Claims (15)
- Verfahren zur Salzmangelerkennung bei einer mit einem Enthärter ausgestatteten Geschirrspülmaschine oder Waschmaschine, wobei ein Salzbehälter (2) des Enthärters zur Soleaufbereitung an Frischwasser oder dergl. angeschlossen und ein lonenaustauscher mit der Salzsole aus dem Salzbehälter (2) regeneriert wird, und wobei zur Sensierung eines Salzmangels die Dichte der Salzsole herangezogen wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus dem bichteunterschied zwischen dem zugeführten Frischwasser (F) und der Salzsole (8) abgeleitete Flüssigkeitshöhendifferenzen (H) von Sole und Frischwasser zur Sensierung der Solekonzentration herangezogen werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus den unterschiedlichen Flüssigkeitsdichten unterschiedlich hohe Flüssigkeitssäulen (SSO; SF) von der Salzsole (8) und dem Frischwasser (F) erzeugt werden, und dass die jeweilige Höhendifferenz (H) der Flüssigkeitsspiegel als Maß für die Solekonzentration gewertet und angezeigt wird. - Einrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher der Salzbehälter des Enthärters der Geschirrspülmaschine oder Waschmaschine mit einem Brauchwasserzulauf (Frischwasser oder dergl.) zur Soleaufbereitung, einem Soleüberlauf zum Ionenaustauscher, und einer Salzmangelanzeige ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vom Salzbehälter (2) aus der Sole ein nach Art einer kommunizierenden Röhre ausgebildeter nach oben hin offenen Leitungsweg (17) mit einem Überlauf (18) abzweigt, an den der Zulauf (3) für das Frischwasser angeschlossen ist, wobei die Salzmangelanzeige (16) zur Sensierung der Flüssigkeitshöhendifferenz (H) im Leitungsweg (17) oberhalb des Überlaufs (18) vorgesehen ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der für das Frischwasser (F) vorgesehene Überlauf (18) im Leitungsweg (17) vorzugsweise unterhalb der Schwelle des Soleüberlaufs (9) zum lonenaustauscher (4) liegt. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2 und 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich im Leitungsweg (17) mit dem Überlauf (18) die Flüssigkeitssäule (SF)für das Frischwasser ausbildet. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Salzmangelanzeige (16) durch einen optischen Sensor (19) realisiert ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Salzmangelanzeige (16) als Reflexionslichtschranke ausgebildet ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Salzmangelanzeige (16) mit einem im Leitungsweg (17) in der Flüssigkeitssäule (SF) angeordneten Schwimmer ausgebildet ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flüssigkeitssäule (SSO)für die Salzsole (8) durch den im Salzbehälter (2) ausgebildeten ortsfesten Soleüberlauf (9) zum lonenaustauscher (4) konstant gehalten ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flüssigkeitssäule (SSO) für die Salzsole (8) variiert und die Flüssigkeitssäule (SF) des Frischwassers (F) konstant gehalten wird. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Frischwasser (F) dem Salzbehälter (2) aus einem niveaumäßig oberhalb des Soleüberlaufs (9) angeordneten Vorratsbehälter (13) zugeführt ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Frischwasserzulauf (3; 14) zum Salzbehälter (2) ventilgesteuert ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oben offene Leitungsweg (17) mit der Umgebungsluft in Verbindung steht. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messung eines Salzmangels bei geschlossenem Magnetventil (15) erfolgt. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Salzbehälter (2) vorzugsweise in der Gerätetür der Geschirrspülmaschine angeordnet ist.
