Definitions
- the invention is directed to an aid for the assembly of plasterboard. Like. On a surface, for example a wall or battens.
- Gypsum plasterboards have become extremely popular in recent years. They offer the great advantage that the step of plastering a wall or another surface of the building with the lengthy drying phase can be omitted, so that the inner walls in a comparatively short period of time of a shell can be disguised.
- Plasterboard also includes sloping ceilings and ceilings with the least Effort to be disguised, and retracting suspended ceilings requires no more than anchoring a load-bearing slat structure in appropriate room height. You can also use plasterboard Any partitions can be drawn in by the desired Place a truss partition in the form of a slatted frame and then plastered with plasterboard.
- the holding body according to the invention experiences its full contact flat back on a supporting surface a leading orientation that it allows him an insert pocket together with the relevant surface to form for a plasterboard. So that the holding body this function automatically can be met, it is fixed to a surface using a locking device and then remains in this position until after complete assembly of the relevant plasterboard can be removed again.
- the back is as narrow as possible, for example two Adjacent plasterboard with the smallest possible joint can be placed side by side.
- this remaining gap be used between two plasterboard panels to hold a locking agent in it to be arranged, screwed into a slat or the like located below the joint or can be struck.
- the parallel to the longitudinal axis of the profile Width extension of the back of the holding body is approximately equal to or less than the permissible distance between two adjacent ones Plasterboard.
- the back should cover the entire width of the joint fills between two adjacent plasterboard panels, one results as far as possible large contact surface on the surface, which allows an exact parallel alignment of the securing body according to the invention ensures against the relevant pad.
- the width extension parallel to the longitudinal axis of the profile is preferred Back of the holding body approximately equal to the width of all cross sections that the Holding body parallel to its back and at a distance from it enforce which corresponds approximately to the thickness of a plasterboard or smaller is than this. Since the holding body is thus opposite its back in the The area of the insertion pocket cannot be expanded in cross-section, the neighboring ones Plasterboard to a minimum, mutual distance be pushed together.
- the invention sees a range of about 3 to 12 mm before, preferably more than 4 mm and / or less than 10 mm, in particular of more than 5 mm and / or less than 8 mm.
- This area represents an optimal one Compromise between precise guidance and therefore optimal assembly the plasterboard on the one hand and the narrowest possible joint between two neighboring plasterboard on the other hand.
- the groove to form a Insert pocket for a plasterboard has an inner edge on the two Boundary surfaces of the groove meet and from there in preferably approximately perpendicular directions diverge. This corresponds to the Formation of an approximately rectangular edge of a plasterboard in the area of it End faces and creates the required space within the groove so that a plasterboard with its entire face on one Boundary surface of the groove of the holding body according to the invention is present. This will damage the plasterboard or its visible Edge excluded and moreover a highly precise adjustment accuracy ensured. The smaller the edge radius between the two coinciding boundary surfaces is selected, the better the edge of the plasterboard concerned.
- the Opening angle of the groove on the inner edge is approximately 90 ° or more, preferably 90 ° to 120 °.
- an opening angle of 90 ° corresponds to Conditions with a plasterboard; a larger, i.e. dull Opening angle serves the purpose of a limited possibility of tilting the to allow inserted plasterboard, so that even with a unintentional, temporary tilting no cracks or cracks can get.
- the other boundary surface of the groove can be approximately parallel to the back of the holding body or (in some areas) in the direction of the Divide the inner edge away from the plane of the back of the holding body. While at an obtuse opening angle the one forming the insertion pocket Groove the one boundary surface still perpendicular to the back of the Holding body runs, this opening angle leads to an inclined position second boundary surface and thus to the first Boundary surface tapering cross-section of the resulting Slit pockets. It is therefore sufficient to initially only use a plasterboard Area of the enlarged opening; during the subsequent insertion in the pocket provided for this purpose, it is then attached to the sub-batten or the like. introduced.
- the to the on the groove to form an insert pocket for a plasterboard adjacent edge runs parallel, so it is possible to use a holding body on the opposite side of the insertion pocket he has already formed assembled plasterboard and create an almost automatic Get adjustment.
- the invention further provides that the second groove two on one Has inner surfaces approximately perpendicular to each other, one of them roughly parallel, the other roughly perpendicular to the back of the Holding body runs.
- This approximately right-angled opening edge is optimal to the Adjusted edge geometry of a plasterboard.
- the invention is further optimized in that the device for Definition of a means for locking the holding body on a load-bearing Is designed as a recess penetrating the holding body for Holding an elongated locking means, in particular a screw, this through-recess within one of the longitudinal axis of the Profiles about the vertically enforced level next to the groove. Since the holding body according to the invention on the sub battens or another Underground on the one hand and preferably on an already installed one Gypsum plasterboard, on the other hand, is in full contact, normally a single one is sufficient Screw to fix the holding body immovably in any direction. This facilitates handling considerably, since the locking means after mounting the Plasterboard must be loosened again.
- the sub battens carrying the plasterboard preferably serve one Wood screw that can easily cut its own thread. The important thing is that the screw is adequately guided at the time of attachment. This Task can be taken over by the holding body according to the invention itself if the entire surface of the battens or an already installed one Plasterboard is applied. Then it does not cause any problems, for example Insert an electric screwdriver into the wood screw in question Screw in the battens and thus the in a few seconds to fix the holding body according to the invention in the same, short time also is removable again.
- the through to the back of the holding body through recess should be about Area of their front mouth a depression to accommodate the head have a locking means. This corresponds to the geometry of the Head underside of commercially available Phillips screws and leads to one full-surface contact of the relevant screw head underside with the Holding body according to the invention, whereby this an additional centering experiences.
- the distance of the tapered area from the back of the holding body about the length of the threaded area correspond to helical locking means. This makes it possible to Screw back so far that at most a small part of their Tip protrudes beyond the back of the holding body and thereby a precise and in particular tilt-free attachment of the locking means to be screwed in causes.
- This training can be used to determine the holding body an adjacent wall, for example in the area of a corner of the room by a screw or the like, which are then fixed to the adjacent wall surface, for example.
- Another feature of the invention according to which the width of the Holding body on the front through one or more grooves compared to its maximum width is reduced, for example to the width its back serves primarily to save material and results from the fact that the vertical extent of the holding body according to the invention perpendicular to it Back through the length of the threaded area of the helical Locking means plus the tapered retention area and a possibly depressed, front mouth area is predetermined, while the holding body can be significantly shorter in the area of a rear groove, if this allows the stability of the leg covering the groove.
- the area of the holding body tapered by the front groove (s) can the through recess running transverse to the longitudinal axis of the profile take up. With such an arrangement a transverse Through-hole can use comparatively short screws become.
- the front should only be provided with a groove in the area facing away from this wall, that is, in the area in front of the rear pocket insertion.
- a hook-shaped trigger aid are used, which in a corresponding recess or recess, for example. Bore, preferably inserted in the area of a side surface of the holding body becomes. So that the pulling forces exerted by this trigger tool are as possible in the This should be done near the joint between two adjacent plasterboard panels the area of the front groove is selected, it being advantageous if the same to about the edge of a helical head Locking agent is introduced.
- the holding body according to the invention can, for example, be extruded in the form of an extruded profile and then sawn off and finally with the appropriate ones Through holes are provided, or you choose an injection molding process with a form in which the corresponding recesses are already taken into account become.
- a metal for example aluminum
- a surface design or processing in the form of Milling, grinding and / or polishing can be useful.
- the holding device 1 comprises a broadly profile-shaped holding body 2 and a screw-shaped locking means 3 for Setting the holding body 2 on a surface.
- the holding body 2 is preferably made of a plastic, both the Production as an injection molded part is conceivable as well as sawing off one extruded rod and reworking through recesses 4, 5.
- An elongated back 6 serves the plane-parallel system on a Plasterboard 9 supporting surface, for example a wall, battens 7 or. Like.
- the back 6 extends in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the Holding body profile 2, the transverse dimension of the back 6 approximately the width a joint 8 between two aligned side by side or one above the other Plasterboard 9 corresponds.
- the back 6 is approximately in the middle and perpendicular from the rotationally symmetrical recess 5 penetrates that of the leading recording the locking screw 3 is used.
- the screw 3 is designed as a wood screw with the necessary internal thread in a wooden slat 7 self-tapping thread 10.
- Your The screw 3 is guided primarily by a cross-section tapered area 12 of the continuous recess 5 in the holding body 2, the seen in the screwing direction in front of the area 11 for receiving the Screw thread 10 is located.
- this expanded area 11 corresponds approximately to the length of the area of the screw 3 provided with thread 10 and therefore allows (almost) complete retraction of screw 3 opposite the back 6 of the holding body 2, so that it is precise on the desired location of a sub-batten 7 can be applied.
- an electric screwdriver preferably with a cross recess 13 provided locking screw 3 rotated in the locking direction, it screws into the sub battens 7 until finally their head 14 into a designated one Countersink 15 at the front mouth region 16 of the passage recess 5 immersed and finally under full contact with the conical Depression area 15, the holding body 2 in the relevant position on the Batten 7 clamps, as shown in Fig. 3.
- the holding body 2 overlaps one already on the Lower battens 7 screwed 17 plasterboard 9.
- the Holding body 2 parallel to the back 6 provided a groove 18 which by means of flat boundary surfaces 19, 20 which are perpendicular to one another is limited.
- the boundary surface 19 adjoining the rear side 6 extends perpendicular to the former and thus parallel to an end face 21 of the already assembled Plasterboard 9, while the other boundary surface 20 of the groove 18th parallel to the rear 6 and thus also parallel to the front 22 one already assembled plasterboard 9 runs.
- the Holding body 2 are fixed to a sub battens 7 such that a Edge area of an already assembled plasterboard 9 completely into the Groove 18 of the holding body 2 is immersed and flush with its end face 21 the boundary surface 19 of the groove 18 rests, so that the longitudinal axis of the Holding body profile 2 parallel to the end face 21 of the already assembled Plasterboard 9 is aligned.
- a groove 24 which - as can be seen in FIG. 3 - to form a pocket 25 for insertion 26 another plasterboard 27 to be assembled is used.
- the groove 24 in the present example comprises three flat boundary surfaces 29-31, each meet at edges parallel to the longitudinal axis of the profile.
- the one at the back 6 adjoining boundary surface 29 runs perpendicular to this or parallel to it the boundary surface 19 of the other groove 18 and has a somewhat stronger Width than that, so that a plasterboard 27 without jamming also in limited angle canted can be inserted into the pocket 25.
- the middle boundary surface 30 of the groove 28 runs perpendicular to the Boundary surface 29 or parallel to the rear 6 and serves to overlap the front 32 of the plasterboard to be inserted and held 27.
- Um to enlarge the opening of the insertion pocket 25 is the peripheral Boundary surface 31 of the recess 24 from the common edge with the Boundary surface 30 away at an angle of, for example, 10 ° to 50 °, preferably about 30 °, inclined forward.
- This area 31 mainly serves one Gypsum board 27 to the actual, from the boundary surfaces 29, 30 and insertion pocket 25 formed by the front side 33 of the slats 7 introduce.
- the width corresponds to the middle boundary surface 30 of the groove 24 about half the width of a Latte 7, or is approximately between 1 and 2.5 cm, and a similar
- the beveled area 31 of the groove 24 has a side extension, so that the to the rear 6 parallel width extension of the groove 24 approximately in the Of the order of 2 to 5 cm, preferably about 3 to 4 cm.
- the minimum extension parallel to the screwing direction of the locking screw 3 of the holding body 2 is due to the screw geometry and the geometry of this receiving through hole 5 predetermined.
- the length of the thread area 10 of the screw 3 should correspond approximately to the thickness of the battens 7 so that the On the one hand, the screw is optimally held there, so that it is also fixed is possible overhead, but on the other hand, for example, beyond the lower battens 7 arranged sealing film or the like. Not injured.
- the length of the extended area 11 of the passage recess 5 in length Correspond to the threaded area 10 so that the screw 3 is as complete as possible can be withdrawn, there must be a shortened, but still to Guide the screw 3 connect sufficient area 12, and finally the countersink area 15 accommodating the screw head 14.
- a plurality of plasterboard panels 27 can be used to hold a plurality of For example, two holding devices 1 according to the invention on the edge of the last assembled plasterboard 9, then the next Plasterboard 27 inserted into the pockets 25 thus formed, she can temporarily on its opposite edge using a Spring clamp or the like. Fixed and then conveniently using several screws be screwed to the battens 7. Then they have to Holding devices 1 again from the joint 8 now formed between the juxtaposed plasterboard 9, 27 can be removed. To do this first unscrewed the locking screws 3. However, if the Gypsum plasterboards 9, 27 have been pressed together, it can happen that a Holding body 2 is still clamped even after loosening its screw 3 and only difficult to solve.
- a transverse to the screwing direction of the locking screw 3 preferably also Transverse to the longitudinal axis of the profile bore 4 provided both as Blind hole can be formed as well as be carried out continuously.
- Fig. 3 shows a bore 4 running transversely to the screwing direction 3 rectangular or hook-shaped bent metal wire 36 with its shorter Be plugged in at the end. At the longer, free end 37 of this metal wire 36 this is bent into an approximately circular loop 38, which is easy to use Finger can be passed through to a tensile force 39 on the holding body 2nd to exercise and thereby this from the joint 8 between the neighboring ones To pull out plasterboard 9, 27.
- embodiment 40 can have one Locking screw 46 through a front area 47 of the holding body 41 penetrating recess 48 are screwed into the adjacent wall 45 in for this purpose drilled a hole 50 to be provided with a dowel 49 must become.
- This hole 48 for receiving a fastening screw can be equipped as well as the recess 5 for the locking screw 3, in which case the front region 47 of the holding body 41 is approximately the same width should have like the depth of its side 44.
- shorter screws can also be used for this, the width the front side 42 or the front area 47 hardly has to be larger than that Diameter of the screw head 14 of the locking screw 3.
- plasterboard 9 are also often used to Mansard rooms 51 to be covered, since plasterboard 9 without large Difficulties can also be mounted along sloping ceilings 52.
- the problem arises that the actual roof slope 52 is only above of the knee stick or the hollow of the knee 53 begins, so that above a lower row 54 with vertically arranged plasterboard 9 a row in contrast an angle inclined plasterboard 9, 54 is to be attached.
- it prepares Difficulty getting a plasterboard 54 to be placed on the top edge 56 to place a vertical plasterboard 9 or at a suitable distance to temporarily fix above this edge 56.
- too Holding devices 1, 36 according to the invention perform well, as shown in FIG. 6:
- the inventive Holding devices 1, 40 an entire attic space 51 without the help of a line the second person with plasterboard 9.
- the procedure is about 9 per plate to use three holding devices 1, two of them on a preferably lower one, horizontal plate edge and the third on the adjacent, preferably vertical plate edge; then the plasterboard in question is first in the Holding devices 1 used on the preferably lower edge of the plate and then pushed into the third holding device 1. In this position the plasterboard 9 can be easily screwed to the battens 7.
- the holding devices 1, 40 can be used, whereby a sufficiently firm fixation by means of the screwed vertically upwards Locking screws 3 on the battens there ensure that the Assembling plasterboard is held in place until it attaches itself to the Ceiling batten is screwed.
