Definitions
- the invention relates to a plate mounting system for creating a wall, comprising a grid of vertical C-profiles, which are inserted with their lower and upper ends in a respective horizontally extending U-profile.
- the mounting system includes profiles and U-shaped hooks, which are connected by means of a fastener with the plate side, which faces a building wall. Angle profiles are attached to the building wall, the longer angular sides of these profiles projecting into the space between side walls of the hook and having punched-out portions. Through holes in the side walls and through the punched pins are pushed, which are fixed in position relative to the respective hook.
- the fastening system comprises a profile which connects the compact plates and a wall or a base body with each other and in the sides of the compact plates, which face the base body, milling are provided whose cross-sections coincide with sections of the profile.
- the core of compact disks has a very high strength and can therefore absorb large forces without breaking or deforming.
- Compact panels or similar panels are used in particular for façade and wall cladding due to their high weather and dimensional stability, taking care that the attachment the plates on a wall or a base body from the outside is invisible.
- the invisible fasteners are realized in the prior art in such a way that the plates are glued or fastened by screws. In screwed connections, these are done directly with the plates, with dowels generally stuck in the plates into which the screws are screwed.
- the connection with the underlying wall or with the underlying body is done for example via bracket.
- a mounting system which consists of base profiles and connecting profiles which are mounted horizontally on vertical profiles.
- the vertical profiles are connected to a building wall.
- Each base profile has a U-like cross-section in which the upwardly directed leg farther from the building wall is shorter than the leg attached to the vertical profiles.
- Each connecting profile has a short, upwardly and downwardly directed leg which is farther from the building wall than a vertical leg connected to the vertical profiles.
- the lower end of the vertical leg is adjoined by a horizontal leg having a flexible elastic insert at its open end.
- Mounting systems are used not only for facade cladding of building walls with panels but also for the construction of partitions, for example, divide a large space into a number of smaller rooms.
- the boards used for such walls are preferably compact boards and high-pressure laminate boards, but also prefabricated gypsum boards, gypsum boards and similar boards fixed to both sides of a grid-shaped mounting system.
- By means of such mounting systems arise walls that have a cavity and whose thicknesses are determined by the dimensions of the mounting system. If required by the standards acoustic insulation through such walls insulation can be introduced into the cavities of these walls.
- the object of the invention is to provide a panel mounting system for a wall, which allows a simple and rapid installation of a wall which is variable in thickness and a good acoustic insulation according to the EN ISO standards 140-3 (1995) and 717 -1 (1996).
- the stirrup clip has a rectangular or square opening in the base plate, in front of which is a stirrup extending parallel to the base plate at a distance of 1 to 3 mm, the stirrup with the base plate corresponding to a gap with a gap width forms this distance and is connected at its bottom to the base plate.
- the bracket is congruent on three sides with the opening and consists between an upper edge of the bracket and an upper edge of the opening a clear distance of 2 to 4 mm. In this case, an upper portion along with the upper edge of the bracket away from the base plate, obliquely bent.
- a panel mounting system that works in Fig. 1a is shown in a perspective view, comprising a grid of vertical C-profiles 1, which are inserted with their lower ends in a horizontally extending U-profile 2.
- the U- or C-profiles describe the same type of profile, the C-profiles can be inserted or inserted into the U-profiles and are vertical, while the U-profiles are aligned horizontally.
- the lower horizontal U-profile 2 can be fixed, for example, in a manner not shown on the bottom surface of a room.
- the upper ends of the C-profiles 1 are in an upper, horizontally extending U-profile 3 inserted. This upper U-profile 3 can also be connected in a manner not shown with the ceiling surface of a room.
- the C-profiles 1 have opposing legs 4, 5 which extend parallel to the outer sides of the plate mounting system. On the outer sides of the opposing legs 4 and 5 of each individual vertical C-profile 1 clip clips 6 are attached.
- the single bracket clip 6 consists of a base plate 12 (s. Fig. 2a ) with a rectangular outline. At each corner of the base plate 12 is a right angle bent claw 9 is present. The claws 9 are directed from the outer sides of the legs 4 and 5 inwardly and include the side edges of the legs 4 and 5.
- the bracket clips 6 are arranged on the stationary C-profiles at the same height and, as will be described in more detail, on attached to the C-profiles 1.
- Z-rails 7, 8 engage in the bracket clips 6 and allow the attachment of plates 23 (s. Fig. 1b ) on the panel mounting system.
- the rails 7, 8 are provided with holes 22, these are preferably elongated holes, which serve to fasten the plates 23.
- the clipping in Fig. 1b it can be seen, has the single Z-rail 7; 8 is a double-angled profile 17 comprising an upper profile section 20, middle profile section 18 and a lower profile section 19.
- the profile sections 19, 20 in each case enclose an angle of 90 ° with the central profile section 18 and project in opposite directions from this central profile section 18.
- the upper profile section 20 bears against the rear side of the plate 23, which is screwed by means of a screw 24, which extends through the slot 22, to the rail 7 or 8.
- a washer 31, for example in the form of a nylon ring surrounds the screw 24 and is located between the screw head and the upper profile section 20.
- the lower profile section 19 extends parallel to the back of the plate 23 at a distance which is predetermined by the central profile section 18.
- the screws 24 have a length at most equal to the thickness of the plates 23. This ensures that the attachment of the plates 23 remains invisible to the rail 7 and 8 from the outside.
- a clip 6 is shown in plan view and in side view.
- the bracket clip 6 has in its base plate 12 has a rectangular or square opening 10, in front of which a bracket 11 is located.
- the bracket 11 forms with the base plate 12 a gap with a gap width of 1 to 3 mm and is connected at its bottom to the base plate 12.
- At the corners of the Lower edge of the opening 10 are located on the left and right each a hole 28.
- the bracket 11 extends parallel to the base plate 12 at a distance of 1 to 3 mm and is on three sides with the opening 10 congruent. Between an upper edge 13 of the bracket 11 and an upper edge 14 of the opening 10 there is a clearance of 2 to 4 mm. An upper portion 21 of the bracket 11, s. Fig.
- bracket clip 6 including the upper edge 13 of the bracket 11 is bent away from the base plate 12 obliquely upward.
- the angle ⁇ between this obliquely upwardly facing, bent portion 21 and the base plate of the bracket 11 is 135 to 160 °.
- the thickness of the material for the clip 6 is 1.2 to 1.8 mm.
- the claws 9 at the corners of the base plate 12 of the clip clips 6 are in Fig. 2a bent backwards.
- Below the bracket 11 is a slot 15.
- the bracket clip 6 is made in such a way that first the holes 28 are mounted and then the outlines of the opening 10 are cut into the base plate 12. Thereafter, the bracket 11 is formed by corresponding bending of the cut material.
- the slot 15 is milled below the bracket 11 and the claws 9 bent at the corners of the base plate 12 to the rear. The slot 15 is used to screw the bracket clip 6 with the C-profile.
- FIGS. 3a and 3b is shown in plan view and in side view, another embodiment of the bracket clips 6.
- This clip 6 is largely identical to the clip according to the FIGS. 2a and 2b constructed and has only in addition another slot 16, which is located above the bracket 11.
- This clip 6 is attached to the C-profile 1 with a countersunk screw. A flat head surface of the countersunk screw is aligned with the outside of the base plate 12, so that the Z-rail 7, 8 can be easily brought into engagement with the clip 6.
- the remaining parts of this bracket clip 6 are largely consistent with the corresponding parts of the clip clips 6 of the first embodiment and are therefore not described again to avoid repetition.
- the lower profile section 19 of the rail 7 or 8 engages in the gap between the bracket 11 and the base plate 12 of the bracket clips 6 a.
- the grid of vertical C-profiles 1 is, for example, covered on both sides with the plates 23 area-wide.
- the assembly is done in such a way that the rails 7, 8 are bolted to the backs of the plates 23 via the slots 22.
- the assembled from abutting plates surface is mounted on the vertical C-profiles by the lower profile portions 19 in the bracket clips 6, which are fixed to the C-profiles 1, engage.
- a further surface is assembled, which is then connected to the plate mounting system so that in turn the lower profile portions 19 of the rails 7, 8 engage in the corresponding clip clips 6.
- the two consisting of plates 23 surfaces which are connected to the plate mounting system, in this way form a wall 25 predetermined wall thickness.
- the cavity of this wall i. this is the space between the two surfaces formed of plates, for example, is completely or partially acoustically insulated with insulating material 27. Likewise, however, this cavity may also be free of insulating material.
- insulating material 27 is particularly mineral wool, glass wool or similar material.
- Fig. 4 are three differently constructed walls a to c shown schematically in cross section.
- the wall a is, for example, a wall 26, in the cavity of which no insulating material is present.
- the walls 25 of embodiments b and c are each walls in whose cavities insulating material 27 is located.
- the embodiments a and b have the same wall thickness, wherein the wall 25 according to the embodiment b has a completely filled with insulating material 27 cavity.
- the plates used for the walls 25 and 26 are, for example, compact plates or high-pressure laminate plates with a thickness of 10 mm.
- the embodiment c is twice as thick as the embodiments a and b and the cavity between the outer surfaces is completely filled with insulating material 27.
- two C-profiles 1 are present adjacent to one another.
- the plate thickness of the compact or high-pressure laminate plates is for example 10 mm.
- the two C-profiles are held together by connecting elements 30, but can also be configured so that connecting elements are not required.
- the individual test wall each had an area of about 12 m 2 (4297 x 2796 mm) and a total wall thickness of 95 mm and 190 mm and was of an acoustic sound with a frequency in the range of 125 Hz to 4 kHz exposed in a sonication volume of 205 m 3 , wherein the transmitting room had a volume of 111 m 3 and the receiving room had a volume of 94 m 3 .
- the measured curves obtained were compared with reference curves according to the EN ISO standard 717-1 (1996).
- the attenuation dB was recorded frequency dependent.
- the 1/3 octave bandwidth was 1/3 of the frequency range from 125 Hz to 4 kHz.
- the curves for the 1/3 octave bandwidths are in FIG. 5 solid, while the curves for the average of three measurements, each measurement over the full bandwidth 1/1 octave, are indicated by asterisks.
- each of the acoustic attenuation values dB is frequency-dependent for the test walls, with the 1/1 octave and 1/3 octave bandwidth separated by a slash, respectively.
- FIG. 5 It can be seen that the acoustic attenuation of the individual test walls a to c shows good agreement with the respective reference curve according to the ISO standard 717-1 (1996).
- the plates are glued together with an adhesive very high adhesive strength and sealed with a hot melt adhesive, such as. B. is used for the sealing of linoleum flooring on floors.
- the fire behavior of the wall b was investigated according to the standards NEN-6069 (1997) and NEN-EN 1364-1 and found that the thermal insulation gave an average temperature increase to 180 ° C outside wall temperature after more than 39 min and that the maximum temperature increase after 28 min (NEN-EN 1364-1) or after 29 min (NEN-6069 (1997)) the outside wall temperature of 180 ° C at 20 ° C ambient temperature has been reached.
