Claims (16)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Doppeletiketten, bei dem zwei ungleich große Etiketten, welche mit Klebflächen auf jeweils einem Träger lösbar aufgebracht sind, zusammengeführt und miteinander verklebt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Etiketten (2, 3, 7, 9, 31, 33, 47, 49, 67, 79, 85) jeweils von Ihrem Träger (11, 13) gelöst und mit einander zugewandten Klebflächen (35, 37) miteinander verklebt werden.
- Vorfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Etiketten (2, 3, 7, 9, 31, 33, 47, 49, 67, 79, 85) von den Trägem (11, 13) mittels zumindest einer Spendeinrichtung (25, 51) gelöst werden, unmittelbar hinter der Spendeinrichtung (25, 51) miteinander verklebt und anschließend auf einen zu etikettierenden Gegenstand oder einen weiteren Träger (58) gespendet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Träger (11, 13. 58) Trägerbänder ( 21, 23, 43, 45, 59) sind, welche jeweils von einer Abwickelrolle (17, 19) abgezogen werden und zum Ablösen der Etikatten (2, 3, 7, 9, 31, 33, 47, 49, 67, 79, 85) über eine Spendkante (27, 29, 53, 55) geführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest zwei Trägerbänder (21, 23) und zumindest zwei Abwickelrollen (17, 19) verwendet werden und daß von der einen Abwickelrolle (17) das Trägerband (21) mit Innenliagenden Etiketten (7) und von der anderen Abwickelrolle (19) das Trägerband (23) mit außenliagenden Etiketten (9) abgezogen wird, wobei die Trägerbänder (21, 23) an der spendeinrichtung (25) aufeinander zulaufen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Trägerbänder (21, 23, 43, 45) auf eine gemeinsame Aufwickelrolle gewickelt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Etiketten (2, 3, 7, 9, 31, 33, 47, 49, 67, 79, 85) hinter der Spendeinrichtung (25, 51) zwischen zwei Andrückrollen (39, 41) hindurchgeführt werden.
- Doppeletikett (1, 57, 65, 75), hergestellt durch das Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bestehend aus zwei ungleich großen Etiketten, welche jeweils eine Klebfläche aufweisen, wobei das eine Etikett mit einem freien Tell seiner Klabfläche über das andere Etikett hinausragt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei einzelne Etiketten (2, 3, 7, 9, 31, 33, 47, 49, 67, 79, 85) mit einander zugewandten Klebflächen (35, 37) miteinander verklebt sind.
- Doppeletikett nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das eine Etikett (2, 67, 79) eine größere Klebfläche (71, 83) als das andere Etikett (3, 85) aufweist und an einem Abschnitt (70) eines Randbereiches (72) mit seinem freien Teil (69, 81) über des andere Etikett (3, 85) hinausragt, wobei die übrige Klebfläche des einen Etiketts mit der Klebfläche des anderen Etiketts verklebt ist.
- Doppeletikett nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der freie Teil (5, 69, 81) des einen Etiketts (2, 67, 79) eine geringere Breite als der verklebts Bereich (73, 77) des Doppeletiketts (1, 65, 75) aufweist.
- Doppeletikett nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der freie Tell (5, 69, 81) des einen Etiketts (2, 67, 79) auf einem Träger (58) lösbar aufgeklebt und/oder zur Befestigung an Gegenständen vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Doppeletiketten, mit zumindest zwei Zuführeinrichtungen zum Zuführen von jeweils zumindest einem Etikett auf jeweils einem Träger und wenigstens einer Spendelnrichtung zum Ablösen der Etiketten von den Trägern und zum Zusammenführen und Miteinanderverkleben der Etiketten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spendeinrichtung (25, 51) parallel nebeneinander liegende Spendkanten (27, 29, 53, 55) aufweist und daß die Abwickelrollen (17, 19) derart angeordnet sind, daß die ersten Etiketten (7) auf dem einen Trägerband (21) der einen Spendkante (27) und die zweiten Etiketten (9) auf dem anderen Trägerband (23) der anderen Spendkante (29) auf zueinander entgegengesetzten Seiten zugeführt werden, so daß die Etiketten (7, 9) an den Spendkanten (27, 29) mit ihren Klebflächen einander zugewandt angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführeinrichtungen Abwickelrollen (17, 19) und die Träger (11, 13) Trägerbänder (21, 23) sind, wobei eine der Abwickelrollen (17) zur Aufnahme eines der Trägerbänder (21) mit innenliegenden ersten Etiketten (7) und die andere Abwickelrolle (19) zur Aufnahme des anderen Trägerbandes (23) mit außenllegenden zweiten Etiketten (9) dient
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Aufwickelrolle zum Aufwickeln von beiden Trägerbändem (21, 23, 43, 45) von den Abwickelrollen (17, 19) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufwickelrolle zwischen den beiden Abwickelrollen (17, 19) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine dritte Abwickelrolle zur Aufnahme eines leeren Trägerbandes (59) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß hinter der Spendelnrichtung (25, 51) zumindest zwei Andrückrollen (39, 41) angeordnet sind.
