Definitions
- the invention relates to a sheet-like element for floors, which is as a multi-layer plate, at its upper side a thin pressure and abrasion resistant plate is disposed and under this plate is a fixed by an adhesive bond, pressure-resistant lightweight material layer, wherein the thin pressure and abrasion-resistant plate made of natural stone.
- the invention is particularly intended for removable and thus reusable floors.
- removable and reusable floors which are needed for example for exhibitions, it has not been possible to make flat and high quality floor surfaces with high load capacity, especially using thin and thus lightweight natural stone slabs.
- Natural stone slabs in thin and thus easily transportable versions must be glued on the basis of their risk of breakage on a flat bottom layer or laid in a mortar bed and are therefore also not suitable for multiple use.
- the invention has for its object to provide a floor design high strength with individual elements that are both easy and easy to transport and also easily removable and thus reusable.
- the invention has a number of advantages.
- each with a thin plate on top and a glued pressure-resistant lightweight material layer which preferably consists of foam
- the arrangement of circumferential grooves on the edges of the lightweight material layer and the arrangement of connecting strips in the grooves between each adjacent laid multilayer panels succeed in a simple way both securing the floor elements against displacement in the joint direction and avoiding paragraphs between each adjacent laid multilayer panels ,
- a thin, flat reinforcement with high strength and high modulus of elasticity between the top plate and the lightweight material succeed even with the use of very thin plates and thus very light floor elements, the realization of a very high strength of the floor elements, the sufficient resistance to breakage even at high punctual Stresses that occur, for example, when installing point-based shelves or cabinets, without requiring laying of the floor elements in a mortar bed or bonding of the floor elements with a lower layer.
- the section shown in Figure 1 by a multilayer plate according to the invention shows a thin plate 1 made of natural stone, on the underside of a CFRP fabric of small thickness is glued surface-wide as a planar reinforcement 2 by means of an epoxy resin.
- the CFRP fabric has a high modulus of elasticity compared to the natural stone slab; The tensile and compressive strength of the CFRP fabric is significantly greater than the compressive strength of natural stone.
- Under the CFRP fabric is a pressure-resistant foam layer 4, which consists of extruded and hydrophobic Styrofoam, glued surface. Due to the illustrated multilayer construction, a high flexural tensile strength is achieved with a low weight of the multilayer board.
- An expedient embodiment provides that the reinforcement 2 is arranged within the lightweight material layer 4.
- the introduction of reinforcing elements can advantageously also be carried out by incorporating slots for receiving strip-like reinforcements 2 into the lightweight material layer 4.
- the slots can be incorporated, for example, in prefabricated Textilstoffplatten already before the connection with the thin plate 1 to subsequently glued strip-shaped reinforcements 4 in these slots.
- the plates can have edge lengths of 200 to 2200 mm, preferably squares with an edge length of 300 to 500 mm and a thickness of 10 to 20 mm are used.
- connection strip 9 is shown in FIG.
- the connecting bar 9 has at least two horizontal legs 9.1.
- the embodiment shown in Figure 2 is similar to a T-profile and has two horizontal legs 9.1 and an additional vertical leg 9.2.
- the thickness of the horizontal leg 9.1 is slightly smaller than the width of the grooves 3; in the longitudinal direction of the profile 9.1 profiles are arranged on the horizontal legs, which serve to securely clamp the horizontal leg 9.1 in the grooves 3 and thus serve the compound adjacent arranged multilayer plates.
- the vertical leg 9.2 serves to maintain a defined butt joint width between the multilayer plates.
- FIG. 3 shows an isometric cutout of an overall arrangement of a floor with a plurality of multilayer panels connected in each case by connecting strips 9.
- the multilayer boards are laid on a flat lower layer; the lower layer consists of a lower film 8 with a quick-setting floating screed 7 poured over it. Above the screed 7, an upper film 6 is arranged.
- an L-shaped, metallic angle section 5 is arranged, the horizontal leg is covered with the flow screed 7. Through this overlap, the angle section 5 is fixed in the lower layer.
- On the side facing the floor of the vertical leg of the angle section 5 is provided with a compressible sealing strip, which prevents the escape of mortar from the frame.
- the mutual connection of in both Joining directions arranged connecting strips 9 at crossing points of joints between the multilayer plates is not shown in the figure.
- FIG. 4 illustrates a detail of a connection point in which additional fastening rails 10 are located in the side surfaces of the lightweight material layer 4 and have a groove in which the horizontal limbs 9.1 of the connection strips 9 engage.
- the horizontal leg 9.1 are advantageously formed by a slot elastic and provided at the end with thickening, which engage in corresponding, attached to the inner surfaces of the mounting rails undercuts and allow a positive but releasable connection, and so a safe and gap-free arrangement of adjacent plates allows.
- the vertical leg 9.2 are provided on its upper side with a colored edge strip 11 made of an elastic plastic, which fulfills both decorative tasks and improves the seal.
- the surface of the edge strip 11 may, in addition to the planar shape shown in FIG.
- connection bar 9 consists only of the two horizontal legs 9.2, which are provided with openings. This makes it possible to dissipate water from the surfaces of the plates, which thereby run into the gap between adjacent plates and can be discharged through the connecting bar 9 therethrough.

Description
- Figur 1
- einen Schnitt durch ein erfindungsgemäßes Fußbodenelement;
- Figur 2
- eine Verbindungsleiste,
- Figur 3
