Claims (10)
- Versandgestell für Motorräder oder dergleichen Zweiräder mit zumindest Vorderrad und Hinterrad, mit einer Basis (1), ferner mit wenigstens zwei Seitenwänden (2, 3) von denen zumindest die vordere Seitenwand (2) zum Beladen mit dem Zweirad nach außen umklappbar ist, und mit wenigstens einer als durchgängige Einfahrrinne (6) zwischen seitlichen Trittflächen (7) ausgebildeten Bodenwanne (6) zur Aufnahme des Vorderrades und des Hinterrades, wobei eine vom Vorderrad zu überfahrende Erhebung (8) im Rinnenverlauf der Einfahrrinne (6) ein kollisionsfreies Einfahren des Zweirades sicherstellt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Trittflächen (7) mittels eines jeweils rinnenseitigen Anschlussrohres (12) an die Einfahrrinne (6) angeschlossen sind, wobeidie Anschlussrohre (12) im Anfangsbereich der Einfahrrinne (6) ein sich entgegen der Einfahrrichtung öffnendes Einfahrmaul bilden.
- Versandgestell nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einfahrrinne (6) als U-Profilschiene (6) mit jeweils oberseitig an ihre U-Schenkel (6a, 6b) angeschlossenen Trittflächen (7) ausgebildet ist.
- Versandgestell nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einfahrrinne (6) zur Darstellung der Erhebung (8) unterschiedliche Rinnentiefen aufweist.
- Versandgestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einfahrrinne (6) im Wesentlichen in drei Bereiche unterteilt ist, nämlich einen Hinterradstandbereich (6'), die Erhebung (8) und einen Vorderradstandbereich (6"), wobei die Rinnentiefe im Bereich der Erhebung (8) geringer ist als im Hinterradstandbereich (6') und Vorderradstandbereich (6" ), und wobei die Rinnentiefe im Hinterradstandbereich (6' ) und Vorderradstandbereich (6") vorzugsweise gleich ist.
- Versandgestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einfahrrinne (6) eine äußere Breite aufweist, die an den Abstand von Gabelzinken (10) eines Transportfahrzeuges, beispielsweise Gabelstaplers, angepasst ist.
- Versandgestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erhebung (8) im Längsschnitt als im Vergleich zum Boden (6c) der Einfahrrinne (6) trapezförmiger Aufsatz mit jeweils anfangsseitiger Auffahrrampe (8a) und endseitiger Auffahrrampe (8b) ausgebildet ist.
- Versandgestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trittflächen (7) jeweils als Gittermatte mit dem rinnenseitigen Anschlussrohr (12) ausgebildet sind.
- Versandgestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlussrohre (12) bogenförmig von ihrem Längsverlauf entlang der Einfahrrinne (6) in einen Querverlauf übergehen und endseitig jeweils an die vorderen Eckpfosten (2a, 2b) angeschlossen sind.
- Versandgestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hintere Seitenwand (3) einen abklappbaren Sicherungshebel (16) zum Schutz vorstehender Zweiradteile, wie z. B. Topcase, Koffer, etc. aufweist.
- Versandgestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein in die Einfahrrinne (6) verstellbar eingreifender Frontanschlag (17) für das Vorderrad vorgesehen ist.
