Claims (9)

  1. Procédé de facturation automatique dans un système à prélèvement de droits ou à péage (12) au moyen d'un appareil de véhicule (100) qui est un prêt de l'exploitant du péage (18),
    une détermination de position de l'appareil de véhicule (100) étant effectuée au moyen d'un récepteur de position (11) de l'appareil de véhicule (100) afin de reconnaître une approche et un dépassement d'une limite de système à péage (10) du système à péage (12),
    caractérisé en ce que lors de la reconnaissance d'une approche d'une limite de système à péage (10) du système à péage (12), un signal sonore (13) et un signal visuel (14) sont générés par l'appareil de véhicule (100), moyennant quoi le conducteur est averti de restituer l'appareil de véhicule (100) prêté,
    et en ce que
    lors de la reconnaissance d'un dépassement d'une limite de système à péage (10) du système à péage (12), un message (15) avec l'invitation à restituer l'appareil de véhicule (100) prêté est en plus envoyé au numéro de téléphone mobile du conducteur.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de véhicule (100) perd sa validité après un intervalle de temps dt prédéfini dans le système à péage (12).
  3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que des données personnelles d'un utilisateur de l'appareil de véhicule (100) sont mémorisées dans l'appareil de véhicule (100).
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un crédit est déduit d'une carte prépayée et/ou d'un compte de péage après que l'appareil de véhicule (100) s'est éloigné du système à prélèvement de droits ou à péage (12).
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le signal sonore et/ou visuel (13, 14) et/ou un message (15) sont émis en cas de séparation de l'appareil de véhicule (100) d'une alimentation en d'énergie.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans le cas d'une sortie non autorisée du système à péage (12), l'appareil de véhicule (100) n'est réactivé lors d'une nouvelle entrée dans le système à péage (12) que lorsqu'un droit supplémentaire a été payé.
  7. Appareil de véhicule (100) destiné à la facturation automatique dans un système à prélèvement de droits ou à péage (12), l'appareil de véhicule (100) contenant un dispositif (11) de détermination de la position de l'appareil de véhicule (100) ainsi que des dispositifs (20, 21) destinés à émettre des signaux sonores et visuels (13, 14) ainsi qu'un logiciel (17) servant à générer les signaux (13, 14), caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de véhicule (100) est configuré pour mettre en œuvre le procédé de facturation automatique dans le système à prélèvement de droits ou à péage (12) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6.
  8. Appareil de véhicule (100) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de véhicule (100) possède un logiciel de surveillance par lequel l'appareil de véhicule (100) peut être désactivé.
  9. Appareil de véhicule (100) selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil de véhicule (100) possède un module de communication (16), lequel est conçu pour l'itinérance (fonctionnement dans des réseaux tiers).
