Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Spinnvliesbahn (1) aus aerodynamisch verstreckten Filamenten aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, - mit
einem Spinnkopf (2) mit einer Mehrzahl von Spinndüsenbohrungen, aus dem ein Vorhang (3) aus thermoplastischen Filamenten austritt,
einer Verstreckdüse (5) mit zwei gegenüberliegenden düsenspaltbildenden Verstreckdüsenaggregaten (6), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an zumindest einem Verstreckdüsenaggregat (6) zumindest eine Temperiereinrichtung zur Temperierung des Verstreckdüsenaggregates (6) angeschlossen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an beiden gegenüberliegenden düsenspaltbildenden Verstreckdüsenaggregaten (6) jeweils zumindest eine Temperiereinrichtung angeordnet ist, und zwar vorzugsweise an der düsenspaltabgewandten Rückseite jedes Verstreckdüsenaggregates (6).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Temperiereinrichtung an einem Trägerelement eines Verstreckdüsenaggregates (6) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die zumindest eine Temperiereinrichtung eine Heizeinrichtung (14) zur Aufheizung des Verstreckdüsenaggregates (6) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Temperaturfühler (18) zur Messung der Umgebungstemperatur vorgesehen ist und wobei nach Maßgabe der gemessenen Umgebungstemperatur die Temperierung des Verstreckdüsenaggregates (6) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Steuer- und/oder Regeleinrichtung zum Steuern und/oder Regeln der Temperierung eines Verstreckdüsenaggregates (6) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Einrichtung zur Ermittlung des Flächengewichtes der hergestellten Spinnvliesbahn (1) vorgesehen ist und wobei die Temperierung in Abhängigkeit von dem ermittelten Flächengewicht der Spinnvliesbahn (1) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Spinnkopf (2) und Verstreckdüse (5) zumindest eine Kühlvorrichtung angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verstreckdüse (5) eine Vlieslegeeinrichtung (7) nachgeschaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ablegesiebband (11) für die Spinnvliesbahn (1) vorgesehen ist.
