Abstract
Description
- Die Erweiterbarkeit des Containernutzraumes ist maximal an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Grundcontainers möglich.
- Die zwischen Grundcontainer und dagegen beweglichem Ausschub vorhandenen Dichtflächen bedürfen eines erheblichen Konstruktions- und Wartungsaufwands (insbesondere zur Fernhaltung von Schmutz), damit unter Berücksichtigung bestehender ABC- und EMV-Anforderungen eine einwandfreie Funktion sichergestellt werden kann (EMV: elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit; ABC: atomar, biologisch, chemisch).
- Die Ausschübe, die für den Transport in den Grundcontainer eingefahren werden müssen, sowie die Klapp- und Faltmechanismen zur Raumvergrößerung lassen eine Vorinstallation von Inneneinrichtung und Betriebsmitteln im Grundcontainer nur eingeschränkt zu. Dies verlängert die Inbetriebnahmezeit, nicht nur bei extremen Umweltbedingungen, erheblich.
- Kontaminierte Außenflächen gelangen beim Einfahren der Ausschübe für den Transport in den Containerinnenraum. Damit eine Kontamination des Containerinnenraums verhindert werden kann, muss vor dem Einfahren der Ausschübe zwingend eine Dekontamination vor Ort erfolgen.
- eine wesentliche und in ihrem Ausmaß sehr variable Vergrößerung des Containerinnenraums erreicht werden kann, wobei der Container dicht gegen äußere chemische und physikalische Störeinflüsse unter allen Umgebungsbedingungen gehalten werden kann, und zwar sowohl beim Transport als auch bei Verlastung, Auf-/Abbau und Einsatz;
- eine konsequente Verkürzung der Aufbau- und Inbetriebnahmezeit durch Reduzierung der mechanischen Maßnahmen sowie durch Erhöhung des Anteils der vorinstallierten Ausrüstung erreicht werden kann;
- eine Kontamination des Containerinnenraums beim Umbau von der Betriebskonfiguration in die Transportkonfiguration vermieden wird.
Claims (12)
- Container mit veränderbarem Volumen, umfassend einen Grundcontainer (1), der an mindestens einer Seitenfläche um einen im wesentlichen quaderförmigen Anbau (6,31,32,33,34) erweiterbar ist, wobei Bodenfläche (3) und Dachfläche (2) eines Anbaus durch starre Flächenelemente gebildet werden, die von den Seitenflächen des Grundcontainers abklappbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die drei Seitenflächen eines Anbaus (6,31,32,33,34) durch eine einzige flexible, luft- und staubdichte Folie (5) gebildet werden, die mit den beiden abklappbaren starren Flächenelementen (2,3) verbunden ist.
- Container nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie (5) aus einem temperatur- und UV-beständigen Kunststoffmaterial mit oder ohne Metallisierung besteht.
- Container nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie (5) durch eine leitfähige Gewebematte verstärkt ist.
- Container nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer oder mehrere der von der Folie gebildeten Seitenflächen eines Anbaus (6,31,32,33,34) durch bewegliche Einrichtungselemente (7,36) des Containers, wie Schrank, Regal- oder Geräteträgereinheiten, die mit ihrer Rückseite an die Innenseite der durch die Folie (5) gebildeten Seitenflächen bewegbar sind, verstärkt werden.
- Container nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine oder mehrere der von der Folie gebildeten Seitenflächen eines Anbaus (6,31,32,33,34) durch zusätzliche starre Flächenelemente (35), die auf der Innenseite der durch die Folie (5) gebildeten Seitenflächen angebracht sind, verstärkt werden.
- Container nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zusätzlichen starren Flächenelemente (35) steckbar, klappbar oder aus mehreren, gelenkig verbundenen Teilflächenelementen bestehen.
- Container nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zusätzlichen starren Flächenelemente (35) von den beweglichen Einrichtungselementen (7,36) abklappbar sind.
- Container nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Rückseite der beweglichen Einrichtungselemente (7,36) oder auf den zusätzlichen starren Flächenelementen (35) Wärmedämmungsschichten (10) und/oder Schichten zur Erzielung der Beschusssicherheit aufgebracht sind.
- Container nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Kabel und Leitungsverbindungen zur Energieversorgung, Belüftung und/oder Klimatisierung des Containers elastisch mit den beweglichen Einrichtungselementen (7,36) verbunden sind.
- Container nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anbauten mit in den beweglichen Einrichtungselementen (7,36) befindlichen Verdampfern oder Gebläsekonvektor klimatisierbar und/oder belüftbar sind.
- Container nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die von dem Grundcontainer (1) abklappbaren Flächenelemente für Bodenfläche (3) und Dachfläche (2) eines Anbaus (6,31,32,33,34) mittels manuell, hydraulich oder elektrisch betätigbarer Stellglieder (2',3') klappbar sind.
- Container nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die von dem Grundcontainer (1) abklappbaren Flächenelemente für Bodenfläche (3) und Dachfläche (2) eines Anbaus (6,31,32,33,34) mehrere, untereinander gelenkig verbundene Teilflächenelemente umfassen.
