Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen einer Kabelverseilung mit wechselnder Schlagrichtung aus Einzeldrähten (1), mit Scheiben (3, 4, 5) mit Bohrungen (10, 11) zur Aufnahme der zu verseilenden Einzeldrähte (1, 2), wobei sich zwischen einer mit wechselnder Drehrichtung angetriebenen Legescheibe (5) und einer drahteinlaufseitigen, feststehenden Führungsscheibe (3) mehrere drehbar gelagerte Speicherscheiben (4) befinden, und wobei jeder Speicherscheibe (4) ein Anschlag (13, 14) zugeordnet ist, der mit einem einer benachbarten Scheibe (3, 4, 5) zugeordneten Anschlag (13, 14) zur Differenzwinkel-Begrenzung zusammenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Speicherscheiben (4) in ortsfesten Lagern (9) frei drehbar gelagert sind, daß jeder Speicherscheibe (4) ein Anschlag (13, 14) zugeordnet ist, der mit einem jeder benachbarten Scheibe (3, 4, 5) zugeordneten Anschlag (13, 14) zur Differenzwinkel-Begrenzung zusammenwirkt, und daß wenigstens ein Teil der Anschläge (13, 14) elastisch ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils ein Anschlag (13) an jeder Scheibe (4, 5) federnd, ausgeführt ist, der mit einem nicht federnden Anschlag (14) an der benachbarten Scheibe (3, 4) zusammenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federkernlinie der Anschläge nicht stetig, ab einem gegebenen Federweg stark zunehmend ausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Summe der Federwege der elastischen Anschläge (13, 14) aller Speicherscheiben (4) etwa jenem Drehwinkel entspricht, der für die Beschleunigung nur der Legescheibe (5) beim Drehrichtungswechsel benötigt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Augenblick der Drehrichtungsumkehr der Legescheibe (5) die Summe der in den elastischen Anschlägen (13, 14) gespeicherten Energie so groß ist, daß in der Beschleunigungsphase der Legescheibe (5) diese zusätzlich zum Drehmoment des Motors (6) für die Beschleunigung der Legescheibe (5) herangezogen werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Teil der Anschläge (13, 14) stoßdämpfend ausgeführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Speicherscheibe (4) und der Legescheibe (5) ein Vorgelegerad vorgeschaltet ist, welches mit ihrer zugehörigen Speicherscheibe (4) bzw. Legescheibe (5), gegebenenfalls über ein Getriebe, verbunden ist, und daß die Anschläge (13, 14) an den Vorgelegerädern angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Getriebeübersetzungen von den Vorgelegerädern zu den Speicherscheiben (4) ins Schnelle ausgeführt sind.
