Claims (4)
- Tablettiermaschine in Form einer Rundläuferpresse, mit einem Rotor, der einen Satz von Unter- und Oberstempel aufnimmt, die mit Matrizen einer Matrizenscheibe zusammenwirken, dem Rotor zugeordneten Kurvensegmenten und Druckrollen zur Betätigung der Pressstempel, einer Befülleinrichtung, einer Abstreifvorrichtung für aus der Matrize ausgeworfene Tabletten usw. und mit einem Rechnersystem zur Steuerung der Tablettiermaschine nach einem vorgegebenem Programm und zur Verarbeitung von Daten, die von Signalgebern der Tablettiermaschine geliefert werden und zur Überwachung der Maschinenfunktionen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Teil der Komponenten und/oder Baugruppen einen Transponder aufweisen, in dem mindestens eine die Komponenten und/oder Baugruppe kennzeichnende Identitätsnummer gespeichert ist und mindestens ein mit dem Rechnersystem verbundener Lesekopf vorgesehen ist, mit dem der Transponder der Komponente und/oder Baugruppe auch im eingebauten Zustand drahtlos abgelesen werden kann und im Rechnersystem die ausgelesenen Daten mit einem vorgegebenen Programm für die Anordnung und/oder Funktion oder dergleichen der Komponenten und/oder Baugruppen verglichen werden.
- Tablettiermaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lesekopf in der Maschine installiert ist und über eine Schnittstelle mit dem Rechnersystem kommuniziert.
- Tablettiermaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Transponder prozeßrelevante Daten gespeichert sind.
- Tablettiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Transponder die aktuelle Laufzeit der Komponente und/oder Baugruppe gespeichert ist.
