Description
Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen einer Kabelverseilung aus Verseilelementen (2) mit wechselnder Schlagrichtung (SZ-Verseilung), umfassend eine zur Aufnahme der Verseilelemente (2) versehene Führung (1) und eine in wechselnder Richtung antreibbare Verseilscheibe (6) sowie mehrere zwischen Führung (1) und Verseilscheibe (6) angebrachte Speicherscheiben (4), wobei zumindest ein Torsionelement (15) für den Antrieb der Speicherscheiben (4) vorgesehen ist, sodaß diese mit unterschiedlichen, mit zunehmenden Abstand von der Verseilscheibe (6) geringer werdenden Drehzahlen beaufschlagt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Torsionselement (15) an mehreren Stellen mit unterschiedlichen Drehzahlen angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an zumindest zwei Stellen des Torsionselementes (15) eigene Antriebseinheiten (14,7',8',9') vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur ein Hauptantrieb (8) mit Getriebe vorgesehen ist, welches mehrere Abtriebe aufweist, die mit dem Torsionelement (15) drehfest verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Torsionselement (15) beabstandet parallel zur Längsachse der Verseilstrecke geführt ist und die Speicherscheiben (4) mittels Übertragungsglieder (9) angetrieben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Torsionselement (15) zentral in der Längsachse der Verseilstrecke geführt ist und die Speicherscheiben (4) unmittelbar auf dem Torsionselement (15) verdrehsicher angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb des Torsionselements (15) direkt über die Speicherscheiben (4) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Torsionelement (15) ein über seine Länge variables Elastizitätsmodul aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Torsionelement (15) durch zumindest zwei, vorzugsweise vier, parallel zueinander verlaufende Einzelstäbe (16) gebildet ist.
