Abstract

本发明涉及一种由多个平面的单个单元组成的地板。
本发明特别用于可重新拆除、从而可多次应用的地板。在可重新拆除的和可多次应用的,例如对于展览会必需的地板方面迄今为止不可能特别是在应用薄的、从而是轻的天然石板的情况下构造具有高承载能力的平面的和高价值的地板面。
背景技术
在现有技术中已知用于织物覆盖层的可重新拆除的地板。这里地板的覆盖层应该可在无残留和不损坏覆盖层的情况下重新拆除。
对此DE 36 00 807 C2提供一种方法,这里在基体材料两侧设有一塑料层,其中至少一侧是粘接剂亲合的、粘接剂可渗透的和防水的。
对于用于大的载荷和外表区域时已知,石头、混凝土或陶瓷单元铺放在灰泥内或木支承上。按DE 197 37 097 C2已知一种铺放系统,其中采用铺放板,它们单独地并排铺放或借助于连接盘体铺放,在它上面牢固安装覆盖层。
天然石板为了达到要求的强度通常厚而重,从而运输麻烦,因此不适合于多次应用。薄的从而易于运输的结构形式的天然石板由于其断裂的危险必须粘贴在平的底层上或铺放在灰泥层中,因此同样不适合于多次应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种具有单个单元的高强度地板结构,它们既可方便和简单地运输,又可方便地重新拆除,从而可多次应用。
按照本发明这个目的用权利要求1中提供的特征来实现。
优良的结构在从属权利要求中给出。
本发明具有一系列优点。
通过分别具有一在上表面上的薄板和一设置在它下面的尤其是由泡沫材料组成的粘接的耐压轻材料层的单块板的多层结构实现具有一流表面和足够强度的轻型地板单元。
通过在轻材料层边缘上设置环形槽和在各相邻铺设的多层板之间设置放在槽内的连接板条既方便地达到防止地板单元沿接缝方向移动,又避免各相邻铺设的多层板之间的错位。通过在上板和轻材料层之间粘接一薄的具有高强度和高弹性模量的平护板达到在采用非常薄的板和非常轻的地板单元时实现地板单元的高强度,它在例如在放置点支承的架子或柜子时出现的大的点应力时具有足够的抗断裂性,而不必将地板单元铺放在灰泥层内或将地板单元与底层粘接在一起。

具体实施方式
在图1中所示的按本发明的多层板的剖面表示一由天然石料组成的薄板1,在其底面上借助于环氧树酯平面地粘接一作为平护板2的小厚度化学纤维增强的或碳纤维增强的塑料(CFK)-织物。薄板1也可由玻璃、木材或金属组成。CFK-织物与天然石板相比具有高的弹性模量,CFK-织物的抗拉和抗压强度明显大于天然石材的抗压强度。在CFK-织物下面平面地粘接一耐压泡沫材料层4,它由挤出的和使具有疏水性的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料组成。通过所示多层结构在多层板重量很小时达到高的抗弯强度。一种适宜的结构方案设定,护板2设置在轻材料层4内。护板元件的安装也可以有利地通过这样的方法进行,即在轻材料层4上加工出用来安装条状护板2的槽。槽例如可以在与薄板1连接之前已经在预成型的轻材料板上加工出来,以便随后将条状护板4粘接在这个槽内。
在正方形地面板的轻材料层4的所有四条边上设有环形槽3,它们用来安装连接板条9。这些板可以具有200至2200mm的边长,尤其是采用具有300至500mm边长和10至20mm厚度的正方形。
在图2中示出这种类型的连接板条9。连接板条9具有至少两条水平臂9.1。图2中所示的实施形式类似于T形型材,并具有两条水平臂9.1和一条附加的垂直臂9.2。水平臂9.1的厚度略小于槽3的宽度;沿型材纵向在水平臂9.1上设有凹凸轮廓(Profilierung),它们用来使水平臂9.1可靠地夹紧在槽3中,从而用来使相邻设置的多层板连接。为了使拼接更方便,水平臂9.1的末端适宜于设一锥形构成的棱角。垂直臂9.2用来保持多层板之间的一定的接缝宽度。
图3示出具有许多分别通过连接板条9连接的多层板的地板总体结构的等距表示的局部视图。此多层板铺放在一平的底层上,底层由一带有浇注在它上面的快速固化的流体无缝地板(Flieβestrich)7的底膜8组成。在流体无缝地板7上面设有一顶膜6。为了侧向限定地板设有一L形的金属角型材5,其水平臂与流体无缝地板7重叠。通过这个重叠使角型材5固定在底层内。在朝向地板的一侧上角型材5的垂直臂设有一可压缩的密封带,它防止灰泥从框架中出来。设置在两条接缝方向的连接板条9在多层板之间的接缝的交叉点处的相互连接在图中没有画出。
图4说明连接部位的细节,在连接部位在轻材料层4的侧面上有附加的固定轨10,它具有一条槽,连接板条9的水平臂9.1嵌入此槽内。这里优选地水平臂9.1通过一条槽做成为有弹性的,并在末端设有加厚部位,它卡入相应的,加工在固定轨内表面上的沉割槽内,这样便可以得到形锁合但可拆卸的连接,和相邻板之间可靠和无间隙的布局。
这里垂直臂9.2在其上侧面上也可以设置一有颜色的弹性塑料边条11,它既满足装饰的目的,又改善密封性。边条11的表面除图4a中所示的平面形状外也可以如图4b中所示做成凸出的,或如图4c中所示,做成月牙凹形。其次也可以采用不带垂直臂9.2的连接板条9的结构。在图4d中表示这种特别适用于在外部区域内的露台板(Terassenplatte)。这时连接板条9仅仅由两条水平臂9.2组成,它们设有缺口。由此可以从板表面上排除水,这时水从相邻板之间的缝隙中流出,并可穿过连接板条9排出。

Claims (18)

1.由多个平面的单个单元组成的地板,其特征为:此平面的单元是多层板,其中在多层板的上侧分别设一薄的耐压和耐磨的板(1),在板(1)下面有一通过粘接连接固定的耐压轻材料层(4)。
2.按权利要求1的地板,其特征为:耐压和耐磨薄板(1)由天然石材组成。
3.按权利要求1的地板,其特征为:耐压和耐磨薄板(1)由玻璃组成。
4.按权利要求3的地板,其特征为:薄的耐压和耐磨的板(1)由玻璃组成并在其底面上设有一可从上方看到的图案造型。
5.按上述权利要求之任一项的地板,其特征为:在轻材料层(4)的垂直边缘面上设有槽(3),在这些槽(3)内分别在相邻铺设的多层板之间设有连接板条(9)。
6.按上述权利要求之任一项的地板,其特征为:至少在板(1)和轻材料层(4)之间的部分区域内粘贴一具有高强度以及相对于板(1)具有高弹性模量和小的厚度的平的护板(2)。
7.按权利要求6的地板,其特征为:平的护板(2)整面或条形设置,并由CFK,CFK-织物,玻璃纤维或金属组成。
8.按权利要求6或7的地板,其特征为:护板(2)设置在轻材料层(4)之内。
9.按权利要求8的地板,其特征为:在轻材料层(4)上加工出用来安装条状的护板(2)的槽。
10.按上述权利要求之任一项的地板,其特征为:平面的单元构成边长为300至500mm的正方形,并具有10至20mm的厚度。
11.按上述权利要求之任一项的地板,其特征为:多层板设置在一平的底层上,该底层含有一带有浇注在它上面的快速固化的流体无缝地板(7)的底膜(8)。
12.按权利要求5至11之任一项的地板,其特征为:连接板条(9)由两条水平臂(9.1)和一条朝上的垂直臂(9.2)组成,其中水平臂(9.1)的厚度略小于槽(3)的宽度,水平臂(9.1)嵌入槽(3)内,而垂直臂(9.2)的上边缘大致以天然石板(1)的表面结束。
13.按权利要求12的地板,其特征为:在轻材料层(4)的侧面内嵌入一由其他材料组成的附加零件,用以固定连接板条(9);此零件具有一槽,连接板条(9)的水平臂(9.1)嵌入此槽内。
14.按权利要求12或13的地板,其特征为:垂直臂(9.2)在上侧设一有颜色的边条(11)。
15.按权利要求12至14之任一项的地板,其特征为:为了将连接板条(9)夹紧在槽(3)内水平臂(9.1)具有加厚部位。
16.按权利要求12至15之任一项的地板,其特征为:连接板条(9)设置在多层板整体布局的两个接缝方向,并在接缝的交叉点处相互连接。
17.按上述权利要求之任一项的地板,其特征为:轻材料层(4)的底面具有能够排水的沟槽。
18.按上述权利要求之任一项的地板,其特征为:由许多多层板组成的总体结构的边缘由一角型材(5)限定,其水平臂固定在多层板之下,其垂直臂在其朝向地板的一侧上设有可压缩的密封带。
