Claims (13)
- Sicherheitseinrichtung, hier ein Tresor, dessen Wände aus Beton, Füllelementen und Bewehrungsprofilen aus Stahl oder anderen Bewehrungen bestehen. Sie zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Wand (1) als kompaktes einschichtiges Plattenprofil ausgeführt ist und die Bewehrungen vom Beton (2) mit Füllelementen (4) getragen werden.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung gemäß Anforderung 1; sie zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Wand (1) außerdem auch Farbstoff (8) beinhaltet.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung gemäß Anforderung 1; sie zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Wand (1) außerdem auch Verstärkungsfasern (3) aus Stahl beinhaltet.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung gemäß Anforderung 3; sie zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass diese Verstärkungsfasern (3) einen Durchmesser von höchstens 0,25 mm und eine Länge von höchstens 12 mm haben.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung gemäß Anforderung 1; sie zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Bewehrung in Form von Stahlprofilen (5) ausgeführt wird.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung gemäß Anforderung 1; sie zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Bewehrung in Form vom profilierten Stahlgitter (5) ausgeführt wird.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung gemäß Anforderung 5; sie zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Stahlbewehrung (5) ein Ω-Profil haben. Diese bilden dann Kammer für das Füllmaterial und werden vom Beton und anderem Füllmaterial umhüllt.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung gemäß Anforderung 1; sie zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Füllelemente (4) aus Recyclingmaterial bestehen.
- Sicherheitseinrichtung gemäß einer der Anforderungen 1 bis 8; sie zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Wand (1) mit Blechen (6,7) verkleidet wird - dadurch entsteht eine mehrschichtige Platte.
- Verfahren für die Herstellung der Sicherheitseinrichtung gemäß den Anforderungen 1 bis 9; es zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass in die Form Bewehrung eingelegt und danach der schnell härtende Beton mit anderem Füllmaterial eingegossen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anforderung 10; es zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass dem weiteren Füllmaterial Verstärkungselemente, Füllelemente aus Recyclingmaterial und Farbstoff beigemischt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anforderung 10; es zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass der Beton eine porenfreie Oberfläche bildet.
- Verfahren nach Anforderung 10; es zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass der Beton in die Form gepumpt und mit Schlauch verteilt wird.
