Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Rollladenkastens oberhalb von Gebäudeöffnungen (4) mit folgenden Schritten:Auflegen mindestens eines Sturzes (2) auf Wandteile (3), die die Gebäudeöffnung (4) seitlich begrenzen;Auflegen von Formsteinen (1) auf den Sturz (2), die eine Ausnehmung (6) aufweisen, die zur Aufnahme des Rollladens (17) bestimmt ist;
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formsteine (1) durch Klebemörtel mit dem Sturz (2) verbunden werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formsteine (1) baustellenseitig untereinander mit einem Klebemörtel verbunden werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der Formsteine (1) im Wesentlichen bündig mit einer Laibung aufgelegt wird, die die Gebäudeöffnung (4) begrenzt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach Herstellen des Rollladenkastens Seitenteile (9) eingebracht werden, die zur Aufnahme des Rollladens (17) bestimmt sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach Herstellen des Rollladenkastens mindestens ein sichelförmiges Isolierelement (16) in die Ausnehmung (6) eingebracht wird.
- System zur Herstellung eines Rollladenkastens mit folgenden Elementen:mindestens einen Sturz (2), der zum Auflegen auf die Wandteile (3) bestimmt ist, die die Gebäudeöffnung (4) seitlich begrenzenmehreren unabhängigen Formsteinen (1) mit jeweils einer Auflagefläche (8) zum Auflegen der Formsteine (1) auf den Sturz (2) und mit Seitenteilen (9) zur seitlichen Begrenzung des Rollladenkastens und zur Aufnahme des Rollladens (17).
- System nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Schwerpunkt (S) der Formsteine (1) in der Einbaulage über der Auflagefläche (8) befindet und dass sich die Ausnehmung (6) der Formsteine (1) bevorzugt teilweise seitlich neben der Auflagefläche (8) und teilweise über der Auflagefläche (8) befindet.
- System nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formsteine (1) auf der der Auflagefläche (8) gegenüberliegenden Seite der Ausnehmung (6) eine Außenwand (7) besitzen, die um die Stärke (I) des Sturzes (2) über die Auflagefläche (8) nach unten vorragt.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein sichelförmiges Isolierelement (16) gebäudeseitig in der Ausnehmung (6) vorgesehen ist.
