Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Vorfertigung selbsttragender Wandelemente (1), bei dem Ziegelsteine (2) gleicher und/oder unterschiedlicher Abmessungen und gleichen und/oder unterschiedlichen Aufbaus mittels eines Klebstoffs miteinander verklebt werden, welcher in einem Ein- oder in einem Zweikomponentenverfahren verwendet werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandelemente (1) ihre selbsttragende Eigenschaft dadurch erhalten, dass die Ziegelsteine (2) mit einem Klebstoff des auf dem Wasserglasprinzip beruhenden Typs zusammengeleimt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das selbsttragende Wandelement (1) mit einem Sturz (4) versehen ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sturz (4) mit einer vorgespannten Bewehrung (5) versehen ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem selbsttragenden Wandelement (1) um ein selbsttragendes vollkeramisches Wandelement (1) handelt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Rückseite des Wandelementes (1) eine Sicherheitsbewehrung angebracht ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherheitsbewehrung in Form eines Netzes ausgeführt ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren bei Hausfassaden-Außenelementen angewendet wird.
