Claims (13)
- Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten, insbesondere brennbare Flüssigkeiten wie Heizöl, Altöl, Schmieröl und Dieselkraftstoff, mit einem mit der Flüssigkeit befüllbaren Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff und einem den Innenbehälter unter Bildung eines Zwischenraumes aufnehmenden Auffangbehälter aus Kunststoff zur Lecksicherung des Innenbehälters, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenbehälter (2) des als Sektionalbehälter ausgebildeten Lagerbehälters (1) aus mindestens zwei Behälterteilen (2a, 2b) besteht, die einteilig blasgeformt und über einen nutartigen vertikalen Einzug (5) der Seitenwände (6, 7), des Unterbodens (8) und des Oberboden (9) des Innenbehälters (2) miteinander verbunden sind, der Auffangbehälter (4) eine Einsetzöffnung (10) für den Innenbehälter (2) aufweist, der mit den oberen Abschnitten (10, 11) der beiden Behälterteile (2a, 2b) durch die Einsetzöffnung (10) des Auffangbehälters (4) nach oben aus diesem herausragt, die Seitenwände (13, 14) und der Boden (15) des Auffangbehälters (4) einen nutartigen vertikalen Einzug (16) aufweisen, der dem Einzug (5) in den Seitenwänden (6, 7) und im Unterboden (8) des Innenbehälters (2) angepaßt ist, und daß der Lagerbehälter (1) durch eine umlaufende, vertikale Bandage (17) versteift wird, die in die vertikalen Einzüge (5, 16) des Innenbehälter(2) und des Auffangbehälters (4) eingreift.
- Lagerbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwände (13, 14) und die Stirnwände (20, 21) des Auffangbehälters (4) über die Höhe verteilte, nutartige Umfangseinzüge (22) zur Erhöhung der Formsteifigkeit des Auffangbehälters, Abstützung und Zentrierung des Innenbehälters (2) und zur Bildung des Zwischenraumes (3) zwischen Auffang- und Innenbehälter (4, 2) zur Aufnahme von gegebenenfalls aus dem Innenbehälter (2) austretender Leckflüssigkeit aufweisen.
- Lagerbehälter nach Anspruch 1 und 2, gekennzeichnet durch eine an den oberen Öffnungsrand (23) des Auffangbehälters (4) angeformte, umlaufende Griffleiste (24) zur Handhabung des Lagerbehälters (1) und zum Befestigen einer Schrumpffolie zum Schutz der an die Befüll- und Entnahmestutzen (25, 26) des Lagerbehälters (1) angeschlossenen Befüll- und Entnahmearmaturen beim Transport des Behälters.
- Lagerbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandage (17)zur Versteifung des Lagerbehälters (1) aus zwei zusammensteckbaren U-Rohren (18, 19) aus Stahl besteht.
- Lagerbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenbehälter (2) Griffmulden (29) an den Stirnwänden (27, 28) aufweist.
- Lagerbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Stirnwänden (20, 21) des Auffangbehälters (4) Fallgriffe (30) angebracht sind.
- Lagerbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch eine Ausrüstung desselben (1) mit einer Transport- und Lagerpalette (31).
- Lagerbehälter nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser (1) mit der Versteifungsbandage (17) an Stützen (32) an den beiden Längsseiten der Transportpalette (31) festgeschraubt ist.
- Lagerbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser (1) mit einem Transport- und Lagergerüst (33) ausgestattet ist.
- Lagerbehälter nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transport- und Lagergerüst (33) von einer Palette 834) mit vier vertikalen Eckpfosten (35) gebildet wird, die sich bis in den Bereich der Einsetzöffnung (10) des Auffangbehälters (4) erstrecken und im oberen Ende (36) jeweils eine Öffnung (37) zum Einhaken eines Geschirrhakens eines Hebezeugs, insbesondere eines Krans aufweisen, und daß die oberen Enden (36) der vier Eckpfosten (35) der Palette (33) durch einen ein- oder mehrteiligen Versteifungsrahmen (38) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Lagerbehälter nach Anspruch 9 und 10, gekennzeichnet durch eine Palette (34) mit einem Fußrahmen (41), vier Eckfüßen (42), an denen die Eckpfosten (35) befestigt sind, zwei Mittelfüßen (43) sowie einem oberen Rahmen (44) zur Abstützung eines flachen Palettenbodens (45), auf dem der Innenbehälter (2) steht.
- Lagerbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Palette (31, 34) als Stahlrohrpalette ausgebildet ist.
- Lagerbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser (1) mit einem optischen und/oder akustischen Leckanzeigegerät (46) ausgestattet ist.
