Claims (5)
- System zur Optimierung der Lenkung von Eisenbahnachsen eines Typs, der einen einachsigen Radsatz (1) mit unabhängigen Rädern, die von zwei benachbarten, miteinander verkoppelten, Fahrzeugen geteilt werden, umfasst, wobei der Radsatz umfasst:a) einen Radsatz-Rahmen (2);b) eine Achse, die zwei unabhängige Rad-Anordnungen umfast, die koaxial einander gegenüber angeordnet sind, wobei jede der Rad-Anordnungen ein an einer kurzen, das Rad tragenden Welle, die in Rotation an deren Enden an individuellen Lagergehäusen (C1, C2) abgestützt ist, umfasst; undc) ein Lenkungssystem für den Radsatz, für jedes Ende des Radsatzes umfassend:1) einen ersten, passiven Lenkungs-Balken (9) der gelenkig an einem seiner Enden (10) an der Seite des Rahmens (11) eines ersten der Eisenbahn-Fahrzeuge und gelenkig an dessen anderen Ende (8) an einem ersten Arm eines Kipphebels (7) drehbar an dem äußeren Lagergehäuse (5) der korrespondierenden Rad-Anordnung befestigt ist, und2) einen zweiten, aktiven Lenkungs-Balken (13), der an einem ersten (12) seiner Enden an einem zweiten Arm des Kipphebels (7) gelenkig angeordnet ist und dessen zweites Ende (14) mit der Seite des Rahmens (17) des anderen der verkuppelten Eisenbahn-Fahrzeuge verbunden ist,ein in Rotation an der Seite des Rahmens (17) des zweiten Eisenbahn-Fahrzeugs befestigter Nocken (15), mit dem das zweite Ende (14) des zweiten, aktiven Lenkungs-Balken (13) derart verbunden ist, dass die Rotation des Nockens in jeder Richtung die Längsverschiebung des zweiten Lenkungs-Balkens (13) in jeder Richtung mit Bezug auf den Rahmen des zweiten Eisenbahn-Fahrzeugs bewirkt;Mittel zum Betätigen des Nockens;ein ein Signal erzeugendes Mittel, welches geeignet ist, Signale, die abhängig von der Geschwindigkeit jedes Rads des Radsatzes variieren, zu erzeugen; undÜberwachungsmittel, die die Signale, die abhängig von der Geschwindigkeit der Räder der Rad-Anordnungen des Radsatzes variieren, aufnehmen und in der Lage sind, die Betätigungsmittel für die Nocken selektiv zu betätigen, um die zweiten, aktiven Lenkungs-Balken selektiv längs zu verschieben.
- System gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Betätigen des Nockens eine Motor-/Gewinde-/Kronen-Anordnung umfasst, wobei deren letzte an dem Nocken abgesichert ist.
- System gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel, die Signale erzeugen, welche abhängig von der Geschwindigkeit der Räder variieren, Sensoren des Anti-Blockiersystems (ABS) umfassen.
- System gemäß einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kippebene des Hebelarms im wesentlichen vertikal ist, der erste, passive Lenkungs-Balken mit dem oberen Arm des Kipphebels verbunden ist und der zweite, aktive Lenkungs-Balken mit dessen unteren Arm verbunden ist.
- Verfahren zum Optimieren der Lenkung einer Eisenbahnachse gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Schritte umfasst:Abtasten der Rotationsgeschwindigkeit jedes der Räder in dem Radsatz;Erzeugen von Signalen, die abhängig von der Rotationsgeschwindigkeit jedes Rades variieren;zuführen dieser Signale zu einer elektronischen Einrichtung, die in der Lage ist, basierend auf den Radien jedes der Räder und der von den Signal-Erzeugungsmitteln aufgenommenen Signale eine Richtgröße für die Betätigungsmittel für die zweiten, aktiven Lenkungs-Balken als Antwort auf die Phasenverschiebung, die zwischen den abhängig von der Rotationsgeschwindigkeit jedes Rades von dem Radsatz variierenden Signalen produziert wird, zu bestimmen; undBetätigen der Mittel zum Betätigen der Nocken in Übereinstimmung mit der Richtgröße, um selektiv die Verschiebung der zweiten, aktiven Lenkungs-Balken in einer Längsrichtung zu bewirken, um jedes Ende des Radsatzes nach vorne und/oder nach hinten zu bewegen, um während des Fahrens einen Nullwinkel zwischen der Schiene und dem Flansch jedes Rads des Radsatzes beizubehalten.
