Claims (10)
- Oberbau eines Falzapparates mit einem Falztrichter zum Einführen einer Mehrzahl von nebeneinanderliegenden Teilmaterialbahnen in den Falzapparat, wobei vor dem Falztrichter eine Perforationseinrichtung zum Erzeugen wenigstens einer Längsperforation in einer Ausgangsmaterialbahn (02) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Falztrichter eine Längstrenneinrichtung (16) die Ausgangsmaterialbahn (02) längs der Perforation in mehrere Teilmaterialbahnen auf dem Falztrichter trennend angeordnet ist.
- Oberbau nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Perforationseinrichtung an einer Umlenkwalze (01) angebracht ist.
- Oberbau nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Perforationseinrichtung wenigstens ein Messer, insbesondere ein Kreismesser (09) umfasst, dessen umlaufende Schneidkante wenigstens eine nicht schneidende Unterbrechung (11) aufweist.
- Oberbau nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schneidkante des Kreismessers (09) zwei diametral gegenüberliegende Unterbrechungen (11) aufweist.
- Oberbau nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nicht schneidende Unterbrechung (11) eine Kerbe im Kreismesser (09) ist, deren Tiefe größer ist als die einer mit dem Kreismesser (09) zusammenwirkenden Nut eines Untermessers.
- Oberbau nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterbrechung (11) eine Länge von 1 bis 5 mm hat.
- Oberbau nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis der Länge der nicht schneidenden Unterbrechung oder Unterbrechungen (11) zur Umfangslänge des Kreismessers (09) weniger als 10%, vorzugsweise zwischen 1 und 3%, beträgt.
- Oberbau nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Mehrzahl von Zufuhrwegen zum Zuführen jeweils einer Ausgangsmaterialbahn (02) zu dem Falztrichter umfasst, und daß jeder Zufuhrweg eine Perforationseinrichtung aufweist.
- Oberbau nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Perforationseinrichtungen mit einer solchen Phasenlage betreibbar sind, dass nach dem Perforieren zwischen benachbarten Teilbahnen verschiedener Ausgangs-Materialbahnen (02) bestehengebliebene Stege (19) an der Längstrenneinrichtung (16) gegeneinander in Transportrichtung versetzt sind.
- Oberbau nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längstrenneinrichtung (16) auf einen durch Übereinanderlegen mehrerer auf verschiedenen Zufuhrwegen zugeführter Ausgangsmaterialbahnen (02) gebildeten Stapel (22) von Materialbahnen wirkt.
