, wobei anschließend die Multisegmentfilter oder mehrfach lange Multisegmentfilter von dem Strang (38) abgetrennt werden'.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teilgruppen (7, 8) von Filtersegmenten (1 - 5) von einer queraxialen Förderrichtung (36) in eine längsaxiale Förderrichtung (37) übergeben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufteilung der Gruppe (6) von Filtersegmenten (1 - 5) in wenigstens zwei Teilgruppen (7, 8) in einem Verfahrensschritt vor Übergabe in die längsaxiale Förderrichtung (37) geschieht.
- Einrichtung zum Zusammenstellen von Gruppen (6) von Filtersegmenten (1 - 5) zur Herstellung von Multisegmentfiltern der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie in einem Strangverfahren, wobei je Multisegmentfilter wenigstens zwei unterschiedliche Arten von Filtersegmenten (1 - 5) vorgesehen sind, wobei die Einrichtung wenigstens eine die Filtersegmente (1 - 5) in Gruppen (6) zusammenstellbare erste Vorrichtungen (10 - 14) umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zweite Vorrichtung (14, 15, 31, 32) vorgesehen ist, mittels der die Gruppe (6) in Teilgruppen (7, 8) aufteilbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Vorrichtung (14, 15, 31, 32) Mittel (31) zum Auseinanderbewegen von Teilgruppen (7, 8) umfaßt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (31) eine Staffeltrommel ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Vorrichtung (14, 15, 31, 32) außerdem eine Schiebetrommel (32) umfaßt, die wenigstens eine der Teilgruppen (7, 8) längsaxial verschiebt, wobei insbesondere wenigstens jeweils ein Ende der Teilgruppen (7, 8) queraxial miteinander fluchtet.
