Claims (6)

  1. Système de perception de redevances qui comporte au moins un dispositif de détermination de redevance d'utilisation ainsi qu'une centrale de perception en liaison de communication avec ledit au moins un dispositif,
    - le dispositif de détermination de la redevance d'utilisation étant disposé dans un véhicule (1) pour permettre à un véhicule (1) d'effectuer un parcours et contenant une carte numérique d'un réseau routier, des moyens de détermination de la position du véhicule (1), un dispositif de communication et une unité de calcul,
    - la redevance d'utilisation due pour le déplacement du véhicule (1) sur les parties du parcours étant déterminée dans l'unité de calcul à partir des données délivrées par les moyens de détermination de position et la carte numérique,
    - au moins un autre service indépendant de la détermination de la redevance d'utilisation étant offert sur le dispositif,
    caractérisé en ce que
    - la communication qui concerne le service indépendant s'effectue exclusivement par l'intermédiaire d'un noeud de service (3) de l'exploitant du service de redevance d'utilisation et en fonction de la présence de l'autorisation délivrée à l'usager par la centrale de perception,
    - le numéro de téléphone du dispositif de communication présent dans le véhicule et la clé nécessaire pour communiquer avec le dispositif de communication étant mis uniquement à disposition du noeud de service, l'usager du service indépendant ne recevant ni le numéro de téléphone ni la clé.
  2. Système de perception de redevances selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins autre service est en communication avec une centrale fixe de service par une liaison de communication unidirectionnelle ou bidirectionnelle.
  3. Système de perception de redevances selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que des données de roulage de différents types sont saisies dans le véhicule (1).
  4. Système de perception de redevances selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des données supplémentaires de différents types sont saisies dans le véhicule (1).
  5. Procédé de fourniture d'un service indépendant dans un système de perception de redevances selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la fourniture se déroule selon le procédé ci-dessous :
    - le prestataire (5) du service indépendant demande au noeud de service (3) s'il s'adresse à un dispositif d'un véhicule déterminé,
    - le noeud de service (3) vérifie si le détenteur du véhicule a reçu une autorisation appropriée du noeud de service (3) ou de la centrale de perception (4),
    - au cas où cette autorisation existe, le noeud de service (3) demande à la centrale de perception (4) le numéro de téléphone et la clé nécessaires pour pouvoir atteindre l'appareil du véhicule,
    - seul le noeud de service (3) reçoit de la centrale de perception (4) le numéro de téléphone et la clé nécessaires, grâce à quoi l'accès direct du prestataire (5) du service indépendant au dispositif de détermination de la redevance d'utilisation pour le passage d'un véhicule (1) sur un parcours est exclu dans un véhicule (1),
    - le noeud de service (3) entre en communication avec le véhicule concerné et fournit les services indépendants,
    - le noeud de service (3) transmet au prestataire (5) du service indépendant les informations qui concernent son service indépendant.
  6. Procédé de fourniture d'un service indépendant selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un certain nombre de primitives de service prédéterminées sont combinées dans le dispositif de détermination de la redevance d'utilisation d'un véhicule (1) pour former un service indépendant, cette opération s'effectuant sans accès direct du prestataire (5) du service indépendant au dispositif de détermination de la redevance d'utilisation.
