Definitions

  • the invention relates to an actuating handle for doors, windows or the like. according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Locking systems are commonly used for doors, allowing only authorized persons access. Keys other than for such locking systems are usually needed for lockable window handles. But you need for certain applications handling systems that allow without separate keys, if necessary to organize the opening and closing of windows or other room closures alone by users entitled to use and still allow operation, for example, for the purpose of ventilation.
  • DE-U-8 624 544 for mounting on a frame before a stop body with which the handle is axially fixed and contains the locking means defining the preferred or standard angular positions of a handle.
  • EP-B-0 386 651 and EP-B-0 460 297 each describe a lockable window handle having a two-stage jaw clutch lock which allows the window to pivot only when the handle is unlocked. It can thus cause a tilted position of the window even when the handle is closed, so that a room ventilation can always be carried out, even by operating personnel who does not have keys.
  • window handles have a push-button unit as an axially movable Sich ceremoniessElement, but this can also bring about unauthorized by simply pressing or disengagement or the closing state, which is undesirable in some applications and may even be inadmissible.
  • DE-U-299 13 559 describes a handle which can be used optionally with or without locking means. He can be equipped - in particular only on site - with a cylinder, which, for example. is removable at any time for replacement for a different closing system.
  • the handle neck on a recess into which a Schieranlagenschreiber lock cylinder is fitted, which engages a locking ring via an adapter. This can be rigidly arranged at the lower end of the lock cylinder core. However, only two end positions of the lock cylinder are selectable.
  • the aim is a handle construction that allows reliable handling with simple, cost-effective production and assembly.
  • the invention provides according to claim 1, that the locking bolt with a free end on the trained as a stepped locking sleeve locking element is slidable so that he when grip-pivoting in each case in a defined handle angular position automatically assumes a detent position.
  • the latching means is a locking bolt arranged in the lock cylinder, which is displaceable spring-loaded in the axial direction and slides over a stepped locking sleeve.
  • the locking means is slotted in the lock cylinder, which represents a significant improvement over the prior art because of the safe movement entrainment.
  • the locking sleeve on an annular flange, which has a semicircular collar and - in addition to the full circle - one of them axially receding lower half-ring surface with an axis-parallel concavity. It sets the locking bolt on the circumference to lock the handle and secure against rotation.
  • the lock cylinder has a non-rotatable wall in which a radially projecting from the locking means pin is guided, preferably in a straight longitudinal groove which directs the stroke of the locking means.
  • the dependent claim 4 provides in a handle of the type mentioned above, that the lock cylinder has a core which is provided with a radial opening which controls a radially projecting from the locking means pin pen.
  • the breakthrough according to claim 5 has an angled contour, wherein a lower boundary has a flat segment, which merges via a trough into a steeper segment.
  • the extent of the stroke is defined in a structurally particularly simple way.
  • claim 6 provides that the breakthrough at an upper boundary has two mutually axially offset straight edges, which extend substantially horizontally or transversely to the cylinder axis and terminate at a vertical intermediate edge above the trough.
  • the important feature of the handle is defined that in a key inserted in the lock cylinder for pivoting the handle from a transverse to the up-vertical position a two-handed operation is required. It has an effective child safety device that helps to prevent accidents. Specifically, the handle according to claim 11 from a transverse position (3 o'clock position or 9 o'clock position) only upwardly pivotable while the key is rotated against spring force.
  • Claim 10 provides that when the handle is pivoted from the upward vertical position (12 o'clock position) into a transverse position (3 o'clock or 9 o'clock position), the locking bolt can be latched behind a tangential stop under spring force, regardless of whether the key is in the lock cylinder or not.
  • a rosette 20 axialfest / rotatably mounted, generally designated 10 window handle the handle head 12 is shown partially cut away to allow insight into the interior.
  • the rosette 20 has stop cams 21 (FIGS. 3, 4, 7) and a reinforcing plate 22 with screw holes 24.
  • This has a central opening in which the rosette 20 - including one attached in her or with her one-piece locking sleeve 30 - is centrally penetrated by a square 26, which engages in the handle head 12 in a square hole 16.
  • Parallel to the square hole 16 is also an axially parallel round hole 14 is present, which receives a lock cylinder 18, the core 40 of a compression spring 42 constantly axially loaded locking bolt 44 axially movable, see the detail drawings Fig. 8a and 8b.
  • a snap ring 29 ( Figures 4 to 6) secures the lock cylinder 18 against axial tension.
  • Two diametrically opposed longitudinal grooves 19 extend in the lock cylinder wall 60 parallel to the axis A ( Figure 7) and are used to hold the (not shown) tumblers of the lock cylinder 18 when the key S should be deducted.
  • a pin 48 which projects radially from the locking bolt 44, this rotatably in a (not shown) longitudinal groove, which between the grooves 19 in the lock cylinder wall 60 is located.
  • An annular flange 32 of the locking sleeve 30 has an upwardly projecting semicircular collar 34 and - in addition to the full circle - an axially receding to the collar 34, lower half-ring surface 36, in which an axially parallel concavity 46 is introduced as a locking part. She sets the locking bolt 44 on the circumference to lock the handle 10 and secure against rotation.
  • the cylinder core 40, a radial opening 50, the lower boundary of a flat, approximately horizontally extending coil portion or segment 52 and an adjoining, steeper (helical) segment 56 are formed.
  • a trough 54 At the kinked transition between the segments 52, 56 is a trough 54.
  • the flat segment 52 preferably extends through an angle of 180 °, while the steep flank 56 emanating from the trough 54 makes an angle of e.g. 40 °.
  • the segment ends for the pin 48 each form a stop. Above run on both sides from there straight edges toward each other, namely a slightly inclined edge 62 and a horizontal edge 66, in such axial offset that at a vertical intermediate edge 58 above the trough 54, a vertical stop step is formed.
  • the window handle 10 is in the basic position of Fig. 1, so that the handle body is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the rosette 20 down.
  • the angular position of the key S-comp. Fig. 1a - is referred to as 6 o'clock position.
  • the pin 48 is in abutment at the end of the flat segment 52 (left in the picture), and the locking bolt 44 has entered the concavity 46.
  • the key S can be withdrawn, i. You have a first operating state as with any lockable window handle.
  • the window handle 10 is also in the down position parallel to the longitudinal direction of the rosette 20, but the key S is shown in FIG. 2a in the 12 o'clock position, ie the lock cylinder 18 is compared to FIG ° turned.
  • the pin 48 passes over the flat segment 52 into the trough 54 and thus the locking bolt 44 with its lower end just above the semi-circular surface 36, out of engagement with the concavity 46 (see Fig .. 5 and 6).
  • the key S is removable and the handle 10 can be pivoted to a transverse position (to the left in the 3 o'clock position, Figures 3 and 3a, or to the right in the 9 o'clock position, not drawn) with the locking bolt 44 coming into contact with one of two stepped or tangential stops 68 of the semicircular collar 34.
  • This is a second operating state which in cooperation with a TBT window Transmission: provides increased security [ "t ILT b efore-urn" mode only tilting, then Panning]. For example, anyone, including a child, can not open the partially-closed windows, such as for venting without key S, or open them.
  • the invention is not limited to one of the embodiments described above, but modified in many ways, depending on the doors or windows or the like. given requirements. It exceeds the possibilities of the conventional technique, which allowed either the unhindered pivoting of a window handle or its partial rotation with only two positions of the lock cylinder.
  • the window handle 10 of claim 1 is shut off in its basic position and the window is always safe with removed key S, because it can indeed be tilted or closed, but not swung open. Even if accidentally stuck Key S, the lock cylinder 18 acts as a child safety, because you need both hands to move the handle 10 from a transverse to the up-vertical position (12 o'clock position, Fig. 5a and 6a): the handle 10 can be only swing up while one hand turns on the steep edge 56 rotatably sprung key S, so that the locking bolt 44 overcomes the tangential stop 68.
  • a preferred embodiment of an actuating handle for doors, windows or the like With a rosette 20 for holding a rotary handle 10, in the handle head 12 has a lock cylinder 18 with a spring-loaded axially displaceable locking bolt 44 which in a defined grip Rotation angle position automatically assumes a locking position by being slidable with a free end on a trained as a stepped locking sleeve locking element 30 of the rosette 20.
  • the lock cylinder 18 has a non-rotatable wall 58 and a core 40 with a radial opening 50 which controls a radially projecting from the locking bolt 44 pin 48 motion control.
  • the aperture 50 extends over a circumferential angle of at least 180 °, preferably 220 °, and forms curve windows in the form of an angled contour, the bottom is a flat segment 52, which merges via a trough 54 in a steeper segment (steep flank) 56. At the top there are two axially offset straight edge portions 62, 66 which terminate at a vertical intermediate edge 58 above the trough 54, with breakthrough side edges for the pin 48 forming stops.
  • key S is a two-handed operation is required to handle pivoting from a transverse to the upward vertical position. If the handle 10 is pivoted downwards into a transverse position (3 o'clock or 9 o'clock position), then the locking bolt 44 locks under spring force behind a tangential stop 68, whether the key S is in the lock cylinder 18 or not.
