Description
Claims (16)
- Verfahren zur Förderung von einer eine Außenhülle (1) sowie einen Innenbeutel (2) aus einem siegelfähigen Werkstoff umfassenden Verpackung (3), wobei der Innenbeutel (2) in die Außenhülle (1) eingesetzt wird, und die Außenhülle (1) sowie der Innenbeutel (2) einer Förderstrecke (7) zugeführt und entlang dieser Förderstrecke gemeinsam transportiert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenbeutel (2) während eines Teils der Förderstrecke (7) in eine Hochlage relativ zur Außenhülle (1) und in den Wirkbereich einer Quersiegelstation (12) sowie einer Schneidvorrichtung (16) überführbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenbeutel (2) während der gemeinsamen Förderbewegung in relative Rüttelbewegungen zu der Außenhülle (1) versetzbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rüttelbewegung vor Erreichen der Quersiegelstation (12) durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die relative Hochlage in Abhängigkeit von vorgebbaren Betriebsparametern veränderbar ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die relativen Rüttelbewegungen steuerbar sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenbeutel (2) in eine als Faltschachtelverpackung ausgebildete Außenhülle (1) einsetzbar ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenbeutel (2) nach einer Quersiegelung und einem Schneidvorgang in die Außenhülle (1) abgesenkt und anschließend die Außenhülle (1) verschlossen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenbeutel (2) nach der Befüllung mit dem Produkt gefaltet und anschließend geheftet wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Förderung einer eine Außenhülle (1) sowie einen befüllten Innenbeutel (2) aufweisenden Verpackung (3), insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, mit einem eine Durchlaßöffnung aufweisenden Längsförderer (5) zum gemeinsamen Transport von einer die Außenhülle (1) sowie den Innenbeutel (2) aufweisenden Verpackung (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch die Durchlaßöffnung sowie eine mit dieser korrespondierenden Öffnung in der Außenhülle (1) ein Heber (8) zum Anheben des Innenbeutels (2) relativ zur Außenhülle (1) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über den Heber (8) Rüttelbewegungen zum Verdichten des eingefüllten Produktes ausführbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung eine Heftstation zur Heftung einer Kopfnaht eines befüllten Innenbeutels (2) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Quersiegelstation (12) zur Erstellung einer Quersiegelung unterhalb der Kopfnaht vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Beutelüberstand oberhalb der Quersiegelnaht mittels einer Schneidvorrichtung (16) abtrennbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, der Längsförderer (5) zwei mit Abstand nebeneinander angeordnete Endlosförderer aufweist und der Heber (8) zwischen den benachbarten Endlosförderern auf und ab zu bewegen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Heber (8) über Kurvenbahnen steuerbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Heber (8) über Führungsschlitten mit einem zugehörigen Kettentrieb verbindbar sind.
