Claims (13)
- Tür insbesondere Haustür für energiehochgedämmte Häuser mit einem Blendrahmen und wenigstens einem öffenbaren Türflügel mit einem umlaufenden Flügelprofilrahmen und daran befestigten Beplankungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beplankungen (17, 18) flügelübergreifend den Flügelprofilrahmen (9) seitlich überdecken, dass zwischen den Beplankungen (17, 18) Einschieblinge (16) aus Dämm-Material mit hohem Dämmwert eingebracht sind und dass in den Flügelprofilrahmen (9) ein umlaufender Stabilisierungsrahmen (14) aus festem Material eingelegt und mit Verstärkungsprofilen (10) in den Hohlkammern des Flügelprofilrahmens (9) verbunden ist.
- Tür nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beplankungen (17, 18) aus Holzwerkstoffen, vorzugsweise mitteldichten Faserplatten MDF oder hochdichten Faserplatten HDF bestehen.
- Tür nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beplankungen (17, 18) aus polymeren Werkstoffen bestehen.
- Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf dem Flügelprofilrahmen (9) übergreifend aufliegenden Ränder der Beplankungen (17, 18) mit dem Flügelprofilrahmen (9) form- oder kraftschlüssig verbunden sind.
- Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Flügelprofilrahmen (9) und/oder bevorzugt mit Versteifungseinlagen (2) versehenen Blendrahmenhohlprofile (1) Einschieblinge (3, 4, 15) aus Dämm-Material mit hohem Dämmwert eingebracht sind.
- Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass inndie Flügelprofilrahmen (9) und/oder in die Blendrahmenhohlprofile (1) Einschieblinge (3, 4, 7,15, 16) aus brandhemmenden und/oder schalldämmenden und/oder feuchtespendenden und/oder einbruchhemmenden Materialien eingebracht sind.
- Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einschieblinge (3, 4, 7,15, 16) aus Polymerschaum, insbesondere Styropor oder Polyurethanschaum bestehen.
- Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in Aussparungen (19) der Einschieblinge (16) aus Dämm-Material eingreifende Stabilisierungsrahmen (14) querschnittlich im wesentlichen L-förmige Profilschenkel aufweist, wobei ein L-Schenkel (13) am Flügelprofilrahmen (9) anliegt und der andere L-Schenkel an der Beplankung 18 der Türinnenseite liegend angeordnet ist. .
- Tür nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteifungseinlagen (10) für den Flügelprofilrahmen (9) L-förmige Profilschenkel sind, wobei der eine L-Schenkel (12) im Flügelprofilrahmen (9) parallel zum L-Schenkel (13) des Stabilisierungsrahmens (14) und der andere L- Schenkel (11) an der Beplankung 18 der Türinnenseite liegend angeordnet ist.
- Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stabilisierungsrahmen (14) und die Versteifungseinlagen (10) aus Materialien mit niedriger Wärmeleitzahl, insbesondere aus GFK oder Metall bestehen.
- Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Blendrahmen (1) ein aus festem Material mit hohem Dämmwert ausgebildeten Ausgleichsprofil (5) zur Minimierung der Falzluft eingebracht ist.
- Tür nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgleichsprofil (5) als Hohlkammerprofil mit Einschieblingen (7) aus Dämm-Material mit hohem Dämmwert ausgebildet ist.
- Tür nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgleichsprofil (5) parallel zum Flügelprofilrahmen (9) kraftschlüssig im Blendrahmenhohlprofil (1) angeordnet ist.
