Claims (1)
- Luftspinnvorrichtung mit mehreren Spinnstellen (103; 203), von denen jede ein Streckwerk (4) und eine Luftspinnstufe (5) mit einem hohlen Führungsschaft (20), einer Luftspinndüse (19) zur Erzeugung eines Drehluftstroms um das stromaufwärtige Ende des hohlen Führungsschafts (20) und einer Zusatzdüse (55) zur Erzeugung eines Drehluftstroms im Fadenkanal des hohlen Führungsschafts (20), eine Fadenabgabeeinrichtung (16, 17), eine Fadenfehlerdetektorstufe (18), eine Spulvorrichtung (8), eine Fadenverbindungsvorrichtung (9), die den mehreren Spulstellen (103; 203) zugeordnet ist, und ein Durchhangaufnahmerohr (40), das zum Absorbieren eines Fadendurchhangs vorgesehen ist, der während eines Fadenverbindungsvorgangs auf der stromabwärtigen Seite der Fadenabgabeeinrichtung (16, 17) vorhanden ist, sowie eine Steuereinheit (64) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Steuereinheit (64), wenn ein Fadenfehlersignal festgestellt wird (T0), die Antriebsgeschwindigkeit des Streckwerks (4), der Fadenabgabeeinrichtung (16, 17) und der Spulvorrichtung (8) zwischen einer ersten Antriebsgeschwindigkeit während eines normalen Spinnvorgangs und einer zweiten Antriebsgeschwindigkeit während des Fadenverbindungsvorgangs (T2-T9), die niedriger als die erste Antriebsgeschwindigkeit ist, ändert, und auch den Druck des Drehluftstroms der Luftspinndüse (19) entsprechend der zweiten Antriebsgeschwindigkeit während des Fadenverbindungsvorgangs reduziert, so dass das Drehmoment und die Haarigkeitszahl des hergestellten echtdrahtähnlichen Spinnfadens (Y) wie beim normalen Spinnvorgang gleich bleiben.
