Claims (16)

  1. Procédé permettant de délivrer un fil de trame à une griffe donneuse d'un métier à tisser, moyennant quoi plusieurs fils de trame (7) sont présents et la section de commencement de chaque fil de trame est serrée par l'intermédiaire d'une pince d'alimentation (13) affectée à celle-ci, disposée au niveau d'un dispositif d'alimentation en fil (12) mobile, moyennant quoi le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes:
    déplacement d'un dispositif d'alimentation en fil (12) choisi avec le fil de trame, d'une position de repos (12A) dans une position d'extension (12B),
    saisie du fil de trame (7) par une griffe donneuse (10) et ouverture de la pince d'alimentation (13) du dispositif d'alimentation en fil (12),
    introduction du fil de trame (7) choisi dans un pas de chaîne (6) ouvert,
    fixation du fil de trame dans le point de liage (5), au niveau du bord à fixer (8) du tissu (9) par l'intermédiaire du peigne miseur, moyennant quoi, avant la fixation du fil de trame, la partie restant entre un guide-fil (11) et le bord du tissu du côté trame (17), du fil de trame (7), est introduite et serrée dans cette même pince d'alimentation (13), et en ce que la partie restante du fil de trame (7) est saisie et serrée par une pince de retenue (18) disposée au niveau du bord du tissu du côté trame (17) sensiblement au moment où celle-ci est introduite et serrée dans la pince d'alimentation (13),
    moyennant quoi la partie restante du fil de trame (7) est découpée, directement après le serrage par la pince d'alimentation (13) et la pince de retenue (18) et encore pendant le déplacement du peigne miseur (4) par un dispositif de coupe (20) disposé entre la positon d'extension de la pince d'alimentation (13) et une position de réception (22B) de la pince de retenue (18), et on trouve alors une extrémité de fil de trame arrière et une extrémité avant d'un nouveau fil de trame, caractérisé en ce que la pince de retenue (18), serrant l'extrémité arrière du fil de trame (7), suit le mouvement destiné à la fixation du peigne miseur (4) jusqu'au point de liage (5), après quoi le fil de trame est fixé au niveau du point de liage, la pince de retenue (18) est alors ouverte et revient à la position de réception (22b) et, en outre, le dispositif d'alimentation en fil (12) revient dans la position de repos (12A) avec l'extrémité avant d'un nouveau fil de trame.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fil de trame (7) inséré est introduit à l'aide d'un crochet d'extension (19) dans la pince d'alimentation (13) et dans la pince de retenue (18).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pince de retenue (18) est disposée sur un levier pivotant (22) mobile autour d'un axe (21), moyennant quoi la pince de retenue (18) reçoit et serre le fil de trame dans une position de réception (22B) du levier pivotant, le levier pivotant (22) pivote conjointement avec le déplacement du peigne miseur (4) pour parvenir dans la position de fixation arrière (22C), et la pince de retenue (18) libère de nouveau le fil de trame.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise respectivement l'un de plusieurs dispositifs d'alimentation en fil (12) pouvant pivoter autour d'un axe (14), moyennant quoi chaque dispositif d'alimentation en fil, dans la position d'extension (12B), se place sensiblement au niveau d'un seul et même point d'extension (16).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la position de l'axe (14) du dispositif d'alimentation en fil (12) est choisie de telle sorte que le fil de trame est maintenu en étant tendu lors du déplacement entre la position de repos (12A) et la position d'extension (12B) et inversement.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise respectivement l'un de plusieurs dispositifs d'alimentation en fil (12) mobiles de manière linéaire, moyennant quoi chaque dispositif d'alimentation en fil, dans la position d'extension (12B), se place sensiblement au niveau d'un seul et même point d'extension (16).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la trajectoire linéaire du dispositif d'alimentation en fil (12), entre la position de repos (12A) et la position d'extension (12B), est choisie de telle sorte que le fil de trame (7) est maintenu en étant tendu au moins dans la position de repos et dans la position d'extension.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation en fil (12) reste dans sa position d'extension (12B) lorsque, pour la trame suivante, on doit introduire le même fil de trame (7).
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement du dispositif d'alimentation en fil (12), l'actionnement des pinces d'alimentation (13), le déplacement du levier pivotant (22), l'actionnement de la pince de retenue (18) et l'actionnement du dispositif de coupe (20) sont commandés en fonction de l'angle de l'appareil.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pinces d'alimentation (13) et/ou pince de retenue (18) sont actionnées de manière passive.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les pinces d'alimentation (13) et/ou la pince de retenue (18) sont actionnées de manière active.
  12. Dispositif permettant de délivrer un fil de trame à une griffe donneuse d'un métier à tisser, moyennant quoi plusieurs fils de trame (7) sont présents, et l'extrémité avant de chaque fil de trame à délivrer est serrée par l'intermédiaire d'une pince d'alimentation (13) affectée à celle-ci, disposée au niveau d'un dispositif d'alimentation en fil (12) mobile, moyennant quoi le dispositif d'alimentation en fil (12) est déplacé d'une position de repos dans une position d'extension et inversement, comportant une griffe donneuse pouvant être avancée puis reculée dans le pas de chaîne (6), et un dispositif de coupe (20) permettant de découper le fil de trame (7) introduit à partir d'un fil de trame maintenu à disposition, moyennant quoi le dispositif de coupe (20) est disposé à proximité du point d'extension (16) de la pince pour le fil (12), de manière immobile au niveau du bord de tissu (17) du côté trame, caractérisé en ce que, au niveau du bord du tissu du côté trame (17), il est prévu une pince de retenue (18) suivant le déplacement du peigne miseur, destinée au fil de trame (7).
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la pince de retenue (18) est disposée sur un levier pivotant (22) entraîné de manière mobile autour d'un axe (21).
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs d'alimentation en fil (12) sont configurés sous la forme d'éléments de type étriers entraînés autour d'un axe pivotant (14).
  15. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs d'alimentation en fil (12) sont configurés sous la forme d'éléments entraînés dans une direction linéaire.
  16. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit, entre la position d'extension (12B) du dispositif d'alimentation en fil (12) et le dispositif de coupe (20), un crochet d'extension (19) installé de manière fixe.
