Claims (10)
- Unterbodenausziehführung für ausziehbare Möbelteile, insbesondere Schubladen, Schubkästen und Tablare, mit einer am Möbelkorpus (1) befestigbaren Korpusschiene (20), einer an der Unterseite des ausziehbaren Möbelteils (2) befestigbaren Auszugschiene (10) und einer zwischen der Korpusschiene (20) und der Auszugschiene (10) angeordneten und zwischen diesen differentiell laufenden Mittelschiene (30) an beiden Seiten des ausziehbaren Möbelteils (2), wobei zur gegenseitigen Verschiebung der Schienen (10, 20, 30) Laufrollen (41 - 45) vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass an der Mittelschiene (30) im Bereich ihres vorderen Endes (31) mindestens zwei vordere Laufrollen (41, 41') drehbar gelagert sind, deren Achsen (37, 37') um gegensinnige Winkel (38, 38') gegenüber der Horizontalen geneigt sind, im Bereich ihres hinteren Endes (32) mindestens eine hintere Laufrolle (42) drehbar gelagert ist und in ihrem mittleren Bereich mindestens zwei erste mittlere Laufrollen (43, 43') drehbar gelagert sind, deren Achsen (47, 47') parallel zu den Achsen (37, 37') der vorderen Laufrollen (41, 41') liegen, und mindestens eine zweite mittlere Laufrolle (44) drehbar gelagert ist, deren Achse (48) parallel zur Achse (39) der mindestens einen hinteren Laufrolle (42) liegt,dass die Auszugschiene (10) zwei winklig zueinanderstehende mit den vorderen Laufrollen (41, 41') und den ersten mittleren Laufrollen (43, 43') zusammenwirkende nach unten gerichtete Laufbahnen (13, 13') und mindestens eine mit der mindestens einen zweiten mittleren Laufrolle (44) zusammenwirkende nach oben gerichtete Laufbahn (14) aufweistund dass die Korpusschiene (20) zwei winklig zueinanderstehende mit den ersten mittleren Laufrollen (43, 43') zusammenwirkende nach oben gerichtete Laufbahnen (23, 23') und mindestens eine mit der mindestens einen hinteren Laufrolle (42) zusammenwirkende nach unten gerichtete Laufbahn (24) aufweist.
- Unterbodenausziehführung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nach unten gerichtete Laufbahn (24) der Korpusschiene (20) seitliche Erhöhungen aufweist.
- Unterbodenausziehführung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hintere Laufrolle (42) der Mittelschiene (30) und vorzugsweise auch die zweite mittlere Laufrolle (44) der Mittelschiene (30) seitliche Abschrägungen (40) zur Anlage an den schräg abstehenden seitlichen Erhöhungen der nach unten gerichteten Laufbahn (24) der Korpusschiene (20) aufweist bzw. aufweisen.
- Unterbodenausziehführung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Mittelschiene (30) im Bereich hinter den mittleren Laufrollen (43, 43', 44) mindestens zwei Hilfsrollen (45, 45') drehbar gelagert sind, deren Achsen parallel zu den Achsen (37, 37') der vorderen Laufrollen (41, 41') liegen und die mit den nach unten gerichteten Laufbahnen (13, 13') der Auszugschiene (10) sowie mit den nach oben gerichteten Laufbahnen (23, 23') der Korpusschiene (20) zusammenwirken, wobei mindestens eine der Hilfsrollen (45, 45') in einem zwischen den mittleren Laufrollen (43, 43', 44) und der mindestens einen hinteren Laufrolle (42) liegenden Bereich der Längserstreckung der Mittelschiene (30) angeordnet ist.
- Unterbodenausziehführung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsen (37, 37') der beiden vorderen Laufrollen (41, 41') um Winkel im Bereich zwischen 30° und 60° gegenüber der Horizontalen geneigt sind, wobei diese Winkel vorzugsweise etwa 45° betragen.
- Unterbodenausziehführung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse der hinteren Laufrolle (42) und die Achse (48) der zweiten mittleren Laufrolle (44) horizontal liegen.
- Unterbodenausziehführung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittelschiene (30) obere und untere Tragschenkel (33, 34) aufweist, wobei die Mittelschiene (30) von der Auszugschiene (10) umgeben wird und die Korpusschiene (20) einen in den Bereich zwischen die beiden Tragschenkel (33, 34) ragenden Schenkel (22) aufweist, an dem die Laufbahnen (23, 23', 24) der Korpusschiene (20) angeordnet sind (Fig. 2).
- Unterbodenausziehführung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittelschiene obere und untere Tragschenkel (33, 34) aufweist, die einseitig miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Korpusschiene (20) die Mittelschiene (30) umgibt und die Auszugschiene (10) einen in den Bereich zwischen die beiden Tragschenkel (33, 34) ragenden Schenkel (22) aufweist, an dem die Laufbahnen (13, 13', 14) der Auszugschiene (10) angeordnet sind (Fig. 9).
- Unterbodenausziehführung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten mittleren Laufrollen (43, 43') und/oder die zweite(n) mittlere(n) Laufrolle(n) (44) mit Spiel gegenüber ihren jeweiligen Achsen (47, 47', 48) gelagert ist/sind.
- Unterbodenausziehführung nach einem der 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Laufrollen (41 bis 45) der Ausziehführung drehbar an der Mittelschiene (30) gelagert sind.
