Claims (18)
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung (1), insbesondere Schleif- oder Fräsvorrichtung, vorzugsweise zum Planieren von Steinen, mit einem rotierenden Werkzeug (2), das ein Drehzentrum (3) aufweist sowie mindestens ein Schneidelement (4), das an einem vom Drehzentrum (3) entfernten Ort angeordnet ist, wobei das rotierende Werkzeug (2) mittels einer Spindel (5) gelagert und drehangetrieben ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (1) Mittel (6) aufweist, mit denen ein Fluid, insbesondere Luft, zum Drehzentrum (3) des Werkzeugs (2) geleitet werden kann, und
dass das Werkzeug (2) weiterhin mindestens einen Fluidkanal (7) aufweist, der das Drehzentrum (3) des Werkzeugs (2) mit dem mindestens einen Schneidelement (4) fluidisch verbindet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (6) zum Zuleiten von Fluid zum Drehzentrum (3) des Werkzeugs (2) als Hohlwelle ausgebildet ist, die als Spindel (5) des Werkzeugs (2) dient. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hohlwelle (6) koaxial in einem im Wesentlichen zylinderförmig aufgebildeten Antriebsmotor (8) gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkzeug (2) einen Grundkörper (9) sowie einen Abdeckkörper (10) aufweist, zwischen denen der mindestens eine Fluidkanal (7) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl der Grundkörper (9) als auch der Abdeckkörper (10) im Wesentlichen rotationssymmetrisch ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite (B) des Fluidkanals (7) mit steigendem Abstand vom Drehzentrum (3) abnimmt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite (B) des Fluidkanals (7) zumindest über einen Abschnitt hinweg linear abnimmt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (9) an seiner dem Fluidkanal (7) zugewandten Seite (11) zumindest über einen Abschnitt hinweg kegelförmig ausgeformt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abdeckkörper (10) an seiner dem Fluidkanal (7) zugewandten Seite (12) eben ausgeformt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Werkzeug (2) eine Fluidfördereinrichtung (13) angeordnet bzw. integriert ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (9) und/oder der Abdeckkörper (10) mindestens eine Leitfläche (13) aufweist, entlang derer Fluid, insbesondere Luft, vom Drehzentrum (3) des Werkzeugs (2) zu dem mindestens einen Schneidelement (4) geleitet und/oder gefördert werden kann. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abdeckkörper (10) die mindestens eine Leitfläche (13) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Leitfläche (13) zwischen Drehzentrum (3) und Schneidelement (4) bogenförmig verläuft. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Leitfläche (13) spiralförmig verläuft. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (6), mit dem ein Fluid zum Drehzentrum (3) des Werkzeugs (2) geleitet werden kann, mit einem Gebläse (14) in Verbindung steht. - Verfahren zum Betreiben der Bearbeitungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, vorzugsweise zum Planieren von Steinen, bei dem ein mit mindestens einem Schneidelement (4) versehenes rotierendes Werkzeug (2) auf einer Spindel (5) gelagert und drehangetrieben wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über ein Mittel (6) ein Gas zum Drehzentrum (3) des Werkzeugs (2) und von dort über einen Fluidkanal (7) zu dem mindestens einen Schneidelement (4) geleitet wird, wobei dem Gas, vorzugsweise vor dessen Eintritt in die Mittel (6), Flüssigkeit zugegeben wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gas Luft und die Flüssigkeit Wasser ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 16 oder 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flüssigkeit dem Gas fein verteilt, insbesondere in Form von Tröpfchen, zugegeben wird.
