Abstract
Description
- einer Faltstation, in der die mit einem Klebestreifen versehenen Zuschnitteile gefaltet werden,
- einer sich anschließenden Überleitstation, die als Fördereinrichtung zumindest zwei jeweils aus einem oberen und unteren Riemen bestehende Förderriemenpaare und eine Einrichtung zum Ausschleusen fehlerhafter Faltschachteln aufweist, wobei die Ausschleuseeinrichtung aus einem in Förderrichtung schneidenden Kreismesser, das am Anfang der Überleitstation zwischen den beiden Förderriemenpaaren in die Förderebene der Faltschachteln absenkbar und aus dieser abhebbar gelagert ist, und aus einer an jeder Längsseite der Überleitstation angeordneten Einrichtung zum seitlichen Herausziehen der beim Längsschnitt abgetrennten Seitenteile besteht, und
- einer Sammel- und Preßeinrichtung, in der die flachliegend gefalteten Schachteln zum Abbinden des Klebstoffs gepreßt werden.
Weiterhin enthält die Zieheinrichtung 11 mindestens zwei Andruckscheiben 18, 19, die in Laufrichtung 20 hinter der Mitte und am äußeren Rand des Drehtellers 21 hintereinander angeordnet sind. Der Winkel zwischen den Andruckscheiben 18, 19 und den Förderriemenpaaren 7, 8 ist über ein Drehgelenk 22 in der Haltevorrichtung der Andruckscheiben 18, 19 einstellbar. Die in Förderrichtung erste Andruckscheibe 18 ist in einem spitzen Winkel geneigt gegen die Förderrichtung der Riemenpaare 7, 8 nach außen ausgerichtet. Die in Laufrichtung 20 zweite Andruckscheibe 19 ist in einem größeren Winkel, von etwas 45° zur Förderrichtung der Riemenpaare 7, 8 eingestellt. Die Andruckscheiben 18, 19 sind frei drehbar und beweglich gelagert. Dabei kann der Abstand zwischen dem Drehteller 16 und den Andruckscheiben 18, 19 mittels eines winkelförmigen Hebels 23 und einer dazugehörigen Justierschraube 24 eingestellt werden, wobei die Andruckscheiben 18, 19 nicht auf dem Drehteller 16 aufliegen. Über einen Anschlag 25 wird der zweiseitige Hebel 26 zur Aufnahme der frei drehbar gelagerten Andruckscheiben 18, 19 parallel über dem Drehteller 16 gehalten. Der benötigte Gegendruck zum Anschlag 25 wird über ein Federelement 27 erzeugt.
Claims (10)
- Faltschachtelklebemaschine zur Herstellung von Faltschachteln (12) aus Zuschnitten, miteiner Faltstation (3), in der die mit einem Klebestreifen versehenen Zuschnitteile gefaltet werden,einer sich anschließenden Überleitstation (5), die als Fördereinrichtung zumindest zwei jeweils aus einem oberen und unteren Riemen bestehenden Förderriemenpaar (7, 8) und eine Einrichtung zum Ausschleusen fehlerhafter Faltschachteln (12) aufweist, wobei die Ausschleuseeinrichtung aus einem in Förderrichtung (20) schneidenden Kreismesser (13), das am Anfang der Überleitstation (5) zwischen den beiden Förderriemenpaaren (7, 8) in die Förderebene der Faltschachteln (12) absenkbar und aus dieser abhebbar gelagert ist, und aus einer an jeder Längsseite der Überleitstation (5) angeordneten Einrichtung zum seitlichen Herausziehen (11) der beim Längsschnitt abgetrennten Seitenteile (12.1, 12.3) besteht, undeiner Sammel- und Preßeinrichtung (6), in der die flachliegend gefalteten Schachteln (12) zum Abbinden des Klebstoffs gepreßt werden,einen permanent mit hoher Geschwindigkeit umlaufenden, ebenen Drehteller (16), der von einem Elektromotor (17) angetrieben wird und der außen unmittelbar neben einem Förderriemenpaar (7, 8) angeordnet ist, undmindestens zwei Andruckscheiben (18, 19), die in Laufrichtung (20) hinter der Mitte und am äußeren Rand des Drehtellers (16) hintereinander angeordnet sind.
- Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andruckscheiben (18, 19) mit einer Verzahnung, in Form von Zahnrädern, versehen sind.
- Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andruckscheiben (18, 19) an den Enden eines zweiseitigen Hebels (26) frei drehbar gelagert sind und der zweiseitige Hebel mittig kippbar befestigt ist.
- Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen Drehteller (16) und Andruckscheiben (18, 19) über einen Anschlag (25) eingestellt wird.
- Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Kreismesser (13) jeweils innen neben den Förderriemenpaaren (7, 8) angeordnet sind.
- Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kreismesser (13) frei drehbar gelagert sind.
- Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kreismesser (13) in einem Gehäuse (14) heb- und senkbar gelagert sind, das an einer seitlichen Rollenschiene (10) der Überleitstation (5) befestigt ist.
- Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (14) höhenverstellbar und/oder über die Rollenschiene (10) nach außen schwenkbar ist.
- Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kreismesser (13) zum Schneiden gegen eine Gegenrolle (15) oder ein Topfmesser nach unten bewegt wird, so daß ein Scherenschnitt erzeugt wird.
- Faltschachtelklebemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils innen neben den Förderriemenpaaren (7, 8) Leitbleche (28) angeordnet sind, die in die Bewegungsbahn der abgetrennten Seitenteile (12.1, 12.3) hineinschwenkbar und in Laufrichtung (20) schräg nach außen ausgerichtet sind.
