Claims (13)
- Poignée de commande, notamment une poignée de fenêtre (10) avec un col de poignée (14) qui est logé dans un corps d'arrêt (30) de façon à être axialement fixe et à pouvoir tourner, et qui a un dispositif d'entraînement (16) pour le réglage rotatif d'un élément de construction devant être actionné, tel qu'un mécanisme de fenêtre par exemple, avec une tête de poignée (12) dans laquelle une unité de verrouillage (20) chargée par un ressort peut être déplacée parallèlement à la direction axiale (A), ainsi qu'avec un accouplement (K) qui entoure le col de poignée (14) et dont les parties ont des éléments solidaires de forme et se faisant face, tels qu'oreilles (49), talons (52) ou autres, alors qu'une partie de l'accouplement (50) est une bague d'accouplement (50) fixée a une tige (22) de l'unité de verrouillage (20) et que l'autre partie de l'accouplement (46) est reliée au corps d'arrêt (30) de façon à être axialement fixe, caractérisée par le fait que l'autre élément d'accouplement (50) est formé par une douille de verrouillage (46) qui est tenue dans un corps d'arrêt (30) de manière à résister à la rotation et le long de ou sur laquelle une bague de verrouillage (50) est guidée de manière à pouvoir glisser axialement.
- Poignée de commande conforme à la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la douille de verrouillage (46) est assise avec ses surfaces d'appui (48) dans un élément de retenue (33), qui peut être relié de façon rigide au corps d'arrêt (30) ou qui est d'une pièce avec lui.
- Poignée de commande conforme à la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que l'élément de retenue est une tôle de renforcement (33) noyée en haut ou à l'extérieur d'un corps d'arrêt (30) et pouvant être vissée de préférence ensemble avec lui sur une construction portante, par ex. un cadre de fenêtre.
- Poignée de commande conforme à la revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait que l'extrémité inférieure de la douille de verrouillage (46) forme avec ses surfaces d'appui (48) un poly-pans, par ex. un quatre-pans ou un huit-pans, dont la hauteur ou projection axiale est au moins égale à l'épaisseur de la tôle de renforcement (33).
- Poignée de commande conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par le fait que les éléments d'accouplement (46, 50) sont montés de façon interchangeable sur les corps respectifs qui les portent (22, 30).
- Poignée de commande conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait que l'un des éléments d'accouplement (bague de verrouillage 50) a au moins un tenon (52) de direction axiale pouvant aller entre les oreilles (49) sur le secteur extérieur supérieur de l'autre élément d'accouplement (douille de verrouillage 46), avec un jeu circonférentiel minimum.
- Poignée de commande conforme à la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que les éléments d'accouplement (46, 50) ont respectivement quatre éléments solidaires de forme (49, 52), situés paire par paire en position diamétralement opposée, notamment à des écarts d'angle de 90°.
- Poignée de commande conforme à au moins une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée par le fait que la bague de verrouillage (50) avec ses saillies circonférentielles (58) est guidée en direction axiale dans un creux (15) du secteur inférieur de la tête de la poignée (12).
- Poignée de commande conforme à au moins une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée par le fait que la bague de verrouillage (50) est chargée vers le haut par un ressort de pression (26) entourant la douille de verrouillage (46) et s'appuyant au moins indirectement - par l'intermédiaire d'un recouvrement (28) - sur le corps d'arrêt (30).
- Poignée de commande conforme à la revendication 9, caractérisée par le fait que l'unité de verrouillage (20) est chargée vers le haut par un ressort d'appui (25) entourant le tige de verrouillage (22) dans une perforation étagée (18) de la tête de poignée (12).
- Poignée de commande conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée par le fait que la douille de verrouillage (46) est disposée rotativement sur un coussinet de palier (31) du corps d'arrêt (30) et sur une douille d'écartement (24) logeant le col de poignée (14).
- Poignée de commande conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée par le fait que pour l'actionnement, l'unité de verrouillage (20) a ou forme un bouton-poussoir dépassant en état verrouillé la tête de poignée (12) en haut ou à l'extérieur et permettant le déverrouillage par pression de pouce.
- Poignée de commande conforme à au moins une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée par le fait que l'unité de verrouillage (20) a été remplacée par ou combinée avec une unité de serrure pouvant être bloquée et débloquée au moyen d'une clé.
