Claims (6)
- Procédé pour déterminer des droits de péage pour l'utilisation routière au moyen d'un système de péage (1), comprenant un appareil embarqué sur véhicule (3) pour une détermination autonome dans le véhicule d'un droit de péage pour un véhicule à l'intérieur d'une zone de facturation d'utilisation (13, 14), comprenant :- en cas de besoin, la transmission de données qui sont nécessaires pour la détermination du droit de péage, depuis un poste central d'exploitation (2), vers l'appareil embarqué sur véhicule (3) au moyen d'un système de communication (3.3),- la détermination de droits de péage d'utilisation partiels consécutifs à acquitter pour des tronçons routiers parcourus, au moyen de l'appareil embarqué sur véhicule (3),- la détermination du droit de péage total pour un trajet par sommation des droits de péage d'utilisation partiels individuels au moyen de l'appareil embarqué sur véhicule (3),- lorsqu'on atteint des critères prédéterminés, la transmission du droit de péage total déterminé jusqu'à cet instant, via le système de communication (3.3), au poste central d'exploitation (2) pour facturation au moyen de l'appareil embarqué sur véhicule (3), caractérisé par- l'exploitation du système de péage (1) par un exploitant (15) dans une zone de facturation d'utilisation (14),- l'exploitation d'un système de péage par exploitant étranger (17), par un exploitant étranger (16) dans une zone de facturation d'utilisation (13) différente de la zone de facturation d'utilisation (14),- la réalisation d'une interopérabilité technique de l'appareil embarqué sur véhicule (3) pour l'utilisation de l'appareil embarqué sur véhicule (3) dans la zone de facturation d'utilisation différente (13) par- le raccordement d'une interface DSRC à l'appareil embarqué sur véhicule (3) et le support de toutes les transactions supportées par des balises et basées sur le système CEN DSRC, par utilisation de la norme ISO ENV 14906 EFC,- l'utilisation d'au moins une carte à puce (3) à titre de module de sécurité dans l'appareil embarqué sur véhicule (3),- le chargement postérieur par transmission sécurisée a posteriori de pilotes d'appareils et d'applications via différents canaux de communication vers l'appareil embarqué sur véhicule (3) pour obtenir une capacité multi-applications, afin de coopérer avec le système de péage (17) de l'exploitant étranger,- la définition et l'exécution de modifications/extensions dans une forme unitaire au moyen d'une interface interne définie de l'appareil embarqué sur véhicule (3) entre applications et fonctions de base de l'appareil embarqué sur véhicule (3), et- l'exécution de transactions entre l'appareil embarqué sur véhicule (3) et d'autres postes centraux par utilisation du protocole TCP/IP-PPP à titre de standard pour un système porteur à GSM,dans lequel, quand le droit de péage pour utilisation routière est exigé par l'exploitant étranger (16) dans la nouvelle zone de facturation d'utilisation (13), l'appareil embarqué sur véhicule (3) calcule le droit de péage d'utilisation routière selon les conditions du système de péage (17) de l'exploitant étranger et une facturation automatique n'est rendue possible que si l'exploitant (15) du système de péage (1) atteste d'une prise en charge de la dette d'un propriétaire de véhicule (10).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
les critères précités sont satisfaits lorsqu'on atteint ou lorsqu'on dépasse une valeur seuil et/ou quand des données provenant du poste central d'exploitation (2) sont requises et/ou quand une transmission de données est déclenchée manuellement par un utilisateur (10), et/ou quand des positions prédéterminées dans le réseau de voies de circulation sont parcourues, ladite valeur seuil correspondant à une somme d'argent déterminée et/ou un intervalle temporel déterminé et/ou un éloignement déterminé parcouru depuis le dernier instant du transfert de données. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce qu'un utilisateur de véhicule (10) ou le propriétaire d'un véhicule (10) entretient, pour la facturation, un compte auprès de l'exploitant (15) du système de péage (1), compte depuis lequel les droits de péage d'utilisation transmis sont automatiquement débités. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que la détermination des droits de péage dus pour utilisation routière pour un véhicule lors d'une circulation dans les différentes zones de facturation d'utilisation (13, 14) est exécutée par l'unique appareil embarqué sur véhicule (3). - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que des informations concernant des frontières (18) d'au moins une zone d'utilisation d'origine (14) sont mémorisées dans l'appareil embarqué sur véhicule (3) et, lorsqu'il se rapproche de la frontière (18) de la zone de facturation d'utilisation (14), l'appareil embarqué sur véhicule (3) requiert en cas de besoin des données de service manquantes pour la zone de facturation d'utilisation différente voisine (13) depuis le poste central d'exploitation (2), et les données de service requises sont transmises au moyen du système de communication (3.3) depuis le poste central d'exploitation (2) vers l'appareil embarqué sur véhicule (3) et sont mémorisées dans l'appareil embarqué sur véhicule (3). - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que lors du franchissement d'une frontière (18) entre les deux zones de facturation d'utilisation (13, 14), la détermination du droit de péage d'utilisation routière est exécutée selon les conditions de la nouvelle zone de facturation d'utilisation (13, 14).
