Description
Claims (15)
- Wärmetauscher, wie insbesondere Kältemittelkondensator, insbesondere für eine Kraftfahrzeugklimaanlage, bestehend aus einem Rohr-Rippen-Block und beiderseits angeordneten Sammelrohren, welche die Enden der Rohre aufnehmen, sowie aus einem parallel zu einem Sammelrohr angeordneten Sammler, welcher über zwei Überströmöffnungen mit dem Sammelrohr in Kältemittelverbindung steht und aus einem Rohr und einem kurzen, die beiden Überströmöffnungen aufweisenden Rohrstück zusammengesetzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Rohrende des Sammlers ein Abschlussdeckel mit einem seitlichen Verlängerungsteil angeordnet ist und dass der Abschlussdeckel mit dem Verlängerungsteil sowohl mit dem Rohr als auch mit dem Sammelrohr verbunden, wie beispielsweise verlötet, ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschlussdeckel ein Verschlussteil aufweist, welches in das Rohrende gepreßt ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das seitliche Verlängerungsstück kappenartig mit seitlichen Lappen ausgebildet ist, welche das Sammelrohr umgreifen und mit diesem verlötet sind.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschlussdeckel mit dem Verlängerungsteil der Vorfixierung von Sammelrohr und Sammler dient.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sammelrohr zweiteilig, d. h. mit einem Deckelteil und einem Bodenteil ausgebildet ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sammelrohr oder das Deckelteil des Sammelrohrs zwei Durchzüge oder eine Mehrzahl von Vorsprüngen aufweist, die in die Überströmöffnungen des Sammlers eingreifen.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohrstück eine der Außenkontur des Sammelrohres angepaßte Anlagefläche aufweist.
- Wärmetauscher, insbesondere Kältemittelkondensator, insbesondere für eine Kraftfahrzeugklimaanlage, bestehend aus einem Rohr-Rippen-Block und beiderseits angeordneten Sammelrohren, welche die Enden der Rohre aufnehmen, sowie aus einem parallel zu einem Sammelrohr angeordneten Sammler, welcher über zwei Überströmöffnungen mit einem Sammelrohr in Kältemittelverbindung steht und aus einem Rohr und einem kurzen, die beiden Überströmöffnungen aufweisenden Rohrstück zusammengesetzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sammelrohr Durchzüge und/oder Vorsprünge aufweist, die in die Überströmöffnungen des Rohrstückes eingreifen.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überströmöffnungen als Öffnungen, wie Bohrungen oder Stanzungen ausgebildet sind.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchzüge als umlaufende Kragen ausgebildet sind, die formund/oder kraftschlüssig in die Öffnungen eingreifbar ausgebildet sind.
- Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge als im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Längsachse des Sammlers ausgerichtete Teile ausgebildet sind, die formund/oder kraftschlüssig in die Öffnungen eingreifbar ausgebildet sind.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchzüge und/oder Vorsprünge in Verbindung mit den Überströmöffnungen eine Vorfixierung von Sammler und Sammelrohr bewirken.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sammelrohr mittels der Durchzüge oder Vorsprünge dicht in die Überströmöffnungen eingelötet ist.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sammelrohr zumindest zweiteilig, beispielsweise mit einem Deckelteil und einem Bodenteil, ausgebildet ist und dass die Durchzüge und/oder Vorsprünge im Deckelteil angeordnet sind.
- Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchzüge und/oder Vorsprünge durch Tiefziehen oder Stanz-Prägen hergestellt sind.
