Claims (19)

  1. Polissoir, en particulier destiné à un entraînement rotatif par une machine-outil, comportant un corps de polissage (1) plein essentiellement constitué d'un feutre, et dans lequel le corps de polissage (1) est subdivisé plusieurs fois, caractérisé en ce que le corps de polissage (1) est formé d'une multiplicité de lamelles de feutre pleines (3).
  2. Polissoir suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles de feutre (3) présentent une épaisseur d'environ 1 mm à environ 20 mm.
  3. Polissoir suivant l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent, caractérisé en ce que le feutre présente une teneur en pure laine d'au moins environ 30% et de préférence une dureté de 0,14 à 0,68 (W4 à H5) selon DIN 61200.
  4. Polissoir suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles de feutre (3) consistent en feutre de différentes épaisseurs.
  5. Polissoir suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, entre au moins quelques-unes des lamelles de feutre (3) sont prévues une ou plusieurs couches intermédiaires flexibles.
  6. Polissoir suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins quelques-unes des lamelles de feutre (3) sont à chaque fois divisées transversalement par rapport à leur étendue longitudinale, de préférence à distance d'environ 3 mm à environ 10 mm.
  7. Polissoir suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles de feutre (3) sont liées de manière durable sur au moins un côté à un corps de support (4, 7) et sont alignées sans vides dans la région de ce côté.
  8. Polissoir suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles de feutre (3) sont liées de manière durable sur au moins un côté à un corps de support (4, 7) et sont alignées à une certaine distance les unes des autres dans la région de ce côté.
  9. Polissoir suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins quelques-unes des lamelles de feutre (3 sont rassemblées en groupes, avec ou sans couche intermédiaire, et sont liées entre elles au sein de ces groupes, de manière à former des paquets de lamelles.
  10. Polissoir suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le corps de support (4) est formé sur un disque (7) et que le disque (7) est essentiellement fabriqué à partir d'une matière synthétique, de préférence une matière synthétique renforcée par des fibres, d'aluminium, de papier durci (matériau fibreux) ou d'acier.
  11. Polissoir suivant la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles de feutre (3) sont agencées, le long du périmètre du disque (7), sur le côté frontal (10) du disque (7), de préférence en saillie en direction axiale.
  12. Polissoir suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles de feutre (3) sont essentiellement fixées pratiquement radialement sur un corps de support (4).
  13. Polissoir suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le corps de support (4, 7) présente au moins un alésage (8) destiné à recevoir un mandrin porte-pièce pour la liaison avec une machine d'entraînement.
  14. Polissoir suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le corps de support (4, 7) présente au moins un alésage (14) destiné à recevoir un arbre d'entraînement et présente de préférence en direction axiale le long de l'alésage un écrou (15) destiné à recevoir un tenon d'entraînement.
  15. Polissoir suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, pour la liaison du polissoir à une machine d'entraînement, une queue d'outil solidaire du corps de support (4,7).
  16. Polissoir suivant la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que le corps de support (4) consiste en un corps en résine synthétique, dans lequel sont directement insérées les lamelles de feutre (3) et la queue d'outil (5).
  17. Polissoir suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 15 ou 16, caractérisé en ce que le corps de support (4) est formé par moulage au moins partiel d'un espace (6) formé entre les lamelles de feutre mutuellement positionnées (3) et la queue d'outil (5) avec une matière synthétique ou une résine synthétique.
  18. Polissoir suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 17, caractérisé en ce que le corps de support (4, 7) ou la queue d'outil (5) comprend un filet mâle ou un filet femelle simple ou multiple , le filet étant de préférence un filet à pas rapide, un filet rectangulaire ou trapézoïdal.
  19. Polissoir suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisé en ce que les lamelles de feutre (3) sont essentiellement placées verticalement sur un corps de support (4,7).
