Claims (10)

  1. Appareil de cuisson encastrable en hauteur, doté d'un boîtier (38) comprenant un moufle (21) ayant une chambre de cuisson (32), lequel moufle (21) présente une ouverture de moufle (17) du côté du fond pouvant être fermée par une porte de fond (2) abaissable, un dispositif de levage (3, 31) avec des éléments de levage (3) reliés à la porte de fond (2) étant disposé dans le boîtier (38), caractérisé en ce qu'une zone d'étanchéité (18) située sur le bord de la porte de fond (2), sur le côté supérieur de celle-ci, est formée entre la porte de fond (2) fermée et le moufle (21), en ce que le dispositif de levage (3, 31) avec les éléments de levage (3) est disposé en dehors de cette zone d'étanchéité (18) et donc en dehors de la chambre de cuisson (32), et en ce que les éléments de levage (3) sont reliés à la porte de fond (2) en dehors de la zone d'étanchéité (18).
  2. Appareil de cuisson encastrable en hauteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un côté supérieur de la porte de fond (2) fermée, tourné vers la chambre de cuisson (32), est opposé frontalement à un cadre de moufle (25) du côté du fond du moufle (21) afin de former la zone d'étanchéité (18).
  3. Appareil de cuisson encastrable en hauteur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un joint d'étanchéité (20), maintenu de préférence sur le cadre de moufle (25), est disposé entre le côté supérieur de la porte de fond (2) fermée et le cadre de moufle (25) du côté du fond.
  4. Appareil de cuisson encastrable en hauteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de levage (3) sont conçus comme deux supports rigides en forme de L, dont chacun présente un côté vertical coopérant avec le dispositif de levage (3, 31), et un côté horizontal portant la porte de fond (2).
  5. Appareil de cuisson encastrable en hauteur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de levage (3, 31) présente un moteur d'entraînement (31) en liaison fonctionnelle avec les supports en forme de L, à l'aide duquel la porte de fond (2) est déplaçable de manière assistée par moteur.
  6. Appareil de cuisson encastrable en hauteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de maintien de support de produit à cuire (19), placé à l'intérieur de la chambre de cuisson (32) lorsque la porte de fond (2) est fermée, est maintenu sur le côté supérieur de la porte de fond (2) tourné vers la chambre de cuisson (32).
  7. Appareil de cuisson encastrable en hauteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le côté supérieur de la porte de fond (2) est recouvert d'une plaque résistante à la chaleur (8) à faible coefficient de dilatation thermique.
  8. Appareil de cuisson encastrable en hauteur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la plaque résistante à la chaleur (8) est fabriquée dans un matériau de type verre, de préférence un matériau en vitrocéramique.
  9. Appareil de cuisson encastrable en hauteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que des ouvertures de montage (22), qui logent le dispositif de maintien de support de produit à cuire (19, 51) maintenu dans la porte de fond (2), sont prévues dans la plaque résistante à la chaleur (8).
  10. Appareil de cuisson encastrable en hauteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de levage (3) sont fixés à l'extérieur de la plaque résistante à la chaleur (8).
