Abstract

Die Erfindung offenbart einen toroidalen Tank, insbesondere für Flüssiggas Propan-Butan. Sie zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass sie in einer der beiden Bodenplatten (1), (2) eine Vertiefung (7) mit einer Öffnung (8) hat, in die der Ventilblock (4) angebracht werden kann. <IMAGE>

Description

Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist der toroidale Tank insbesondere für Flüssiggas Propan-Butan.
Aus der europäischen Patenanmeldung EP 0 969 243 ist ein toroidaler Druckbehälter für Flüssiggas bekannt, der einen Ventilblock in Form einer getrennten Baugruppe bestehend aus einer zylindrischen Seitenwand und einem Boden hat, in dem sich ein Vielventilkopf und zwei Rohrleitungen, Füll- und Entnahmerohrleitung befinden. Der toroidale Tank besteht grundsätzlich aus der oberen, der unteren Bodenplatte und einem Rohr in dem Zentraltankteil. Die obere Bodenplatte besitzt eine Öffnung für den Ventilblock, damit sein ganzer zylindrischer Teil oder ein Fragment seines zylindrischen Teils darin placiert werden. Die obere Bodenplatte hat einen in seiner ganzen entfalteten Länge identisch profilierten Mantel.
Das Wesentliche der Erfindung beruht darauf, dass der toroidale Tank, insbesondere für Flüssiggas Propan-Butan, bestehend aus der oberen, der unteren Bodenplatte und einem zentralen Rohrteil, wobei sich in einer der Bodenplatten ein Ventilblock befindet, in einer der Bodenplatten, an einer Stelle seines Mantels eine Vertiefung / Mulde/ besitzt, damit dort ein Ventilblock placiert werden kann. Der Ventilblock ist eine Büchse, die eine Seitenwand und einen Boden hat. Der Ventilblock hat Stutzen in der Seitenwand. Die Öffnung in der Vertiefung einer der Bodenplatten umfasst die Seitenwand des Ventilblocks. Die Stutzen in der Seitenwand befinden sich oberhalb der Mantelfläche einer der Bodenplatten.
Die Lösung gemäß der Erfindung erlaubt eine ungezwungene Einführung der Stutzen, das Füllen und die Entnahme aus dem Ventilblock.
Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist an einem Ausführungsmuster auf der beigefügten Zeichnung gezeigt worden, wo die Figur 1 einen Grundriss des toroidalen Tanks mit dem Ventilblock in der oberen Bodenplatte darstellt, Figur 2 stellt den Querschnitt A-A mit Fig. 1 dar, Fig. 3 den Durchschnitt B-B mit Fig. 1, den Durchschnitt des Tankfragments und des Ventilblocks.
Der toroidale Tank, insbesondere für Flüssiggas Propan-Butan, besteht gemäß der Erfindung aus einer unteren Bodenplatte 1, einer oberen Bodenplatte 2, sowie einem zentralen Rohrteil 3. Im Ausführungsmuster befindet sich in der oberen Bodenplatte 2 der Ventilblock 4, der einen Kopf für den Multiventil 5 sowie Füll- und Entnahme- Stutzen 6 hat.
Die obere Bodenplatte 2 hat an ihrem Mantel eine Vertiefung / Mulde/ 7. Der Ventilblock 4 hat eine Seitenwand 9, die eine zylindrische Form haben kann, sowie einen Boden 10. Bei der Ausführung, wie auf der Zeichnung, befindet sich der Kopf 5 in dem Boden 10, und die Stutzen 6 in der Seitenwand des Ventilblocks 9.
Die Vertiefung 7 des Bodenplattenmantels 2 reicht mit dem Öffnungsrand 8 bis unterhalb der Öffnungen mit den Stutzen 6.

Claims (5)

  1. Der toroidale Tank, insbesondere für Flüssiggas Propan-Butan, bestehend aus einer unteren Bodenplatte , einer oberen Bodenplatte , sowie einem zentralen Rohrteil, wobei sich in einer der Bodenplatten ein Ventilblock befindet, kennzeichnend dadurch, dass eine der Bodenplatten (1),) (2) an ihrem Mantel eine Vertiefung (7) mit einer Öffnung (8) hat, in die der Ventilblock (4) angebracht werden kann.
  2. Der toroidale Tank, gemäß dem Patentanspruch 1, kennzeichnend dadurch, dass der Ventilblock (4) eine Büchse mit einer Seitenwand (9) und einem Boden (10) ist.
  3. Der toroidale Tank, gemäß dem Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, kennzeichnend dadurch, dass der Ventilblock (4) in seiner Seitenwand (9) Stutzen (6) hat.
  4. Der toroidale Tank, gemäß dem Patentanspruch 1, kennzeichnend dadurch, dass die Öffnung (8) in der Vertiefung (7) einer der Bodenplatten (1), (2) die Seitenwand (9) des Ventilblocks (4) umfasst.
  5. Der toroidale Tank, gemäß dem Patentanspruch 3, kennzeichnend dadurch, dass die Stutzen (6) in der Seitenwand (9) oberhalb der Mantelfläche einer der Bodenplatten (1), (2) placiert sind.
