Claims (18)

1. Poignée de commande, en particulier poignée (10) pour fenêtre, munie d'une tête de poignée (12), dont le cou (14) est monté dans un corps de butée (30) de façon à pouvoir pivoter et tout en étant bloqué dans le sens axial, tandis que ce cou est muni d'un évidement (16) destiné à un carré d'entraînement (18) pour le réglage de torsion d'un élément de construction à actionner mécanisme de fenêtre, fouillot ou analogues, ainsi que d'une unité de fermeture ou de verrouillage (20) pouvant s'insérer dans la tête de poignée (12), cette unité présentant un boulon de blocage (22) pouvant coulisser parallèlement à l'axe (D) de torsion de la poignée, boulon au moyen duquel on peut verrouiller ou déverrouiller la poignée à l'encontre du corps de butée, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de fermeture ou de verrouillage (20) présente un bouton-poussoir (60) opposé au boulon de blocage (22).
2. Poignée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un élément de levage (70) est relié par entraînement au bouton-poussoir (60), le boulon de blocage (22) étant relié de manière rigide à l'élément de levage ou faisant une seule pièce avec lui.
3. Poignée selon revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le bouton-poussoir (60) et l'élément de levage (70) sont guidés dans un manchon (50) tout en pouvant y effectuer un mouvement axial.
4. Poignée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le bouton-poussoir (60) et le boulon de blocage (22) sont reliés l'un à l'autre via une commande à crémaillère (62, 62', 64).
5. Poignée selon au moins les revendications 3 et 4, caractérisée en ce que le pignon (64) de la commande à crémaillère (62, 62' , 64) est monté dans le manchon (50).
6. Poignée selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le pignon (64) est monté en glissement dans un alésage transversal (54) pratiqué dans la partie médiane (52) réalisée en forme de chambre du manchon (50).
7. Poignée selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que le bouton-poussoir (60) d'une part, et l'élément de levage (70) d'autre part, sont reliés à demeure avec chaque fois une crémaillère (62, 62'), ou bien forment une seule pièce avec elles.
8. Poignée selon au moins les revendications 3 et 4, caractérisée en ce que la cloison (54) de la partie médiane (52) du manchon présente des ouvertures (72, 72') destinées au passage des crémaillères (62,62').
9. Poignée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisée en ce que les crémaillères (62, 62') sont aménagées diamétralement l'une par rapport à l'autre, tandis qu'elles sont guidées avec leur surfaces externes contre la paroi interne du manchon.
10. Poignée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le bouton-poussoir (60) et l'élément de levage (70) sont chacun sollicités à l'écart l'un de l'autre par un ressort (68, 68').
11. Poignée selon au moins les revendications 3 et 10, caractérisée en ce que les ressorts (68, 68') disposés dans le manchon (50), notamment sur des tourillons (58, 58'), sont des ressorts de pression à appui central.
12. Poignée selon au moins les revendications 3 et 11, caractérisée en ce que les ressorts (68, 68') s'appuient et sont guidés dans des renfoncements (78, 78') pratiqués dans le bouton-poussoir (60) ou dans l'élément de levage (70).
13. Poignée selon au moins les revendications 5 et 10, caractérisée en ce que les ressorts sont fixés par chacune de leurs extrémités à la tige du pignon (64).
14. Poignée selon les revendications 7 et 13, caractérisée en ce que les ressorts sont des ressorts spiraux ou hélicoïdaux, dont une extrémité vient s'insérer radialement dans la tige du pignon (64) et dont l'autre extrémité est fixée aux crémaillères (62, 62') ou au bouton-poussoir (60) ou encore à l'élément de levage (70).
15. Poignée selon au moins une des revendications 3 à 14, caractérisée en ce qu'entre le manchon (50) d'une part, et le bouton-poussoir (60) ainsi que l'élément de levage (70) d'autre part, se trouve chaque fois une butée (66, 66') limitant la course.
16. Poignée selon au moins les revendications 3 et 15, caractérisée en ce que les butées sont réalisées comme des broches, des manchons ou des boulons transversaux (56, 56') se trouvant contre le bouton-poussoir (60) et l'élément de levage (70), ces butées faisant saillie dans chaque fois un trou oblong (56, 56') axialement parallèle, à proximité d'une extrémité du manchon (50).
17. Poignée selon au moins la revendication 16, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins le boulon transversal (66') de l'élément de levage (70) traverse en saillie radiale le trou oblong (56') qui lui est attribué.
18. Poignée selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de fermeture ou de verrouillage (20) peut être achevée sous forme d'un ensemble fermé de construction, dans la poignée (10) ou en dehors de celle-ci.
