Definitions
- the present invention relates to a floor covering panel element with a spring on a first side surface and a groove on an opposite second one Side surface, with several panel elements for training of the floor covering can be put together and spring and groove of two adjacent panel elements with each other engage in clamping and the panel elements against one Secure separation perpendicular to the side surfaces, and where on the spring one running in the longitudinal direction of the same Rib and on the groove wall a holding channel for receiving the Rib are provided.
- Such panel elements are used, for example, for laying use of parquet or so-called laminate floors. They are usually rectangular and elongated, can, however, also have other contours and, for example be designed square.
- both the usual purely horizontally shifting laying method as well Laying method find application where the panel elements be brought into one another by means of a swiveling movement.
- the present invention is based on the object Flooring panel element of the type specified at the beginning create with which on the one hand an easy laying good locking of neighboring panel elements and on the other hand a simple separation of the installed panel elements is possible.
- the inventive design of the panel element it is achieved that adjacent panel elements when laying be snapped into place by hitting them horizontally and by unscrewing the spring Panel element from the panel element provided with the groove can be decoupled upwards.
- the Ribbed spring When sitting together of the two panel elements moves with the Ribbed spring through the expanded insertion section the groove.
- the desired elastic effect is preferably reinforced by the fact that the groove is longer than the spring.
- the panel section thus gets below the groove in this embodiment the shape of a long tongue so that when he hits the Spring bent downwards in a corresponding manner can be.
- the holding channel for receiving the rib is preferred triangular.
- the one triangle leg shortens and goes into the extended groove insertion section about.
- the associated rib is preferred Trapezoidal in cross-section and to the triangular shape adapted to the holding channel.
- the trapezoidal shape has that Advantage that there is a free space in the upper region of the holding channel remains, which serves to hold foreign particles that when assembling the panel elements with the rib in the Holding channel are moved in, for example grains of sand etc.
- the trapezoidal bevels can also have other angles, in particular have different angles.
- the flooring panel element described here is preferred designed for laying without gluing. Thereby, that adjacent panel elements are locked together there is a permanent positive connection, so that additional gluing can be dispensed with can.
- the invention does not exclude that the Panel elements can also be glued when laying can.
- points the side surface of the panel element provided with the spring one above the spring as a glue receiving channel serving recess. This recess can be used when laying absorb excess glue so that in the laid Condition no glue from the tongue and groove Side surface sections of the adjacent panel elements penetrates to the outside.
- the leading edges of the extended Groove insertion section are expediently the leading edges of the extended Groove insertion section rounded. This is preferred also towards the front lower edge of the spring, the one Unscrewing the tongue from the groove favors, because the rounded lower spring edge on the lower, preferably horizontally formed groove boundary wall can roll.
- the invention provides that the side surfaces of the Panel element have no offset, d. H. the above and tongue and groove side surface sections lie in one plane.
- the spring section of the associated Panel side surface slightly opposite its upper section offset inwards so that when joining two adjacent panel elements below the groove and Spring a little between the lower side surface sections Gap remains while the two upper side surface sections abut.
- This gap has it Task to pick up foreign particles when beating of the panel elements move between the side surfaces can.
- Gap takes up such foreign particles, so that also in this case, an exact laying results, in which the The tops of the panel elements lie in one plane.
- FIG. 1 The floor panel element 1 shown in the figures is only partially shown, wherein Figure 1 with a Groove 5 provided side end area and Figure 2 with a spring 10 provided lateral end region.
- figure 3 shows two panel elements in the joined state, here too only those joined together End areas of the panel elements are shown.
- the panel element 1 has a rectangular cross section with a top surface, a floor surface and two vertically side surfaces arranged for this purpose.
- Figure 1 is the side surface 2 shown in which one is from the side surface inwardly extending groove 5 is arranged.
- figure 2 shows the other side surface of the panel element 1, of a spring 10 runs out.
- the side face 2 of FIG. 1 has an upper side surface section 3 and a lower one Side surface section 2 separated by the groove are.
- the groove has a lower horizontal boundary wall, which runs parallel to the floor surface or top surface, and an opposite upper boundary wall that is parallel extends to the lower boundary wall and in the triangular holding channel 6 is arranged, the side surface 2 into an extended insertion section 7 the groove 5 merges.
- This groove insertion section 7 goes over curved or chamfered sections 8, 9 in the side surface 2 over.
- the groove 5 ends in a rear boundary wall, which consist of an upper and lower sloping section and a middle one, perpendicular to the floor surface trending section.
- the spring 10 has a thickness approximately corresponds to the thickness of the groove 5.
- the feather is made by one lower and an upper surface that is parallel to each other and to the bottom or top surface of the panel element run.
- On the top of the spring is a cross section Trapezoidal rib 11 arranged, the dimensions corresponds approximately to that of the holding channel 6, apart from the top of the triangle.
- a glue receiving channel 12 is provided, the its upper end in the slightly sloping upper Side surface portion 13 of the side surface of the Panel element merges.
- the lower side surface section 14 of the side surface is opposite the upper section 13 slightly inward, d. H. to the middle of the panel element towards, offset, so that when two are joined together Panel elements gives a gap 16, which for receiving Foreign particles serve as shown in Figure 3.
- the lower front edge of the spring 10 is rounded, as in 15 shown. Furthermore, other edges of the spring and the chamfered other panel element.
- the thickness of the spring 10 and the rib 11 is somewhat larger than the corresponding height of the expanded groove insertion section 7, so that when inserting the spring 10 in the Groove 5 is the tongue-shaped panel section located under the groove 5 17 is elastically bent down and then, if the rib 11 is received in the holding channel 6, in springs back to its starting position.
- Two panel elements are horizontal for joining or beaten up horizontally so that there is a catch between tongue 10 with rib 11 and groove 5 with holding channel 6 results.
- This state is shown in Figure 3, wherein by engaging the rib 11 in the holding channel 6 a positive connection between the two panel elements arises that is not permanent can solve.
- the panel element on the right in FIG. 3 is upwards rotated, whereby the rib 11 moves out of the holding channel 6 and in this way the rounded lower edge 15 the tongue is rolled on the lower boundary wall of the groove becomes. In this way, despite the good locking, there is one relatively simple separation of the two panel elements possible.
