Claims (10)

  1. Operationstisch (10), der Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen Stützklotz (24) für das Kreuz des Patienten, wobei der genannte Stützklotz (24) im Verhältnis zu der Struktur (28) des Operationstischs zwischen einer eingefahrenen Position und einer ausgefahrenen Position mobil ist; und
    - wenigstens einen Mechanismus (26) zur Handhabung des Stützklotzes (24) zwischen seinen zwei Positionen, wobei der genannte Mechanismus (26) mit einem Betätigungsglied (30) ausgerüstet ist, von dem ein erstes Ende (32) mit der Struktur (28) des Operationstischs verbunden ist,
    wobei der oder jeder Mechanismus zur Handhabung (26) drei Glieder umfasst, ein erstes Glied (38), das im Verhältnis zur Struktur (28) des Operationstischs artikuliert ist, wobei das genannte Glied (38) einerseits mit einem zweiten Ende (36) des Betätigungsglieds für seine winkelförmige Verschiebung und andererseits mit dem Stützklotz (24) für die Verschiebung des Stützklotzes (24) zwischen seine eingefahrenen Position und seiner ausgefahrenen Position verbunden ist,
    ein zweites Glied (48), das die Verbindung des ersten Gliedes (38) mit dem Stützklotz (24) gewährleistet, wobei das zweite Glied (48) einerseits mit dem Stützklotz (24) und andererseits mit der Struktur (28) des Operationstischs verbunden ist und dass das erste und zweite Glied (38, 48) im Verhältnis jeweils zueinander artikuliert sind und
    ein drittes Glied (48), dass die Verbindung des zweiten Gliedes (48) mit der Struktur (28) des Operationstischs gewährleistet, wobei das dritte Glied (58) einerseits im Verhältnis zur Struktur (28) des Operationstischs und andererseits im Verhältnis zum zweiten Glied (48) artikuliert ist, derart, dass eine deutlich geradlinige Verschiebung des Stützklotzes (24) zwischen seiner eingefahrenen Position und seiner ausgefahrenen Position erlaubt wird.
  2. Operationstisch gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse (50) der Artikulation, die zwischen dem ersten Glied (38) und dem zweiten Glied (48) definiert wird, sich zwischen der Achse (62) der Artikulation befindet, die zwischen dem zweiten Glied (48) und dem dritten Glied (58) und dem Verbindungspunkt (54) des Stützklotzes (24) des zweiten Gliedes (48) definiert wird.
  3. Operationstisch gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse (50) der Artikulation, die zwischen dem ersten Glied (38) und dem zweiten Glied (48) definiert wird, näher an der Achse (62) der Artikulation ist, die zwischen dem zweiten Glied (48) und dem dritten Glied (58) definiert wird, als dem Verbindungspunkt (54) des Stützklotzes (24) mit dem zweiten Glied (48).
  4. Operationstisch gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsglied (30) ein Betätigungsglied mit geradliniger Verschiebung ist, wobei das Betätigungsglied (30) an seinem ersten Ende (32) im Verhältnis zu der Struktur (28) des Operationstisches artikuliert ist und an seinem zweiten Ende (36) im Verhältnis zum ersten Glied (38) artikuliert ist.
  5. Operationstisch gemäß Anspruch 4 und Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse (44) der Artikulation, die zwischen dem zweiten Ende (36) des Betätigungsgliedes und dem ersten Glied (38) definiert ist, sich zwischen der Achse (42) der Artikulation des ersten Gliedes (38) und der Struktur (28) des Operationstischs und der Achse (46) der Artikulation befindet, die zwischen dem ersten Glied (38) und dem zweiten Glied (48) definiert wird.
  6. Operationstisch gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse (44) der Artikulation, die zwischen dem zweiten Ende (36) des Betätigungsglieds und dem ersten Glied (38) definiert wird, näher ist als die Achse (42) der Artikulation, die zwischen dem ersten Glied (38) und der Struktur (28) des Operationstischs definiert wird, als die Achse (46) der Artikulation, die zwischen dem ersten Glied (38) und dem zweiten Glied (48) definiert wird.
  7. Operationstisch gemäß Anspruch 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse des Betätigungsgliedes (30) sich deutlich lotrecht zur Verschiebungsrichtung des Stützklotzes (24) erstreckt.
  8. Operationstisch gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützklotz (24) im Verhältnis zum Mechanismus zur Handhabung (26) artikuliert ist und dass er Anschläge umfasst, die das winkelförmige Ausschlagen des Stützklotzes (24) im Verhältnis zum Mechanismus zur Handhabung (26) begrenzen.
  9. Operationstisch gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder jeder Mechanismus zur Handhabung (26) wenigstens einen Grad zusätzlicher Freiheit im Verhältnis zu der Struktur (28) des Operationstischs aufweist.
  10. Tisch gemäß Anspruch 4 und 9 zusammengenommen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die am ersten Ende (32) des Betätigungsgliedes (30) vorgesehene Artikulation wenigstens einen Grad zusätzlicher Freiheit aufweist, der eine Verschiebung zwischen dem Betätigungsglied (30) und der Struktur (28) des Operationstischs lotrecht zur Rotationsachse (34) erlaubt.
