Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Ausrichten eines Stapels (50) aus mit jeweils einer Perforation (52) versehenen, übereinanderliegenden Flachteilen, insbesondere Papierbögen, für das nachfolgende Einbringen eines die Flachteile zusammenhaltenden gekrümmten Verbindungsmittels (54), insbesondere einer Drahtwendel, mit einer dem Verlauf und der Anordnung der Perforation (52) angepassten Form, mit den Schritten mindestens ein, vorzugsweise dorn- oder stiftförmiges, Ausrichtelement (16a, 16b), insbesondere mindestens eine Reihe von nebeneinanderliegenden Ausrichtelementen, in die Perforation (52) einzufahren, einer Schwenkbewegung zu unterwerfen und wieder aus der Perforation (52) herauszuziehen, um die Flachteile derart zueinander zu verschieben, dass die übereinanderliegenden Perforationen (52) zum Einbringen des Verbindungsmittels (54) ausgerichtet werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Ausrichtelement (16a, 16b) oder die mindestens eine Reihe von Ausrichtelementen während der Schwenkbewegung gleichzeitig wieder aus der Perforation (52) herausgezogen wird und dabei eine Bahn beschreibt, die im Wesentlichen dem Verlauf der Krümmung des Verbindungsmittels (54) entspricht. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei voneinander beabstandete Ausrichtelemente (16a, 16b), insbesondere zwei voneinander beabstandete Reihen von Ausrichtelementen, verwendet werden, von denen das mindestens eine Ausrichtelement (16a) oder die eine Reihe von Ausrichtelementen an der einen Seite des Stapels (50) und das mindestens andere Ausrichtelement (16b) oder die andere Reihe von Ausrichtelementen an der anderen Seite des Stapels (50) angeordnet werden und zueinander gegenläufige Bewegungen ausführen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welchem Verbindungsmittel (54) mit einer teil- oder vollzylindrischen Form verwendet werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während der Schwenkbewegung das mindestens eine Ausrichtelement (16a, 16b) oder die mindestens eine Reihe von Ausrichtelementen um eine erste Schwenkachse (12a, 12b) verschwenkt werden, die im Wesentlichen mit der Zylinderachse (54a) des einzubringenden Verbindungsmittels (54) zusammenfällt oder in einem Abstand parallel zu dieser verläuft. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während des Verschwenkens um die erste Schwenkachse (12a, 12b) das mindestens eine Ausrichtelement (16a, 16b) oder die mindestens eine Reihe von Ausrichtelementen gleichzeitig um quer zur ersten Schwenkachse (12a, 12b) verlaufende zweite Schwenkachsen (8) verschwenkt wird.
- Verfahren nach mindestens einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor oder mit dem Schritt, das mindestens eine Ausrichtelement (16a, 16b) oder die mindestens eine Reihe von Ausrichtelementen in die Perforation (52) einzufahren, der Stapel (50) mit seiner Stirnseite (51) in Anlage an eine Anlagefläche (33) eines Stützelementes (30) gebracht wird, wobei die Form der Anlagefläche (33) des Stützelementes (30) so gewählt ist, dass die übereinanderliegenden Perforationen (52) entsprechend der Krümmung des Verbindungsmittels (54) ausgerichtet werden, wenn sämtliche Flachteile des Stapels (50) in Anlage an das Stützelement (30) gebracht sind. - Vorrichtung zum Ausrichten eines Stapels (50) aus mit jeweils einer Perforation (52) versehenen, übereinanderliegenden Flachteilen, insbesondere Papierbögen, für das nachfolgende Einbringen eines die Flachteile zusammenhaltenden gekrümmten Verbindungsmittels (54), insbesondere einer Drahtwendel, mit einer dem Verlauf und der Anordnung der Perforation (52) angepassten Form,mit mindestens einem, vorzugsweise dorn- oder stiftförmigen, Ausrichtelement (16a, 16b), insbesondere mindestens einer Reihe von nebeneinanderliegenden Ausrichtelementen, undmit einer mit dem mindestens einen Ausrichtelement (16a, 16b) oder der mindestens einen Reihe von Ausrichtelementen gekoppelten Bewegungseinrichtung (14a, 14b), die das mindestens eine Ausrichtelement (16a, 16b) oder die mindestens eine Reihe von Ausrichtelementen in die Perforation (52) einführt, einer Schwenkbewegung unterwirft und wieder aus der Perforation (52) herauszieht, um die Flachteile derart zueinander zu verschieben, dass die übereinanderliegenden Perforationen (52) zum Einbringen des Verbindungsmittels (54) ausgerichtet werden,
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens zwei voneinander beabstandete Ausrichtelemente (16a, 16b), insbesondere zwei voneinander beabstandete Reihen von Ausrichtelementen, von denen das mindestens eine Ausrichtelement (16a) oder die eine Reihe von Ausrichtelementen an der einen Seite des Stapels (50) und das mindestens andere Ausrichtelement (16b) oder die andere Reihe von Ausrichtelementen an der anderen Seite des Stapels (50) positionierbar sind, und die Bewegungseinrichtung (14a, 14b) so ausgebildet ist, dass sie das mindestens eine Ausrichtelement (16a) oder die eine Reihe von Ausrichtelementen und das mindestens andere Ausrichtelement (16b) oder die andere Reihe von Ausrichtelementen gegenläufig zueinander bewegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, zum Ausrichten eines Stapels (50) aus mit jeweils einer Perforation (52) versehenen übereinanderliegenden Flachteilen für das nachfolgende Einbringen eines die Flachteile zusammenhaltenden gekrümmten Verbindungsmittels (54) mit einer teil- oder vollzylindrischen Form,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungseinrichtung (14a, 14b) so ausgebildet ist, dass sie das mindestens eine Ausrichtelement (16a, 16b) oder die mindestens eine Reihe von Ausrichtelementen während der Schwenkbewegung um eine erste Schwenkachse (12a, 12b) verschwenkt, die im wesentlichen mit der Zylinderachse (54a) des einzubringenden Verbindungsmittels (54) zusammenfällt oder in einem Abstand parallel zu dieser verläuft. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungseinrichtung mindestens ein Schwenkelement (14a, 14b) aufweist, das um die erste Schwenkachse (12a, 12b) verschwenkbar ist und an dem das mindestens eine Ausrichtelement (16a, 16b) oder die mindestens eine Reihe von Ausrichtelementen so befestigt ist, dass zumindest die Spitze (17a, 17b) des oder der Ausrichtelemente (16a, 16b) im Wesentlichen tangential in Bezug auf die erste Schwenkachse (12a, 12b) ausgerichtet und dabei in einem radialen Abstand (R) zur ersten Schwenkachse (12a, 12b) angeordnet ist bzw. sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungseinrichtung (14a, 14b) so ausgebildet ist, dass sie während des Verschwenkens um die erste Schwenkachse (12a, 12b) das mindestens eine Ausrichtelement (16a, 16b) oder die mindestens eine Reihe von Ausrichtelementen gleichzeitig um quer zur ersten Schwenkachse (12a, 12b) verlaufende zweite Schwenkachsen (8) verschwenkt.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwenkelement (14a, 14b) ferner um die zweite Schwenkachse (8) verschwenkbar ist.
- Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, gekennzeichnet durch ein Stützelement (30) mit einer Anlagefläche (33), dessen Form so gewählt ist, dass die übereinanderliegenden Perforationen (52) entsprechend der Krümmung des Verbindungsmittels (54) ausgerichtet werden, wenn sämtliche Flachteile des Stapels (50) in Anlage an die Anlagefläche (33) des Stützelementes (30) gebracht sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 sowie nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlagefläche (33) des Stützelementes (30) eine teilzylindrische Form aufweist, dessen Zylinderachse im Wesentlichen mit der ersten Schwenkachse (12a, 12b) zusammenfällt oder in einem Abstand parallel zu dieser verläuft.
